- Rasil TV For the one Islam. Peace be
- upon you, and Allah's mercy and
- blessings, brothers and sisters, may
- Allah have mercy on you all. Praise be
- to Allah, we are blessed with the
- opportunity to be together in this
- space that we often miss, because its
- presence can broaden our perspective.
- But lately, we really want to share
- regarding whatever we face in our
- life's journey as servants of Allah. in
- this space today. Hopefully, this
- discussion will make us servants of
- Allah who are truly capable of being
- grateful for everything, and even
- intending and planning to do many
- things that we can be grateful for
- later. Once again, all praise and
- thanks be to Allah for this blessing.
- Do not forget our salutations and
- prayers for our leader, our beloved,
- Muhammad the Messenger of Allah, may
- Allah bless him and grant him peace.
- Brothers and sisters, present with us
- is Ustaz Valentino Dini, whom we have
- missed; hopefully, his presence on even
- Thursdays can continue. Peace be upon
- you, and Allah's mercy and blessings,
- Ustaz.
- And peace be upon you, and Allah's
- mercy and blessings. It is truly a joy
- to be able to attend this program and
- share.
- Because
- lately, what you have experienced,
- Ustaz, is truly extraordinary.
- How about this becoming a part of our
- discussion to
- Yes. That is why Maher Zain said, "
- Alhamdulillah" first, right?
- The song fits perfectly. Subhanallah.
- Alhamdulillah.
- So we are talking about how in our
- life's journey, miracles will surely
- come.
- Yes. Masha Allah.
- What is that like? And, well, clearly a
- miracle is something very rare. Even
- those who receive it, who receive this
- miracle, are servants who are greatly
- pleased by Allah. What will our
- discussion be like? Please, Ustaz.
- Yes. In the name of Allah, the Most
- Gracious, the Most Merciful. Peace be
- upon you, and Allah's mercy and
- blessings. Uh, all praise be to Allah.
- Uh, before that, I would like to say "
- Jazakumullah khairan katsiran" to all
- the brothers and sisters, the listeners
- , the viewers, and also the friends,
- the hosts, the operators, the owner of
- Rasil, and all the friends for their
- prayers. So, if I say this is a miracle
- , it is the meeting of three things,
- Mbak Nuning, right? Yeah.
- First, the meeting of effort. Uh, then
- the second is prayer. The third is the
- decree of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala.
- Prayer, effort, and
- So, I have been sick practically since
- January, right? So, for a year up to
- this December, I have been sick for one
- year.
- With all sorts of illnesses, right? I
- have told you before, from falling and
- cracking my rib, then spinal problems,
- joint issues, all sorts of things.
- Until finally, it was discovered that
- my actual illness was a leaking heart.
- Yes, so trying to see doctors, trying
- alternative medicine, I kept up my
- efforts.
- Until finally, I found that my actual
- illness was a leaking heart valve and
- it had to be operated on, right? So, I
- kept using medication as well.
- I went to four different cardiologists
- to find a second opinion, right? Then,
- I did not forget to ask for prayers
- from family, friends, and companions,
- right?
- Because in the end, surgery had to be
- performed, and finally, Allah's decree
- met, so when those three efforts
- converged, the miracle appeared, and I
- can be here, right? So I am reminded of
- the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad,
- peace be upon him, who said, "Ala inna
- fil jasadi mudghah." That indeed,
- within the body, there is a lump of
- flesh. The body. If it is good, then
- their entire life is good. Wa fasadat
- fasadal jasad. If it is ruined, then
- all of their life is ruined. Ala wa
- hiyal qalb. Know that it is the heart (
- qolbun). And the exegetes, the scholars
- , and the scientists say that "qalb" is
- translated as the heart.
- As I once mentioned before my surgery,
- "Ni'matani maghbun fihima kathirun
- minan-nas." Two blessings that we
- humans sometimes forget, neglect, or
- are deceived by. Health and free time,
- yes. When I was sick, practically all
- my activities stopped.
- Lecturing stopped, seminars stopped,
- writing stopped, teaching stopped,
- business stopped. Totally, everything
- stopped.
- Yes.
- So, I focused more on medical treatment
- . But I truly say that between prayer,
- effort, and God's destiny, I felt them
- converge within me. Yes. So, when I
- found out I had heart disease, I just
- turned back to God. I just made it a
- habit to recite istighfar, then also
- the prayers for the Prophet, and also
- reciting Surah Al-Ikhlas while rubbing
- the painful area. Yes, just making that
- a habit. And subhanallah. Practically,
- when I was diagnosed four months ago
- with heart disease, my heart was
- leaking. I went to the third heart
- specialist.
- Yes.
- The doctor asked, "Sir, do you already
- have BPJS (national health insurance)
- or not?" Yes.
- I am not really one to pay attention to
- such things. Initially, my mindset was
- against insurance. I refused, I was
- against insurance. My experience in the
- past was buying various fancy health
- insurance plans from out there.
- Including those from the banks.
- Millions, millions of rupiah like that.
- Once I bought it, a week later, I had
- taken the family plan, my child or my
- wife got sick and entered the hospital.
- Yes.
- Then a week or two later, costs came up
- that were higher than that. Since then,
- I said, "Since then and now, I only
- insure myself to God, I never believe
- in insurance." But when the doctor said
- , "Sir, please take care of it
- immediately, because you still have a
- long journey ahead." Yes.
- So it turns out the treatment—I asked
- my friends—for those from the
- diagnosis stage of heart disease until
- finally deciding to have surgery.
- It takes time between two months, six
- months, or two years.
- My surgery process was, subhanallah, I
- said that, my wife said, "Honey, try to
- look for information about BPJS." Yes.
- Because this is the doctor's
- instruction, right?
- Yes.
- Then, in the morning, my wife opened
- the BPJS website to look for
- information. When she was opening the
- laptop, her cellphone rang; she
- received a call. It turned out the
- person calling was my high school
- friend.
- Yes.
- I didn't even know who that person was.
- I used to be the head of Islamic
- spirituality back in high school. Well,
- it turns out they got my phone number
- from a friend I know. The person
- calling me, I didn't know them. Uh, Ms.
- Tanti—she called me "Ustaz"—do you
- already have BPJS? Not yet. Please send
- me a copy of your ID card and family
- card.
- Yeah.
- So, that morning, my wife took photos
- of them,
- The family card and the ID card. She
- took the pictures and sent them to the
- caller. In the afternoon, the person
- came to my house to deliver the
- finished BPJS card. Can you imagine?
- Subhanallah.
- I didn't even know this person. The
- next month, my wife went to take care
- of the payment, right?
- Yeah.
- It couldn't be paid. Apparently, my
- name had been entered as an employee of
- their company.
- Oh.
- So it was as if I was a retired
- employee of their company.
- Yeah. Heh.
- So I couldn't pay for it. The company
- was the one paying.
- Masyaallah. I said,
- that means they are paying for it.
- Masyaallah. Yes. So, subhanallah. After
- that, it was handled by the doctor; I
- was referred to Cipto Hospital from
- Depok.
- Heh.
- Referred to Cipto RSCM.
- Arriving at RSCM, well, the exhaustion
- of going back and forth, if you use
- BPJS, it really is back and forth. Back
- and forth, back and forth, it takes a
- while. In a day, you can only do one
- thing. Let's say today is just for a
- blood test. Today is just for a chest
- X-ray, today just for teeth. So it took
- almost a month until all the processes
- were finished, up to the
- catheterization.
- I was about to report to the
- administration department to request an
- operation schedule. Subhanallah. When I
- wanted to ask for the surgery schedule,
- I met the surgeon. The surgeon.
- Assalamualaikum, Doc. How are you? Eh,
- how are you? Well, I’m close to him;
- he’s a fun guy, right?
- How are you doing? He looked confused,
- looking at me, Doc. I’m the one with
- the leaking heart, the one needing the
- valve. Oh, ah, right. Yeah. Okay. So
- how are your results? Oh, everything is
- good. Everything is good. Really.
- Everything of mine is good. Yeah.
- So the body condition is prime.
- So the only illness I had was the
- leaking valve.
- Lungs, kidneys, cholesterol, everything
- was safe, including the catheterization
- process. The blood vessels were clear,
- the heart vessels were clean.
- So the doctor said, just schedule it.
- Schedule it, the admin officer said.
- The officer responsible for scheduling
- heart surgeries. I went home. Once I
- got home, on Friday I was called by Mr.
- Valentino. Mr. Valentino, our surgery
- is on Monday, that's 2 days away, right
- ?
- So fast.
- People wait for months up to 2 years, I
- only waited 2 days.
- Yeah.
- The surgery is on Monday, if you can,
- come to the hospital by Sunday. I was
- already ready; I was ready for that
- surgery. I had truly surrendered. Yeah.
- When I was admitted, subhanallah,
- another friend of mine, also from high
- school,
- was a heart surgeon there. So he came
- to visit me every day.
- He checked on me as friends do, we’re
- all friends, you know.
- And by God's grace, the head of the
- Heart Center, the integrated heart unit
- , was my friend.
- There were 10 people in the operation,
- Nuni.
- Yeah.
- Three surgeons, two thoracic surgeons,
- three heart surgeons, and two
- anesthesiologists. Yes, and three
- nurses, all of whom had been briefed
- beforehand. I heard my friend say, "Hey
- , take care of this brother of mine."
- So, I was treated like his own brother,
- getting special treatment.
- Yeah.
- And subhanallah, it didn't stop there.
- It turned out that from top to bottom,
- the cooks and the nutritionists were
- all people my wife knew; one was my
- wife's aunt. It was truly not a
- coincidence.
- From the top down.
- Yeah.
- Yes. So he visited and said, "Valen,
- you have heart trouble and need surgery
- . What do you want to eat?""Oh, just
- order whatever you want," they said. So
- , what happened? What were your special
- requests? I changed the milk. I said, "
- I don't want soy milk. I want chocolate
- milk." Chocolate milk. What about the
- fruit? I asked for this specific fruit.
- What about the food? I asked for it to
- be like this. So, subhanallah, it felt
- like being at home. Masyaallah. Then
- that Sunday night, the doctor came to
- see me. The doctor was
- the ex-husband of a celebrity, and that
- celebrity is my friend, but I won't
- mention her name. And the surgeon who
- was going to operate on me was one year
- ahead of my wife at UI. My wife was in
- dentistry, and he was in general
- medicine.
- They knew each other. He said, "Mr.
- Valentino, we’ll be operating
- tomorrow at 8:30 or 9:00 AM. I have to
- read the risks to you first, sir." He
- started reading the risks: first, that
- I could suffer total memory loss.
- So, I could lose all my memories.
- Second, that I could have a stroke.
- Third, that I could be paralyzed.
- Fourth, kidney failure. Fifth, death.
- None of them were good, Ms. Nuni.
- Yeah.
- Then I had to sign.
- I had to sign, right?
- For the operation risks. The moment I
- signed, I realized, "Oh man, I just
- signed for my own death."
- Yeah, the risk of death, none of those
- are good.
- Anyway, I was scheduled for 9:00 AM,
- picked up at 8:30, so the surgery
- lasted for 6 hours. 6 hours.
- 6 hours.
- It felt like only 5 minutes. Because
- once I was sedated, 5 minutes later it
- was a total blank. When they said, "Sir
- , we're putting you to sleep now." I
- told myself, "Oh God," while reciting
- prayers and Al-Ikhlas, hoping that in
- my sleep, I would dream of meeting the
- Prophet.
- That's how it is, right? I was just
- ready to die, you know. It was a
- complete blank, nothing, I didn't wake
- up for 6 hours. Yes, so it was a 6-hour
- operation. Even though the plan was to
- keep me sedated for 48 hours. 6 hours
- later I had already regained
- consciousness. Sometimes my physical
- condition is good.
- Yes, my wife was next to me when I woke
- up in the ICU, I didn't know what she
- was saying, her mouth was moving but I
- couldn't hear. I just did this, I'm
- okay, just like this. Okay, once I was
- conscious in the ICU, I immediately
- remembered the doctor saying what the
- risks were before being brought to the
- hospital. I immediately validated it
- myself.
- My body had many tubes in it, IVs and
- all that, about 8 things inserted. I
- moved my legs and both could move.
- Hm.
- Thank God, I wasn't paralyzed.
- That's what it means, right. He.
- So spontaneously, once I woke up, I
- immediately validated and checked my
- body. I don't know why I was like that
- either. Then, in that condition with
- many tubes and everything, I moved my
- right hand. I did this, moved it like
- this.
- It could move too.
- It could move, but my left hand
- couldn't move.
- Okay.
- My left hand couldn't move, so I just
- prayed, asking for forgiveness.
- Astagfirullahalazim. In my heart, I
- recited the Quran and prayed for the
- Prophet. Five to ten minutes later, it
- could move. Thank God. Then, how many
- children do I have? Five. I remembered
- my first child is studying here. The
- second one is here. And so on, I
- remembered them. Oh, that means my
- memory is good.
- Thank God, after one day in the ICU,
- they moved me to the intermediate room.
- I should have been in the treatment
- room for 5 days, but it ended up being
- 9 days. When checked, my blood was too
- thin.
- They gave me medicine, then it got too
- thick.
- H
- gave me more medicine, then it got too
- thin again.
- Yes. So for 4 days it wasn't right.
- It didn't match. Finally, I was given a
- blood transfusion.
- A transfusion was scary because the two
- people who had surgery after me passed
- away.
- On the same day.
- Yes.
- Because they had issues with their
- kidneys.
- He.
- The other one had high blood pressure.
- Okay.
- Okay. So the risk of heart surgery is
- truly extraordinary. Yesterday, a guest
- from Malaysia came to visit me, he came
- to the house yesterday morning and he
- needs heart bypass surgery. He doesn't
- want to. Why? He read that.
- The surgery is 95%successful. But there
- is a 5%failure rate. He is only
- thinking about that 5%.
- Yeah.
- He is scared. Afraid of the surgery. I
- said, "Look, Dato, you have a wife, sir
- , you have four wives." Malaysian
- people are united and get along. They
- live in one complex, but he's afraid to
- have surgery. He has four wives and 17
- children.
- Yeah.
- Maybe that's what he's thinking about.
- He's scared, right. So it turns out
- there are even greater risks. So I
- ended up watching YouTube and
- everything about heart surgery.
- Um, what is it, mitral heart surgery,
- since my problem was in the mitral
- valve, the left atrium. It was the left
- side that got replaced. So, I just gave
- my intention, you know. The incision
- was from here down to above the navel,
- about 20 centimeters. So, the process
- starts with the doctor, maybe the
- anesthesiologist, putting me under,
- then the thoracic surgeon. My chest was
- , from here to here, you know, sawed.
- Sawed with a machine, split open, maybe
- five or up to six ribs.
- Opened up.
- Once opened, in my own words, the heart
- is being tinkered with.
- Yes.
- So, the heart is being tinkered with.
- The blood vessels pumping into the
- heart are detached and moved to a
- machine. So, the heart stops.
- Or in other words, the heart is dead;
- it stops beating. Because the blood
- must keep circulating. Otherwise, you
- could get paralysis, brain damage, and
- all sorts of things. The machine does
- the pumping.
- It becomes a machine. Then the doctor
- operates for 6 hours. After 6 hours,
- the story goes, my wife was called.
- Yeah.
- From the operating room to the ICU. "
- Ma'am, the surgery is finished." Even
- though there was an issue with the
- heart rhythm. She was worried, the
- rhythm wasn't normal. Yeah.
- She was nervous, sitting there. "But
- thank God, Ma'am, we managed to handle
- it." Wow, she felt relieved again. "You
- can come upstairs."
- She went upstairs.
- So the process is, the heart is
- detached and moved to the machine.
- Yeah.
- After the surgery is done, it's moved
- from the machine back to the heart.
- Oh.
- Back to the heart. The heart has
- stopped beating here, right?
- Yeah.
- It's tapped like this. Patted like this
- .
- Starting.
- Or poked/tapped.
- Told to beat again.
- Just like that. If it doesn't beat,
- I told my wife, "You'll go home a widow
- ; if it doesn't beat again, where would
- I go?" That is the medical side, how
- extraordinary the power of God is.
- Patted and it beats again. Well,
- finished. The chest bone that was
- opened is reattached and tied with
- strings.
- Yeah.
- Yes.
- Now, this is what I still feel pain
- from to this day, it's aching because
- it was opened and reattached, you know.
- Yes.
- It takes about 2 to 3 months before
- it's okay.
- So the ache is here in the front all
- the way to the back.
- It's sore, tied up with this. So if you
- sneeze or cough,
- you really feel it.
- It hurts, right? If there's a bumpy
- road, riding in a car, you feel it,
- right? It's done, we go back, right? So
- it's a risk. But indeed, you need to be
- prepared. For me, I had already totally
- surrendered. I was totally resigned to
- it. Whatever happens, it's up to God.
- Thank God, it was a meeting between
- human effort and prayer. The prayers of
- all my friends and the fate ordained by
- God met, so it could beat again.
- If it hadn't beaten, it would be over.
- True.
- Where would I go, right? The center of
- it is here, done, I can go home. I
- still go to the hospital three times a
- week for medical rehabilitation. So,
- medical rehab is for people who have
- just had heart surgery, as 50%of their
- body function drops. They must be
- trained
- and trained under a doctor's
- supervision. You can't do it alone. So,
- you have to exercise walking, light
- gymnastics, monitor blood pressure, and
- take blood thinners for life. Yeah.
- So, it shouldn't get thick, no green
- vegetables, no green fruits allowed.
- They cause the blood to thicken. Now,
- whenever I go to the airport and pass
- through the metal detector, it always
- beeps because my heart valve was
- replaced with metal.
- So, it will definitely give a signal
- when I am
- uh, when I am near
- metal, and every hour. At 3:00 AM, I
- wake up. Alhamdulillah. So I can
- perform qiyamulail, right.
- Yeah.
- My heart makes a sound like a clock.
- Tick, tick, tick, you can hear it,
- right. When I'm in bed alone, it makes
- that tick sound, it's the one pumping
- blood, sounds like a jumper.
- But only you, Bang Valdin, can hear it?
- Yes.
- What about someone beside you?
- If someone is beside me and their ear
- touches the mattress, they can hear it.
- Oh, so there's a vibration, the
- heartbeat that we can listen to, right.
- Yeah.
- If I'm like this, you can't hear it.
- But if my wife sleeps next to me, if
- she leans in, she can hear it.
- Yeah. Yes, as long as there is contact.
- Yes, there is contact with the tick.
- Yeah, it's funny sometimes. Oh God, how
- powerful You are. Humans are given
- knowledge by Allah, right.
- They make
- that heart valve out of metal, or it
- can also be from animals, cow or pig.
- Yeah.
- But the durability is only up to 10
- years. But if it's metal, it can last a
- lifetime.
- Oh, the ones from other creatures only
- last 10 years.
- Yes, 10 years. Then you have to have
- surgery again. Can you imagine going
- through that again? So the process is,
- once they open it up to correct it, to
- fix it, it can't be done. Yeah.
- So it gets replaced. So my status is,
- the valve was replaced, not repaired.
- So it's funny, right? Once they opened
- it, they realized, oh, this has to be
- replaced.
- So now inside Ustaz Fadin's body, there
- is a metal object.
- There is. Yes. Metal. What is it called
- in English? Mitral valve.
- So if we look at oil drilling, those
- pipes have valves, those are valves.
- Open close, open close. That's called a
- valve.
- So, in layman's terms, a heart valve or
- valve is that thing that opens the left
- and right atrium. Its function, after
- the surgery is done, a few days later
- when examined with an Echo, it shows up
- on the monitor next to me. Yes,
- Subhanallah. During the Echo, when I
- went in before the surgery, the doctor
- saw my name, Valentino Din, and he said
- , "Are you the one who wrote that book?
- "
- Books shouldn't just be for salary
- earners.
- Yes. So, the doctor examined me for an
- hour and a half; usually, people only
- get 10 or 20 minutes, but for me, it
- was an hour and a half. "
- I will do the best, Sir," he said. Wow,
- so it was very detailed. Uh-huh.
- So, when I met him again, while being
- examined, I asked, "Doc, what is that
- red stuff?""Oh, that's clean blood, Sir
- ." So, the heart pumps, the valve opens
- , and clean blood is distributed
- throughout the body.
- Then, it pumps again, and the dirty
- blood is blue. On the machine, on the
- computer, it shows up as blue; that's
- dirty blood. It goes into the lungs and
- kidneys to be cleaned, right? Well,
- that's what couldn't close anymore.
- So, it just kept circulating back and
- forth. Back and forth, just back and
- forth. And that made me short of breath
- . Short of breath, yes. And that's how
- it was discovered that I had heart
- disease, a leaky valve. Hm.
- But I said if I could write, I would
- title my writing about what I
- experienced as a "second life."
- Yes. Life.
- A second life, or the 6 hours that
- decided it. Yes, hopefully the book
- will be out next year so that people
- can learn a lot from the beginning
- process to the end. Because frankly,
- miracles and good fortune are only
- given to the right people and the
- chosen ones by Allah Subhanahu wa
- ta'ala.
- Yes. Like I said, my friend from
- Malaysia said it's 95%successful and 5%
- failed. He was worried about that 5%.
- He was afraid to have heart surgery. So
- , you are what you think, you are what
- you believe.
- Yes, if it's meant for me, it's what
- God gives. I tried this and that, did
- alternative treatments, drank herbal
- stuff. But it turned out the doctor
- recommended this. I asked, "Doc, if I
- don't have the surgery now,
- Hm,
- what is the risk for me?"
- What did he say?
- He said, "Sir, you could have heart
- failure, or it could be coronary."
- Uh-huh. Yes, like some friends I met
- recently who also have heart disease.
- Hm. "
- I wasn't feeling sick at all, Sir.""
- Suddenly I had chest pain, I was
- sweating, the pain went through to my
- back.""I fainted."
- That's a heart attack.
- Yes, that's a heart attack. He was a
- smoker and loved eating Padang food.
- Hm.
- Cholesterol.
- Yes.
- So, the coronary issue is that it clogs
- the blood vessels. So the blood can't
- flow, it's blocked, and you get spasms,
- right? So for friends who are
- experiencing this, don't be afraid.
- Just keep going for medical treatment.
- Don't take it lightly, okay? Don't take
- it lightly, and stop smoking. Cut back
- on the Padang food.
- And the fatty foods.
- Those fatty foods are what cause
- cholesterol. Yes, cholesterol, you
- should reduce it.
- Because being sick is expensive, right.
- Yes, as I mentioned, I read that hadith
- about the two blessings we neglect,
- leaving us unable to do anything.
- Practically, I am reorganizing what
- business I want, what work I should do,
- where to generate income from? So, it's
- totally, everything is stuck. Really,
- it truly is. Luckily, when we were
- healthy, we had savings, right. So it
- is still
- still possible, right. But it can't be
- like that. One must reorganize and do
- whatever needs to be done, right. What
- else should I do? There must be a
- purpose from Allah regarding myself,
- right.
- What else must we do, what else must we
- perform
- in the remainder of our lives, we don't
- know; at my age, if following the
- Prophet, I'm 47, so 16 more years,
- that's how it is
- if living as long as the Prophet
- it's not long, 10 or 20 years pass by
- in a blink. Earlier, when I took a
- GoCar here, the driver was 64 years old
- . Wow, you're already past that, sir. I
- said, "Sir, you're already past it,"
- like that. Yes, Ustaz, I'm just looking
- to worship as much as I can, he said.
- We don't know, death can come with or
- without a cause.
- Yes.
- Sick or not sick, poor or rich, young
- or old, it doesn't distinguish.
- Yes.
- When the time is up, it's finished.
- It's just the time, right.
- Yes. But we must try to maintain our
- health, right. Then also, the diet,
- sleep patterns, mindset, right. Don't
- be stressed, everything.
- Now, sometimes, how should I put it,
- like me after this, why wasn't I like
- this from the beginning, things like
- that. Sometimes humans are like that
- yes. So humans are indeed like that,
- only when they experience it do they
- realize, only after it happens are they
- awakened. Yes.
- Now, these lessons are good for people
- beforehand, right. We have children,
- relatives, friends, so we keep that in
- mind.
- Um, Ustaz Fadin, during the journey
- while being sick like this, there are
- still many people who want to ask
- regarding
- your role as
- um, what is it called? MTW,
- certainly there is an additional desire
- on how to make this even cooler, more
- luminous. Do you know, brothers and
- sisters? Ustaz Valentino Dinsi's plan,
- because there are so many asking
- regarding Muslim entrepreneurship
- business. So starting next year, from
- the second week of January, every
- Wednesday, he will apply and implement
- his gratitude by preparing business
- consultations at MTW. Every Wednesday
- starting from the second Wednesday in
- January. Subhanallah.
- Yes. So since I got sick, everything
- stopped.
- Yes.
- And since I was trusted by my friends
- and the scholars of 212
- we have been thinking about the
- community's economic issues.
- That's correct.
- Well, a lot of time was spent on that,
- yeah. Once I was healthy again, I asked
- , "So, what are we doing next?" I said,
- "Well, let's just continue it." Yeah.
- So God willing, I said, starting in
- January 2019.
- Yeah.
- The second week, though, yes, the
- second week.
- Uh, but after that, every week,
- every Wednesday, then every Wednesday
- from [time] to [time],
- in the afternoon in Ciracas, okay?
- At the MTW headquarters.
- At the MTW place. God willing, we will
- return
- to open up, uh, for friends who want to
- consult, talk, and everything else.
- Because sometimes if it's not like that
- , people come today, and today is also
- tiring. Yeah, it's better
- that we just do it every Wednesday at [
- time]. From noon until, well, maghrib,
- right?
- Let them come, okay. It used to reach
- 70 or 50 people, so just come.
- Come to MTW, meet us, we can discuss or
- share ideas.
- And that is only from [time] in the
- afternoon
- until maghrib, yes.
- Oh, until maghrib.
- At most, maybe until [time].
- Until [time] in Ciracas there,
- yeah. Ciracas at MTW. So for those
- using Google, uh, using GPS, you can
- type Majelis Taklim Wirausaha.
- Majelis Taklim.
- Majelis Taklim Wirausaha, yes. The
- address in Ciracas, right?
- Yes. The one in Ciracas, yes. We return
- to
- hopefully this will increasingly
- also be medicine for me, right?
- Contributing is cool, isn't it?
- Yes. God willing. So it is true,
- brothers and sisters, that miracles are
- rare things not received by everyone.
- Only servants of Allah who are lucky
- enough receive this grace. One of them
- is, um, our Muslim entrepreneur
- resource person, our friend, Ustaz
- Valentino Dinsi. If there is anything
- you want to ask, you can SMS or
- WhatsApp 0811999720, or you can also
- call 845 1512. God willing, the
- miracles experienced by Ustaz Valentino
- Dinsi will also be part of the miracles
- that occur in our long journey.
- Certainly with its own notes, right.
- Alright, we would also really like to
- thank our friends in Sukabumi, Batam,
- Semarang, Pontianak, and Banyuwangi.
- One more in Palembang. Alright, we will
- be back after this. Rasil TV, for a
- unified Islam. Yes. Life is temporary,
- illness is temporary, everything is
- temporary. Stay with Ustaz Valentino
- Dinsi, who has already shared regarding
- the miracles that occur in this long
- journey of our lives. And brothers and
- sisters, several, um, Ustaz, several
- have come in to offer prayers. Thank
- you, and many hope that you will help
- the community in entrepreneurship again
- with health that has returned to prime
- condition. Yes, for example, um,
- unfortunately many servants of Allah
- did not mention their names here, but
- one of them says, "Ustaz,
- assalamualaikum." I hope the illness
- you are suffering from, Ustaz, does not
- hinder you from continuing to do good
- for the people, especially regarding
- entrepreneurship. I can only pray for
- your long life and, uh, what is this?
- Oh, it is Dr. Lukman behind his name.
- Thank you, Dr. Lukman, and all the
- other friends as well. But, uh, we are
- curious, you know.
- Ustaz Valentino Dinsi, when something
- happens, usually your soulmate or your
- children are the ones who are more
- anxious. Can you describe what they
- were like?
- As soon as the doctor called, "Ma'am,
- the surgery is finished." Yes.
- Heh.
- Even though there was a problem with
- the heart, she went limp. So when
- even though this word, even though
- Yes. So before entering the operating
- room, the nurse said, "Ma'am, do you
- want to say goodbye or kiss your
- husband first?" Ah, she cried only then
- .
- She only started crying there. But I
- said, "I am lucky to have a wife like
- her; she is strong." When I went into
- surgery, she just focused on our
- children, my oldest one in Surabaya,
- and my two children in college. "
- Come on, pray Dhuha, pray for your
- father, don't just do two rakaats."
- Uh-huh.
- Yes. So she remembers that when I
- recovered, I often told my wife, "If I
- get well, it means God has another
- purpose."
- For our mission. But if it ends, we
- stop here, right? We don't know, right?
- But if God heals me, I said, surely God
- has a greater purpose for me, right? We
- don't know what else God wants to
- assign us to, right? I just maintain a
- positive outlook. That is what I use
- when chatting with employee friends; we
- have revived the entrepreneurship
- council for consultations with the
- people. She is afraid and reminds me. "
- I am afraid you were saved by God
- because of your past investments."
- We preached and did all sorts of things
- for the people. "I am afraid God has
- already repaid you.""
- With the miracle yesterday, don't stop
- now.""
- Don't stop doing good; keep working so
- that God's blessings continue to
- increase." La in syakartum la
- azidannakum. If we are grateful, God
- will add more. That is why I try to
- remember what I have done all this time
- . And what activities I have carried
- out so far. We keep reviving habits,
- doing good, and performing deeds again.
- So the deeds are cultivated again,
- created again. Yes, even though one of
- the biggest challenges is how to build
- the economy of the people. I once
- thought
- he
- yes, we have started, but I thought
- this seems like building the people's
- economy is just a utopia. Absurd.
- Because it is difficult, the situation
- is very heavy where the economy is
- controlled by foreign capitalists and
- so on.
- On the other hand, the Muslim community
- and the scholars, their leaders, aren't
- united either, right? Even if the
- protests are large,
- 7 million, 10 million, you know. But
- when talking about the economy or other
- things, they still spend their money
- towards the red and blue, which is
- tough. But indeed, when I studied it, I
- was influenced by the fact that there
- are so many Muslims. Yeah.
- Yes. But the Muslim community's party
- never wins.
- Okay, let's pause for a moment because
- there's a call coming in. Peace be upon
- you.
- And peace be upon you, and God's mercy
- and blessings.
- Hello, Miss. Who am I speaking with,
- Miss?
- Wait, let me turn down the radio first,
- okay.
- Okay, please go ahead with your
- question. I can't hear you very well,
- Yes. So, there was one time under the
- Masyumi era, after that
- it was over, right?
- Yes. Yes, go ahead, Miss. Please.
- Peace be upon you.
- And peace be upon you. Yes, Miss.
- Please go ahead.
- I am Ibu Yohana,
- from Tangerang.
- Yes.
- I heard Ustadz Valentino's story.
- Yes, Ibu Yohana.
- I...God willing, I will be more fearful
- of Allah and more grateful.
- Okay.
- And I want to ask the Ustadz, are there
- any Islamic boarding schools for the
- elderly? Right now there are many
- boarding schools
- for young people. I am 73 years old.
- Uh-huh.
- So that there is someone to guide me.
- How is it?
- Yes. Alright, Ibu Yohana.
- Alright, Ibu Yohana. Thank you.
- Yes,
- please go ahead.
- So, I had an older adopted brother who
- was the Dean of FKM UI, who created
- BPJS.
- Uh-huh. Who designed the BPJS model, we
- once had a plan to create an Islamic
- boarding school for the elderly,
- something like they have in Japan.
- If we look at those Japanese people,
- when they get old, they just spend
- their time traveling,
- right. So we thought about building
- that in Sukabumi, you know. So,
- something like, uh, an orphanage of
- sorts, but the model is a boarding
- school for the elderly where they can,
- uh, memorize the Quran or spend their
- lives while learning religion too. It
- was a thought, but the study my friends
- did in Japan isn't finished yet, I
- haven't received the report. But just
- pray for it. Hopefully, yes. For
- example, like yesterday I had a
- training in, uh, the Sentul area there.
- Uh-huh.
- They have a nice resort. It turns out
- those elderly people who have been cast
- aside by their children have a lot of
- money.
- Uh-huh.
- Right. They just live there and put
- their money there, you know. The nurses
- take care of them.
- Uh-huh.
- So if they get sick or anything, the
- old couples just go traveling in
- Sukabumi, in Bogor, just traveling. So
- it seems the model is,
- they hand over their wealth and are
- taken care of continuously. Now, I just
- imagine that we Muslims should really
- have something like that, Ibu Yohana.
- Yohana, this name is the same as my
- grandmother's. My grandmother was
- Yohanna Van Debur. My grandmother was
- Dutch, you see. So, they should be
- taken care of and looked after, but
- also be spiritually tended to. So not
- just their health, not just their
- physical well-being,
- but their spirituality too
- must be guarded
- and paid attention to. So, what you
- said, we have thought about, and we
- even modeled it; the one supporting
- this was a friend, a dean at UI,
- the Dean of the Faculty of Public
- Health, but it hasn't been realized yet
- to this day.
- Well, the study isn't finished. We
- already studied in Japan and such, and
- indeed, most of those models in Japan
- are specifically for seniors,
- but there is no spiritual touch. That
- is where we think about how to
- integrate spirituality. So yes,
- everything is attended to like that,
- you know. Pray that hopefully, Ibu
- Yohanna's words trigger me, stimulate
- me to think and continue something I
- discussed with friends a year ago.
- Can you imagine, brothers and sisters,
- if there was an Islamic boarding school
- for the elderly, but they all lived in
- the area
- or it could be said, just for 1 week or
- 1 month only. Yeah.
- Like that, right. Well, a month there.
- Oh, so they are students for a month
- then return to their families, that’s
- possible. I think this would be an
- interesting model. Indeed, it doesn't
- exist in the world yet, does it?
- Yes. Who knows, someone might be
- listening and then help make all of
- this a reality.
- God willing.
- I really want to greet Mbak Hani. Mbak
- Hani says, "Peace be upon you, Ustaz."
- Glory be to God. The difficult times
- that were not easy to pass have gone by
- . Hopefully, only health remains, Ustaz
- . May God always provide His protection
- and mercy. Then, here is another one
- from an anonymous servant of God, Ustaz
- Valentino Dinsi. My father happens to
- need surgery, but he is full of fear. I
- invited him to listen earlier.
- Hopefully, my father is also full of
- spirit because whatever happens is
- surely the best for us. Yes.
- What is the way to make my father brave
- enough to move forward? Yes, because
- his fear makes us afraid to make a
- decision.
- Yes. Well, just give him strength. I
- remember when I wasn't this sick.
- Indeed, when we are sick, it is the
- best moment to return to God, right?
- Our spirituality increases instantly. I
- only have three practices, Mbak.
- Yeah.
- So, when I got this sick, I just read
- that one. Qulhu,
- qulhu ahad, Allah somad. That is Surah
- al-Ikhlas. Yes.
- But in the Quran, there is no name "
- Surah al-Ikhlas." It is not there.
- Not there.
- Yeah. Qulhuallahu ahad Allah somad. It
- turns out I once read in a hadith that
- the writing of qulhuallahu ahad Allah
- somad, that Surah al-Ikhlas, is on the
- wings of angels.
- Yeah.
- That writing.
- Yeah. And there was a companion, if I
- am not mistaken, named Muad bin Jabal.
- When he passed away, the throne of
- Allah trembled. Yes.
- Allah's throne shook, and the sky
- darkened as thousands of angels
- descended to welcome his soul. Even the
- Messenger of Allah rushed to follow. He
- didn't want to miss it. Do you know why
- ? Because one of the deeds of this
- companion was his diligence in reciting
- Qul Huwallahu Ahad, Allahussamad.
- Yes. He made it a habit to recite it.
- And also the Salawat, Allahumma sholli
- ala Muhammad. Why is that? Allahu anzal
- sakinah fi qulubil mukminin. It is
- Allah who bestows peace into our hearts
- . Yes, because anxiety comes from the
- devil, alladzi yuwasswisu fi sudurinass
- , minal jinnati wannas.
- So, as a child, she really provides
- strength. I can motivate myself, right?
- And as I said before, I have an
- extraordinary partner, my wife who
- reminds me. I didn't want to have the
- surgery at first.
- I didn't want to be operated on. I was
- scared of the surgery too. Oh, so it's
- just like you, Mbak Hani, luckily my
- wife is a doctor. I had tried this
- alternative and that alternative. I
- looked everywhere, even went to Cipanas
- for treatment.
- Yes.
- Looking for a massage therapist
- specializing in the heart, you know.
- But she kept strengthening and
- reminding me, saying just let it be.
- That's why we need to have a righteous
- partner.
- That is what strengthens us. Having
- children pray for their parents, being
- prayed for by a wife, asking children
- to pray so Allah opens the way.
- Yes.
- To remove the fear and for Allah to
- make things easy, we also ask for
- prayers from other friends; this is a
- sophisticated era, after all.
- I can just use WhatsApp, just tap and
- send it to tens of thousands of people.
- Yes.
- We ask for forgiveness from friends,
- Mbak, we accept it too, asking for
- forgiveness for everything, that is
- what we call effort. Effort. So, God
- willing, don't take it lightly, and
- don't be discouraged.
- If it needs to be done, don't delay it.
- Look at what the decision is. The
- doctor's. Doctors can see things from a
- ...how should I say? From their
- knowledge, right? Yes.
- Yes. Through knowledge.
- Yes. For example, like a
- catheterization.
- Yes. If I were to be scared, I'd be
- scared. So, a catheterization is to
- examine the condition of the heart
- vessels. Yes.
- I felt it was done by a professor, Sir.
- They take it from the arm, right? From
- this arm here, Mbak. The arm vessel.
- Yes.
- Yes. His experience is a 97%success
- rate, with 3%failure.
- Yes.
- Three times they tried from the arm
- vessel and failed.
- So it had to be...
- So I fell into that 3%failure rate.
- Can you imagine? Yes.
- Then finally, it was taken from the
- groin.
- Yes.
- Entered from there. Taken from there.
- Now, my friend, he focuses not on the
- 97%success.
- The 3%.
- He's afraid of that 3%. So does it
- create fear? If I say, it's between our
- efforts and trusting in Allah.
- I try to find competent doctors, you
- know. I had four doctors, four heart
- specialists.
- Hehe.
- I was like, this, this. So that, uh,
- the decision would be unanimous, right.
- We make an effort, ask for prayers from
- friends, relatives, companions, family,
- and everything; it's all in God's hands
- .
- Yes.
- Once that’s done, say bismillah, it
- feels at ease.
- Alright, let's continue to the WhatsApp
- message from Rasyid. Rasyid sends his
- regards, Ustaz. Ustaz, is it possible
- to have a remote business consultation
- with you? If so, how do I get in touch?
- Yes, I used to do that. But, uh, I
- can't handle it anymore.
- Heh.
- Yeah. Physically, I'm not strong, and
- mentally, I'm not strong either. Like,
- for instance, yesterday I was invited
- to Natuna by an oil company. Yeah. I
- turned it down, you know. I wasn't up
- for it, going to Natuna from here to
- Pekanbaru, then taking a smaller plane,
- then land travel again.
- Wow. This question is similar to the
- one sent by Abu Izuddin in
- Batam regarding the desire for a remote
- consultation, right. Hopefully, as time
- goes on, who knows, maybe some
- tech-savvy friends can set up a
- platform,
- prepare, say, the YouTube channel and
- everything; it's usually fine, but the
- problems here are many.
- If it happens, well, that problem needs
- a team and everything, hopefully.
- That’s what we don’t have yet.
- Not in the near future, but maybe in
- the long run, if there are friends who
- can help. Next question from a servant
- of God, starting with gratitude,
- Alhamdulillah, Ustaz Valentino Dinsi. I
- am also grateful and join in the prayer
- that you stay healthy. My question is,
- what went through your mind when it was
- all over and it turned out to be a
- miracle from God? Because if I'm not
- mistaken, you said two people treated
- at the same time passed away, right,
- Ustaz? Yes.
- Yes. Yeah. So, I uttered, what was it?
- It came out spontaneously to my wife.
- If God heals me,
- heh
- I said there must be a great purpose
- God has for me. Yeah, if God ends it,
- then it ends.
- Heh.
- Yeah. So, how do we show gratitude for
- that blessing? By returning to
- preaching and struggling in the path of
- God. And thank God, my wife reminded me
- of that too. "Come on, let's start
- rebuilding from scratch." I truly have
- to reorganize everything from zero.
- Including the economy, from scratch,
- practically everything stopped; all my
- activities were stuck. I used to write
- books.
- That's why you call this your second
- life.
- Yes, I wrote 17 books back then. I
- don't mean to boast, but when I still
- had a publisher, a month would bring in
- about 50 million, that's small, Pak,
- easy money.
- But when I got sick, everything just
- stopped. Fortunately, we had savings
- and assets back then. But now, we have
- to start all over again.
- thinking again, and thank God now I can
- think, I can think about what else we
- did in the past, right?
- yes, so
- I often say, if you have wealth and
- that wealth runs out, right?
- yeah
- but don't be sad because you know the
- knowledge to generate it. You know we
- once had an income of 50 to 100 million
- a month.
- From what? How?
- From what, how? We know it suddenly
- became zero now.
- But we know we once generated that. We
- just need to review it again, go back,
- while asking God again.
- Yes, my wife keeps reminding me of that
- , just ask God. Of course, I said we
- never asked humans for anything in this
- life,
- just ask God.
- God is the Provider, just ask Him. Yeah
- .
- My wife's family was scared because we
- had three assets. "Just sell your house
- here, here, and here, sell them.""You
- have small children who need things,"
- my wife just smiled, she didn't need to
- answer them. We just stay calm, stay
- calm. We have always asked God,
- never asked humans. Even when cornered,
- there is always a way out. That's why,
- *wam yattaqillah yaj'al lahu makhrajan
- wa yarzuqhu min haitsu la yahtasib*.
- Whoever is pious to God and believes in
- God, God will give him a way out of all
- his life's problems. Given sustenance
- from places never expected.
- Sustenance from places not ex-
- and I have felt that my whole life I
- have always received sustenance from
- unexpected places. Not from fixed
- income. Because I worked, yes, I used
- to work at Garuda, worked as an
- assistant to the MPR chairman, and all
- kinds of things. Yes. But I never had
- enough money from those jobs.
- But I always felt that God gave me more
- in my life from*min haitsu la yahtasib*
- , from what I never expected, the
- unpredictable.
- That amount was bigger than what
- I earned as an employee or manager. It
- was just average. That
- the unpredictable one, right? That
- larger part from the unpredictable,
- even today I tell my wife, we are sick,
- we aren't going anywhere, but the
- sustenance comes on its own, it comes
- to us.
- Why are the scholars, the companions,
- and the Messenger so calm? When Ibn
- Qayyim was asked why he was so calm, he
- said it was because I know two things:
- first, my lifespan has already been
- determined by God.
- yeah
- It is certain, it has been recorded in
- the Preserved Tablet, the specific date
- , month, year, and hour when we will
- die. It’s certain, right? Yeah.
- Second, the companions and the tabi'in
- knew that sustenance would not be
- swapped or taken by someone else.
- Yeah
- that makes us stay calm. Knowing we
- will definitely die, let's do good
- deeds for our death. You know our
- provision won't be swapped with someone
- else's, right? So, that's why they say
- just do your best. The outcome is up to
- Allah. That brings
- our peace of mind. That's why it's
- important to study our religion,
- listening to Rasil and so on, it makes
- our hearts certain and calm, right? If
- we already have that peace, and we're
- sure about our provision from Allah, we
- can just be calm.
- Yes.
- What is there to be stressed about?
- That's how it is.
- Yes. Even though for some, that's not
- oh, it's hard. It is not easy to reach
- that level. It is not easy to have that
- kind of faith. It doesn't happen in a
- day or two. Here is a message from Mrs.
- Ami, grateful to hear that Ustaz
- Valentino has recovered. Hope you can
- contribute to Rasil again.
- Amen.
- Prayers from all friends are certainly
- many, from
- Rasil listeners wherever you are. Thank
- you very much. Here is another question
- , again without a name.
- Ustaz Valentino Dinsi. Miracles do come
- without being asked or refused, but
- they are surely in line with our good
- deeds or give us the chance to do even
- more. If I may ask, during your
- critical moment, what crossed your mind
- that you wanted to do but hadn't had
- the chance to do yet? What was that?
- Yes. For me, I know my expertise is
- only in economics,
- in the field of business.
- Yes, if I remember, we want to
- contribute to the Ummah, to this Da'wah
- , to the nation of Indonesia. Even
- though it's hard for me, I always think
- far ahead. I have already plotted for
- my five children, this one like this,
- that one like that. Specifically for
- the fourth one, I named him Muhammad
- Ibrahim Abdurrahman. Muhammad and
- Ibrahim, those two Prophets are in his
- name.
- I always pray for him, what? I ask, O
- Allah, especially for this child. I ask
- especially for this child. I ask that
- You marry him to a descendant of the
- Prophet.
- Marry him to the Prophet's lineage.
- Yes. And make him and his descendants
- supporters of Al-Mahdi.
- Yes.
- Yes. We ask Allah for that. Yes, life
- is short, it won't be long, what lasts
- long is in the hereafter. Yeah.
- That's why do good deeds, do good deeds
- , do good deeds. Do good deeds, do good
- deeds for the afterlife. The world is
- only for a while. My expertise is only
- in the economy. I have an obsession
- with how the economy...even though I
- said earlier it's hard, it's hard
- facing this situation. Then I said, I
- wasn't finished earlier. It's about how
- I see that what is considered a
- successful economy of the Ummah was
- during the SDI era, the Islamic Trade
- Union.
- Yeah.
- Right? Host Cokro Aminoto.
- Yes.
- But I also encountered a story that the
- Islamic Trade Union was also
- established by the Chinese.
- Yeah.
- That's why this Ustaz, Brother Mansur
- Suryanegara, he is the one who can
- answer this. Is it true that the
- Islamic Trade Union was founded and
- financed by the Chinese? Yeah.
- Yes. So, it's tough. I don't know.
- Honestly, I wrote a book on building a
- mosque-based economy. The modeling is
- already done. But because I was sick, I
- haven't had the chance to implement it.
- I don't know, sometimes...
- Where do I start, O Allah, what should
- I do? It's up to Allah; we only ask
- Allah, right? At the very least, in my
- words...I called to meet Sandi Uno and
- said, "San, Ustaz, when you were still
- deputy governor, I gave you this
- message.""You have to make 50 people as
- rich as you are; don't just be the only
- one who's rich.""It's useless if we
- become deputy governor, and perhaps
- later become vice president." Yes.
- How can these people side with the
- Ummah? So, it makes us people who
- contribute to the Ummah. Like John F.
- Kennedy said, don't ask what your
- country can do for you, but what you
- can do for your country. Don't ask what
- you can get from Islam. But what
- contribution can you make to the Ummah?
- Yes.
- Well, I feel what I'm doing—building
- the Ummah's mosque-based economy—
- sometimes I feel I haven't found a
- partner yet. Yes.
- And I haven't met the right people. So
- if it's just a Valentino doing it, who
- doesn't have money, has average energy,
- and limited staff, it's definitely
- tough.
- Yeah.
- But I just have the faith. Someday,
- Allah will surely send someone.
- If we find a figure like that, it would
- be really cool.
- True. Yes. That's why I used to hope
- for two people I knew well. One was
- Sandi Uno, and the other was Khairul
- Tanjung. Yeah.
- But it turns out, hopes just remained
- hopes. Maybe not from the others either
- .
- Not yet. That's why I even thought, if
- that's not the case, I'll create it
- myself.
- Like that.
- So we really do need people like
- Abdurrahman bin Auf.
- Yeah.
- Or like Utsman bin Affan, whose money
- just flows and flows.
- Yes. Then...
- All of that for the Ummah. How
- Abdurrahman bin Auf donated for the
- Ummah. Once he donated, one act of
- charity was 46 billion.
- One act of charity, 46 billion. Not
- just once, but many times, right? Now,
- I think those are the figures we don't
- have. Meanwhile, to move the Ummah's
- economy, we need large capital.
- Yeah. And you can't just rely on small
- collections or crowdfunding; that won't
- work. It can't be done. So there really
- must be one big figure, a person I say
- is someone whose love is for the
- afterlife...
- but Allah entrusted him with...
- extraordinary wealth that he uses for
- da'wah and for Islam. In my words, with
- that, he is buying his own heaven.
- Yes.
- Well, it has to be taken to the
- afterlife; it's like buying a ticket to
- heaven, right?
- So, you could almost say this is
- homework for you, Ustadz.
- Homework for me, homework.
- Yes, it must be strived for so it can
- be answered, right? Uh-huh.
- Yes. Yeah. That's why I met with my
- friends from the GNPF and everything.
- It's tough, I said, if we walk like
- this.
- Uh.
- Like picking up sticks, one by one. But
- it has to be, it has to be started.
- Started. I don't know where it leads.
- But I just put my hope in Allah alone.
- Hopefully, Allah sends—I say, "O
- Allah, send me the funds, the
- facilities, the infrastructure, and the
- people who will help me uphold Your
- words."
- Yes.
- It can't be done alone. So, there
- really has to be—that's why back in
- 212, in 2016, right?
- Uh.
- After that, two weeks later we gathered
- at the Sofyan Hotel.
- Yes.
- And finally, I was elected as the
- deputy chairman of the 212 Sharia
- Economic Council.
- Who was the chairman? That world
- belonged to Habib Rizieq and the others
- , Ustadz Bastian Nasid, and the Kyai
- and scholars. I said at that time, I
- told our Muslim community, and also to
- friends in general back in '98, '99.
- Uh-huh. Do we, the Muslim community,
- have a blueprint for 5, 10, 15, 20, 50,
- 100, 200 years ahead? What would that
- blueprint look like? How is the roadmap
- , what are the milestones? There isn't
- one. I said, "I have gone around to all
- the Islamic leaders; it doesn't exist.
- We are each just thinking about
- ourselves."
- H.
- Now, after 212 at the Sofyan Hotel, I
- said, "Ustadz, all my friends, the Kyai
- , we must create a task force. A task
- force for who handles the economy, who
- handles politics, technology, education
- , and social culture. So a task force
- must be formed to divide those roles so
- they can be measured and monitored in a
- year, 2 years, 5, 10, 15, 20, so the
- progress is visible." To this day, it
- doesn't exist.
- A team will be formed, God willing,
- from a circle of people who care just
- as much as you do, Ustadz.
- That is, that is important.
- God willing, yes. But we just put our
- hope in Allah, right?
- Because if we just walk on our own,
- there's no small team, and it can't be
- measured, Pak Nunin.
- So I said, in the end, it just becomes
- a utopia, just like our dreams.
- Yeah. But everyone is allowed to dream;
- it must get going, that's why someone
- has to start, right? I'll just start
- first; where it ends is Allah's
- business, right?
- Yes. Yes, so many people are praying
- for Ustadz Valentino Dini in the
- WhatsApp messages here in my hand, on
- this gadget. Hopefully, Ustadz will
- truly recover and be fit again, to help
- the entrepreneurial study group (
- Majelis Taklim Wirausaha) grow and
- develop even more. We will
- to conclude the amazing miracle that
- has recently been a part of Ustaz
- Valentin Odinsi's thoughts and feelings
- .
- Yes. I am reminded of the Prophet's
- hadith, the Prophet said "man roal
- munkaran"
- whoever sees evil—and there is evil
- everywhere now—
- yes, indeed, there is a lot of it. "
- falyughair biyadihi," change it with
- your hands, with authority, with power.
- That is why I say it must be divided.
- Who handles politics? Who handles the
- economy? Who handles politics?
- Technology, it must be divided; this
- ummah must be divided. That role must
- be divided, "failam yastati." If you
- are not capable, "fabil lisan," use
- your tongue to speak.
- Heh.
- If you have authority, use your
- authority. I can speak through the
- radio, through our writings, we speak.
- "Faillamati fabiqolbi." If you still
- cannot speak, if you are unable to
- speak, just use your heart. "
- Walikafulan" that is the weakest. But
- yes, at a minimum
- at a minimum, to all viewers and
- listeners, let us pray that Allah
- provides a solution, shows a way; I am
- at a stage where I don't know what to
- do.
- Heh.
- Yes, for the economic status of the
- ummah, if we just walk alone like this
- with limited capital and limited people
- , that's a dream. It can't work;
- something big must be done. As the
- saying goes, "Al-haqqu bila nidham
- yaghlibu al-batil bin nidham"—
- falsehood that is structured and
- organized
- well and neatly will
- be able to defeat truth and goodness
- that is unorganized. Now, look at the
- Muslim community today, despite our
- potential, how many millions? 10
- million, let's say, or 7 million before
- .
- Yes. Then our total population as
- Indonesians is 262 million. 87.2%are
- Muslim, 227 million Muslims. But we
- seem powerless, powerless in every
- field, in everything.
- And the further we go, the more it is
- felt.
- Even more. That is why, because we are
- moving individually,
- we need great people, great figures who
- are trusted by all, and they must have
- teams with capital and everything
- needed; if I were a tailor, for
- instance.
- Heh.
- It turns out that when I try to "sew"
- from an economic perspective with my
- limitations, it feels heavy; it is
- truly heavy. It is heavy. Hopefully,
- this is a kind of call, a call for my
- friends listening to my voice; indeed,
- this cannot be done alone. It must be
- structured, neat, and supported by all
- the abilities we possess.
- Yes. At a minimum, pray, everyone, at a
- minimum, your prayers. Hopefully, Allah
- gives us leaders who are truly in love
- with Allah and His Messenger,
- in love with the community, the nation,
- and the country, and who can use the
- power granted to them to draw closer to
- Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Yes, our
- homework is still long and far off. We
- are already in the end times. We must
- just begin; at a minimum, send your
- prayers, slip them in between our
- prayers. Prayers for our leaders, and
- for our brothers and sisters. I think,
- God willing. Okay, thank you Ustaz
- Valentin Odinsi for taking the time to
- share with us all.
- To all brothers and sisters wherever
- you are. Once again, if our lifespan is
- already determined and our provision
- will not be interchanged, then there is
- no need to worry or fret about things
- that make it easier for us to move
- forward. And the miracle experienced by
- Ustaz Valentino Dinsi during the
- process of, uh, the onset of his heart
- condition is also a miracle and a
- blessing bestowed by Allah upon His
- servants through His mercy, and it is
- also because those who receive it are
- the chosen ones. Hopefully, Ustaz
- Valentino Dinsi's longing to be able to
- revive the economy of the Ummah, even
- with the support that is so greatly
- hoped for from people out there, could
- include one of them, perhaps those of
- you who are currently with us now. Let
- us struggle together. Hopefully, Ustaz
- Valentino Dinsi's longing to realize
- this can truly be achieved. Billahi
- taufik wal hidayah. Wassalamualaikum
- warahmatullahi wabarakatuh. I H Berasil
- TV for one Islam. Yeah.
