- Rasil TV for one Islam. United
- Indonesia. Blessed by Allah subhanahu
- wa ta'ala, the Blessed Brotherhood. We
- have entered the fourth minute of this
- morning's 9:00 AM broadcast. And of
- course, the Blessed Brotherhood remains
- faithful to the morning sermon program
- with Ustaz Ahmad Jazzuli Khalil. And
- our discussion this morning concerns a
- small part of the character of the
- Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi
- wasallam. And this morning, we are
- opening up an interactive Q&A service.
- You are welcome to send your questions
- via SMS and WhatsApp at 0811999720, and
- also to those who want to interact by
- phone at 0218451512. And without
- further ado, Ustaz, we will read it out
- , Ustaz, yes. Please go ahead.
- The questions that have come in this
- morning. Oh, okay, it seems there are
- already incoming callers. Ustaz, let's
- answer the incoming caller first. Okay.
- Peace be upon you. And peace be upon
- you. And
- peace be upon you. Hello. Hello. Hello.
- Assalamualaikum. Okay, Sir. And peace
- be upon you. This is
- Assalamualaikum.
- Hello. Hello. Iu, Sir. Hello.
- Hello. It's here. Hello. Hello, Sir.
- Here, Sir. Ustaz.
- Yes.
- This includes morals too.
- Yes. Yesterday, with the recitation
- yesterday, I was a bit surprised when
- Ustaz said that Salafi e ustaz or yes,
- Wahabi Islam cannot be invited to a
- discussion. I think I misheard you, did
- you say that if perhaps you want a
- discussion, I am ready to provide an
- ustaz, there is Ustaz Firanda from
- Salafi, Ustaz Badussalam is also there,
- he claims to be Wahabi.
- If you want a discussion, I am ready to
- call someone, yes, Sir.
- Yes. I
- thank you.
- Thank you, Sir.
- Yes. Thank you. Thank you. Ee khair,
- thank you for your willingness. So ee
- maybe I need to straighten this out.
- Yes.
- First ee it's not that I'm saying that
- Salafis don't want to be invited to
- discussions, right? Well, I've asked
- them to discuss, but they don't want to
- . Well, this has happened. Ah, so don't
- then interpret it as they never want to
- be invited to discussions,
- but we've invited them to discuss, but
- they don't want to. Maybe they're busy
- and so on. One. Well, secondly, I also
- explained a problem, yes, fikhiyah at
- that time. Well, after this taklim,
- there were some listeners who said to
- me like this, Mr. Ustaz. He said ee
- maybe there was a problem that I had a
- difference with Mr. Ustaz, yes, with
- what you understand from what you
- explained, well, that's okay, I said
- that's normal. He said no, he said
- Ustaz, I'm Ustaz, I was brought
- together with my teacher, I met with my
- teacher to discuss what you said
- earlier. Oh, that's okay, that's okay,
- please go ahead. "Uh, and I said that
- my door is open 24 hours a day to
- anyone who wants to discuss it, as long
- as they're seeking the truth." Oh no.
- He said, "Ustaz," I mean, "Ustaz, come
- to my teacher's house with me." I said,
- "Sorry, Sis, I was educated from a
- young age to practice knowledge, not to
- do good deeds. Yes, I come to someone's
- house wanting to argue. I don't want to
- do that. But if someone comes to the
- house asking for a discussion, please
- go ahead. But if I come to someone's
- house wanting to debate something, it's
- not our knowledge, it's not the
- teachings we received from our teachers
- . Yes, that's how it is. Because we
- were taught to practice, not to debate
- something. ilmu. Wallahualam.
- Iya. Baik. Baik. Ee langsung aja kita
- masuk di pertanyaan melalui WhatsApp
- ini, Ustaz. Heeh.
- Ini dari H. Baik. Ini dari mana ya? Oh,
- dari hamba Allah. Asalamualaikum
- warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, Ustaz.
- Waalaikumsalam warahmatull.
- Ana minta penjelasan mengenai akhlak
- islami. Apa saja yang membentuk
- seseorang itu berakhlak Islam dan
- akhlak Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi
- wasallam that we should follow as an
- example? Ustaz can explain with
- examples. Jazakullah.
- Okay.
- Servant of Allah.
- Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. I mentioned
- about 20 of the Prophet's morals
- earlier. Ah, the Prophet's morals are
- the Quran. Well, the Quran is Islam.
- Yes, so Islamic morals, Quranic morals,
- the Prophet's morals, are the same.
- Because the Prophet is the Quran that
- walks, it is called that. And this is
- what I am conveying. Namely, the
- Prophet's morals, sallallahu alaihi
- wasallam, started from the Prophet's
- morals, sallallahu alaihi wasallam,
- ahlamanas. Then what else? Wa asjaanas
- waalanas waoanas then asonas ya la la
- yabituahu dinar wala dirham fainfadin
- walam yajid man yutihi waajahulil lam
- yawi ila manzilihi hatta yatabar minhu
- yahtaj ilai. So the Prophet didn't
- saving what is it called? Hey, it was
- hard for him to sleep if he had money.
- So, what else was it called? Washing,
- sewing his own clothes, mending his
- broken sandals, serving his family,
- helping cut meat, the shyest person,
- and so on. It's been about 20. So, God
- willing, next week the 21st will be all
- Islamic morals. Islamic morals, so we
- will continue with other morals from
- the morals of the Prophet sallallaahu
- alaihi wasallam. God knows best. Okay,
- there are women who have joined ustaz,
- we will bring them back. Peace be upon
- you, Ustaz. Peace be upon you, Ustaz.
- May
- Allah bless you. This is it, Ustaz, I
- apologize, Ustaz. I want to ask you
- something.
- Yes.
- Here are some of them, Ustaz, about
- reciting Allahumma sholli ala sayyidina
- Muhammad and not wearing sayidina.
- Ustaz sir
- yes. Hey.
- Please let me make that clear. If I
- read using sayidina, am I sinning or
- what? Ustaz. Thank you, Mr Ustaz.
- Asalamualaikum.
- Good. Waalaikumsalam.
- Waalaikumsalam warahmatullah.
- Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Ee, regarding
- reading selawat, there is selawat
- outside and selawat inside during
- prayer. If you pray outside, there's no
- problem. Do you want to use sayidina or
- not? If you do not pray outside, it is
- not a problem among the ulama. So, what
- is being questioned is how to read the
- salawat during prayer. Because prayer
- includes reverence, glorification,
- exaltation and glorification. Is it
- appropriate that when we revere Allah,
- glorify Allah, how come there is
- something we glorify besides Allah?
- Well, if it's outside, it's not a
- problem. So, during this prayer we
- glorify Allah with subhana rabbial
- adzim there is bowing, subhana rabbil
- ala is also understanding Allah. Well,
- is it appropriate, is it normal if in
- prayer we glorify other than Allah?
- That's why there are friends who ask
- like this," O Messenger of Allah, kaifa
- nusolli alaika fisah? "" How can we say
- salawat to you during prayer? Meaning
- that outside of prayer we already know,
- but this is when in prayer when
- glorifying Allah. The Prophet
- sallallahu alaihi wa alihi wasallam.
- Then he was silent for a long time
- until this narrator said, "We wish he
- hadn't asked that." Finally the Prophet
- then answered, "After a long silence,
- qulu ya said the Prophet, Allahumma
- sholli ala Muhammad wa ala ali Muhammad
- kama sholita ala Ibrahim innahu hamidum
- majid. Wabarik ala Muhammad wa ali
- Muhammad kama barokta ala Ibrahim
- innahu hamidum majid. Well, so ee there
- it only says kama shbim yes there is no
- wa ala alinya. K sha ala Ibrahim innahu
- hamidu majid barik ala Muhammad wa ali
- Muhammad barak taala Ibrahim. But in
- another hadith the hadith reads ee kama
- shita ala alirahim. It is not said ala
- Ibrahimnya but it is said ala alirahim.
- Wabarik ala Muhammad wa ala ali
- Muhammad kama barokta ala alirahim. Yes
- . Well, because of that then this
- hadith the first with the second
- combined are combined into one which is
- called ee mazhab plural yes. Well, then
- it becomes Allahumma shalli ala
- Muhammad wa ala ali Muhammad kama
- shaita ala Ibrahim wa ala ali Ibrahim
- wa barik ala Muhammad wa ala ali
- Muhammad kama barakta ala Ibrahim wa
- ala ali Ibrahim innahu hamidum majid.
- That's it. And in those two narrations
- no one uses the word sayidina like that
- . No one uses sayidina. So now, how do
- you say that Sayidina can sin or not?
- Yes. Well, regarding this hadith, the
- Prophet said," La tusayyiduni bisalah.
- "Don't say 'sayid' me in prayer. This
- hadith was revealed and explained at
- length by Sheikh Muhammad Al-Maliki.
- There is a special book on that. Well,
- he views this as a diif, in terms of
- the wording of the hadith, yes. In
- terms of the wording, yes. Well, now I
- will do this, your congregation, to
- keep it short. In this religion, this
- religion has three pillars. One is
- sharia, the second is aqidah, the third
- is ihsan or morals. Sharia is the rules
- , ee, what are the positive laws,
- that's called sharia. Ah, like sharia
- fiqh, which is called positive laws. Ah
- , it talks about things that are
- apparent, things that are visible. If
- someone says asyhadu alla ilaha asyhadu
- anna muhammadar rasulullah, then that
- is Islam. Whether their heart
- acknowledges the divinity of Allah or
- not, then that is Islam. That is sharia
- , that is fiqh like that. Well, because
- in religion, sharia alone is not enough
- , there must be faith and more above
- that, there is ihsan. Hey Sir, you are
- the questioner in particular, ihsan and
- sharia are not the same, right? Ihsan
- and sharia are the same. A person who
- follows sharia is not necessarily doing
- ihsan, that is not necessarily. But if
- a person has ihsan, God willing, they
- have followed sharia. So, what is an
- example now of someone who has ihsan
- but not sharia? Eh, someone who follows
- sharia but not ihsan. If you go to the
- market to buy cloth, for example, you
- buy material, you buy 2 meters of
- material, when the trader measures it,
- it turns out the cloth is 2 meters 5 cm
- long.
- Hm. 2.5 cm. Well, then the trader cut
- off the 5 cm piece and kept it. The
- question now is, was it legally wrong
- for the trader to give the 2 m piece,
- and cut off the 5 cent piece? Hm. Of
- course, according to Islamic law, it's
- not wrong. The buyer bought 2 m and the
- bag is 2 m. But in terms of morals,
- anyone would blame him. Why? This
- person is so stingy, he only weighs 5
- cm. Why would he keep 5 cents of cloth?
- H. Well, that's ihsan, sir. If you give
- the entire 2 m 5 cm piece, that's
- called ihsan. So if it's isan, it's
- already sharia-compliant.
- Sharia-compliant doesn't necessarily
- mean ihsan. Likewise, we buy 2 kilos of
- dukuh. Ah, it turns out it's less. When
- we pick one up, the scale says 2 kilos,
- and the other one is kept. Heh. So the
- buyer said, 'Oh my God, people only
- weigh one, right?'
- Legally, it's not wrong for the trader
- to weigh the 2 kilos. Hmmm. That's why
- there is sharia, there is aqidah, there
- are morals. Morals are at the top. One
- understands that yes. Secondly, once
- the Prophet sallallahu and his friend
- Abu Bakr As-Siddiq radhiallahu and he
- woke up late. Waking up late was the
- only time Abu Bakar Siddiq woke up
- early. K hurriedly left. As soon as I
- left to go to the mosque, there was an
- old Jewish man who was walking slowly.
- So Abu Bakar's friend was confused at
- that time whether he was still walking
- behind the Apostle, behind the Jew or
- ahead of the Jew. Yes, this is the
- ijtihad of Abu Bakar's friend. His
- ijtihad was that if I go ahead and go
- ahead of my parents then I will find
- congregational prayers. This means
- practicing sharia, right? But that
- means I don't carry out the Prophet's
- morals because I precede my parents. So
- , sharia can be practiced, but morals
- are not practiced. But if you keep
- walking behind this Jewish rice, then
- your morals mean being carried out. he
- will miss the sharia. Well, finally he
- decided it was better to walk behind
- this Jew. It's okay if he doesn't pray
- in congregation, doesn't practice the
- sharia rather than not practicing ihsan
- or morals. Oh, I see. So, he then
- walked. Well, eh after that he entered
- the mosque, apparently the Prophet
- Muhammad was bowing. When he was about
- to get up, Gabriel came down and held
- the Prophet's back. Yes, don't get up
- yet, Muhammad, because Allah will honor
- those with noble morals. So he still
- got his share of the sharia, friend Abu
- Bakr, as soon as he entered he said,"
- Alhamdulillah, you still find a
- congregation. "Well, as soon as he said
- alhamdulillah, the angel Gabriel said,"
- Qad samiallahu liman hamidah. "Allah
- accepts the praise of those who praise
- him. There is a saying that is sami
- Allah, what is it called? Hamdalah was
- said by Abu Bakr. Well, that's why when
- the Prophet Muhammad woke up, Gabriel
- said," Say this sentence when you get
- up from bowing. "That's why when the
- Prophet woke up, what was it called?
- Samiallahu liman hamidah. So, Allah
- rewarded Abu Bakr because he
- prioritized morals over sharia, right?
- Hmm. Now, in the tahiyat, the question
- was, Sir, is it permissible for me to
- say" sayyidina "or not? Is it a sin or
- not? Well, if you say" Allahumma salli
- ala Muhammad wa ala ali Muhammad, "that
- means you are practicing sharia. So
- it's not wrong to say" Allahumma salli
- ala Muhammad wa ala ali Muhammad. "Now,
- if you say" Allahumma salli ala
- sayyidina Muhammad, "then you are
- practicing the morals of the Prophet.
- That's because Allah said," Don't call
- your prophet the way some of you call
- others. Make a difference in calling
- the Prophet like that. So, that father
- prioritized the morals of the sharia
- rather than the name of the sharia.
- It's the same with Abu Bakr, yes, he
- prioritized the morals of walking
- behind his parents. In the end, what?
- His sharia also applies to that. And
- Allah gave appreciation to Abu Bakr's
- friend because he put his morals first.
- Ah. So if you say Allahumma sholli
- Muhammad's style, that's what you want
- to say, saying Sayidina, which means
- giving priority to morals. Well, if
- you're sure that's the best, it's up to
- you to say Sayidina, which means you
- can glorify the Prophet Muhammad during
- prayer.
- Hmm. OK. Now look at that. That's the
- reason when the Prophet Muhammad
- sallallahu alaihi Wasallam it hurts.
- When the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu
- alaihi wasallam was sick, he ordered
- his friend Abu Bakr to be the imam in
- the prayers. Well, Imam Abu Bakr prayed
- as an imam. So, in the middle of the
- journey, the Prophet apparently felt
- relief from his pain. So he asked to be
- led by Sayidina Ali and Fadl ee to the
- mihrab, to the pulpit there, to the
- mihrab, yes, to pray in congregation.
- Moreover, in another history, many
- friends cried because the Messenger of
- Allah was not at the priesthood. That's
- why the Messenger of Allah came out
- flanked by his friend Ali and what was
- his friend's name? Fadr. So, when
- Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam
- went to the mimba to the mihrab, there
- was a sign of clapping, friends. The
- intention was to tell Abu Bakar's
- friend, "Eh, Abu Bakar is the Messenger
- of Allah, right? But he wasn't allowed
- to talk while praying so he was patted.
- " That's why the Prophet, eh, Abu
- Bakr's friend, saw the Prophet Muhammad
- , right? Because the Prophet Muhammad
- was there, Abu Bakr's friend then
- retreated. Well, retreated. Why retreat
- ? To respect the Prophet Muhammad
- sallallahu alaihi wasallam. Even though
- the Prophet Muhammad said, "An eat,
- stay where you are, Abu Bakr." But not
- for Abu Bakar's friend, he still
- withdrew. Why? It's not appropriate for
- him to be equal to the Prophet. This is
- reverence. This is called Abu Bakr
- glorifying, being reverent to the
- Prophet Muhammad, so he doesn't deserve
- to be on an equal footing with the
- Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam. So
- he let the Prophet go there like that.
- Ah, this has a name for reverence,
- doesn't it? That's okay. Because the
- reverence here is not respect for
- glorifying the Prophet, what nam mense
- Align with Allah, but respect creatures
- who are truly glorified by Allah
- Subhanahu wa Taala. Not equating the
- Messenger of Allah with Allah Subhanahu
- wa Taala. So in conclusion, you can
- read sayidina, which means you put your
- morals first, and you can also leave
- out sayidina, which means you
- prioritize sharia over morals. It's up
- to you, no one is a sin
- ee this last and we have apparently our
- last caller, Ustaz This morning's
- sermon focused on a small portion of
- the Prophet's character. Perhaps
- there's a conclusion I'd like to convey
- to the brothers who listen to the
- hadith, God willing.
- Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Dear
- listeners of the gathering, blessed by
- Allah. We talk a lot about the Prophet,
- how extraordinary he is, but we don't
- really know what he is called, or what
- he is not aware of his character.
- Therefore, I'll try to convey it based
- on what I know, hoping that we will
- emulate him, as the Prophet Iswatun
- Hasanah (the role model) is what we
- should emulate. Because Allah Himself
- commanded that if you love him, follow
- me. Follow the Prophet (peace and
- blessings of Allah be upon him). In
- what way? He said, and we also follow
- his actions. So, what are some of the
- Prophet's actions that reflect noble
- character? This is what we are
- currently uncovering. Hopefully, this
- will become our attitude in life as
- Muslims, in order to follow our Prophet
- Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah
- be upon him), who is indeed our role
- model. May Allah subhanahu wa wa ta'ala
- . Taala guides our hearts to the path
- that He pleases and loves, bestows
- grace, taufik and guidance on us, our
- children and grandchildren, so that we
- can be steadfast in carrying out His
- commands, avoiding what He prohibits.
- Rabbana taqobbal minna duana amalina
- birahmatica ya arhamarahimin. Rabbana
- atina fid dunya hasanah wafil Akhirati
- Hasan waqinaabanar wasallallahu ala
- sayidina Muhammad waalalui wasbihi
- wasallam. Walhamdulillahiabbil alamin.
- Asalamualaikum warahmatullahi
- wabarakatuh. May
- the peace, mercy, and blessings of
- Allah be with you too. OK, we say
- jazakumullah khair to Ustaz Ahmad
- Zazuli Khalil who was present to
- accompany the brothers and sisters who
- listened to Radio Silaturahim at the
- morning tausiah program. Our theme this
- morning concerns some of the Prophet's
- morals. Hopefully it can be useful for
- all of us, increasing our faith and
- piety and also our knowledge of how
- morals of the Prophet Muhammad
- sallallahu alaihi wasallam. Hopefully
- we can apply what was taught by our
- Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi
- wasallam. And we pray that Ustaz Ahmad
- Zaidul Khalid will always be given good
- health by Allah Subhanahu wa Taala, so
- that he can step forward to impart his
- knowledge to all of us on this
- silaturahim radio that we love. And we
- would like to thank the Brothers and
- Sisters who have submitted their
- questions. May the credit issued be
- recorded by Allah subhanahu wa taala
- and may it be replaced with a double
- reward. Amen, rabbal alamin. And thank
- you to our missionary warriors who are
- in Batam, at 104.3 Ser FM Batam, and
- also those in Sukabumi, at 96.9 Tansah
- FM, and also those in Semarang, at 612
- AM Radio Silaturahim, and also those in
- Banyuwangi, at 94.8 Suara Habibullah,
- and also those in Pontianak, at 0.0

- Anis Mualim with Ondi at the switcher
- desk and also the cameraman, and there
- is also Muhammad Panji at the operator
- desk. Please excuse yourself from the
- room with you. We apologize if there
- are any mistakes that we have said. And
- finally, we close by reciting the
- prayer of kafatul majelis.
- Subhanakallahumma wabihamdika ashadu
- alla ilaha illa anta astagfiruka wa
- atubu ilaik taufik wal hidayah.
