0:05 Brasil TV. 0:12 In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious 0:13 , the Most Merciful. Peace be upon you, 0:16 and the mercy and blessings of Allah. 0:20 And peace be upon you too. 0:25 Praise be to Allah. Praise be to Allah, 0:29 who has blessed us with the gifts of 0:32 faith and Islam, and peace and 0:35 blessings be upon our master Muhammad, 0:41 and upon his family and all his 0:43 companions. To proceed. Glory be to You 0:47 , we have no knowledge except what You 0:49 have taught us; You are the All-Knowing 0:51 , the All-Wise. O Allah, grant us 1:05 divine openings. And provide us with 1:10 the understanding of the righteous. 1:13 Both inwardly and outwardly, O Most 1:14 Merciful of the merciful. Praise be to 1:18 Allah, whom I love, all the mothers in 1:21 the congregation, who I pray will 1:24 always be under the protection of Allah 1:28 Subhanahu wa ta'ala. 1:31 Amen. 1:33 Also our teacher, Ustaz Isa, who just 1:35 shared knowledge with us, the host. We 1:39 pray that Allah bestows upon him 1:41 goodness and blessings. We pray that 1:45 those present, whether here in person, 1:49 following via live stream, or online, 1:53 will all receive millions of Allah's 1:56 blessings. 1:58 Praise be to Allah, this morning 2:00 heading into noon, Allah gave us the 2:02 gift of faith and Islam. Allah gave us 2:05 health, long life, and spare time so we 2:09 can sit in this blessed gathering. Are 2:13 you healthy, mothers? 2:15 How are you doing? Praise be to Allah, 2:18 your bodies are healthy, your hearts 2:20 are at ease, and your legs are fine too 2:22 . Praise be to Allah. Just turning 2:26 right and left, right? Praise be to 2:29 Allah. In any case, we are able to sit 2:31 in a gathering of knowledge. This is a 2:33 golden opportunity. Not everyone can 2:36 easily sit in a gathering like this. 2:40 How many virtues and benefits has Allah 2:43 prepared, which the Prophet mentioned 2:46 about sitting in a gathering of 2:48 knowledge, a study circle. Please. 2:53 Wherever study circles are, pursue them 2:55 . Wherever study circles are, seek them 2:58 out. Where are the gardens of Paradise? 3:01 Drop by. Why? To train ourselves to be 3:03 able to drop by the gardens of Paradise 3:05 . To train ourselves so that one day we 3:10 can enter the real Paradise. Jannah. 3:18 The Prophet said, "O companions, O my 3:20 people, if you pass by the gardens of 3:22 Paradise, stop by, do not just walk 3:24 past them.""What are the gardens of 3:28 Paradise, O Messenger of Allah?" Oh, 3:29 they are the gatherings of remembrance 3:31 and the gatherings of knowledge. 3:33 Gatherings of dhikr and gatherings of 3:35 knowledge. That means we are in a 3:38 garden of Paradise. 3:40 Amen. 3:40 What is a gathering of remembrance? A 3:42 gathering where we remember Allah. The 3:45 tongue is reciting dhikr. Glory be to 3:48 Allah, praise be to Allah, there is no 3:50 god but Allah, and Allah is the 3:51 greatest. We recite salawat. The heart 3:54 practices remembrance through patience, 3:56 gratitude, and contentment. Our limbs 3:59 also practice remembrance. Our bodies, 4:01 our members, they also remember. How do 4:04 we remember Allah? By doing this. 4:06 Sitting in this place. Sitting in this 4:08 place. If you don't love knowledge, you 4:09 won't feel at home. Is that right or 4:12 not? Praise be to Allah. This has been 4:14 two hours with your legs folded, right? 4:17 You didn't even notice. Now, standing 4:20 up is the hard part, I see everyone 4:22 here looks quite young. Because 4:26 everyone looks the same here. No one 4:28 has gray hair. Everything is safe. When 4:35 it's over, the young ones stand up and 4:36 leave right away. But for those who are 4:39 older, prepare yourself first. Right 4:41 foot, left foot. Which one goes up 4:43 first? The back or the feet first? The 4:46 back first, okay. Alhamdulillah. The 4:51 point is, when Allah permits us to sit 4:53 in a gathering of knowledge, God 4:55 willing, it’s a sign of*man salaka 4:57 tariqan yaltamisu fihi ilman sahallahu 4:59 lahu tariqan ilal jannah*. Whoever has 5:02 light feet brought to a gathering of 5:04 knowledge, it is a sign that Allah will 5:07 lighten our way to His Paradise, 5:09 Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Amin ya rabbal 5:11 alamin. Oh, the joy of sitting in a 5:14 study circle, the joy of sitting in an 5:16 assembly of knowledge. Why? Because it 5:19 is Allah who provides comfort in our 5:21 hearts. This is a gathering filled with 5:23 Allah’s mercy. *Nazalat alaihimus 5:25 sakinah. *Hearts become peaceful. * 5:28 Wasat alaihimurahmah. *A shower of 5:31 Allah’s mercy. *Wa haffathumul 5:33 malaikah. *We are side by side with the 5:35 angels of mercy. Beautifully, we are 5:39 promised by Allah, we are boasted about 5:41 by Allah in front of the angels. "O my 5:45 angels, look at these mothers in the 5:47 study circle early in the morning."" 5:50 Just look at them there.""Write down 5:52 the names of the ladies sitting there." 5:55 "Don't let anyone be missed," Allah 5:57 says to the angels. "The angels have 6:00 recorded everything, O Lord." 6:01 Everything is recorded. Do not let 6:02 anyone be left out. There is a lady at 6:05 the back with her legs stretched out. 6:06 Should she be recorded, or not? Yes. 6:09 Record her. Record those whose eyes are 6:13 blinking with sleep. Record them. 6:16 There’s a lady leaning back as soon 6:18 as she sits. Record everyone. Record 6:19 them. Do not let anyone be left out. 6:21 Those in front, those behind, those 6:23 arriving early, those arriving late. 6:26 Those on the right, on the left, 6:27 holding a pen. Those not holding a pen. 6:29 Record them all. Do not let anyone be 6:31 left out. Whether those present or 6:34 those following the stream, record them 6:35 all for following the study, for 6:36 sitting in a gathering of remembrance. 6:39 "Make them future inhabitants of My 6:41 Paradise." 6:42 Amin. 6:42 Amin ya rabbal alamin. Is it a loss, 6:45 Ma'am, to sit in a gathering like this? 6:48 We even search for where such a 6:50 gathering exists. Search for where the 6:54 study circles are, come and train our 6:56 bodies so that we can sit in the 6:58 gardens of Paradise. One day, we will 7:01 sit in the real Paradise. Amin ya 7:03 rabbal alamin. Dear congregation, what 7:06 is it that we are actually looking for 7:07 in this world? Safety. Is that true or 7:10 not? Safety. What matters is being safe 7:13 . There are people out there we 7:16 experience a neighbor having an 7:18 accident. A neighbor has an accident. 7:21 The question asked is, "Are they safe?" 7:24 right? There are things we experience, 7:27 the important thing is that the soul is 7:29 safe, right? Because the most important 7:31 thing is safety. There are three types 7:35 of safety that we must guard. There are 7:39 three types of safety that we must 7:40 maintain. First, *salamatul jasad*. The 7:45 safety of our physical bodies, the 7:48 safety of our forms. Second, *salamat 7:53 ruh*. The safety of our spirits, the 7:58 safety of our souls. Third, * 8:03 salamatuddin*. The safety of our 8:06 religion. *Salamatul jasad, wasalamatur 8:12 ruh, wasalamatuddin*. Guard these three 8:17 so that you stay safe. Guard your body 8:22 so that it is healthy, so that it is 8:25 well-maintained. Even the Prophet 8:29 sallallahu alaihi wasallam defined 8:31 among those who die as martyrs are 8:33 those who defend their own lives. 8:37 Defending their lives when oppressed by 8:39 others. It is our duty to defend our 8:42 own souls. There is something viral now 8:46 , for example, someone experiencing 8:49 domestic violence, does she have to 8:52 obey her husband even if she is weak? 8:56 Oh, no. In Islam, one must fight back, 8:58 must defend oneself. Life is precious 9:01 to us. So we must persevere. The 9:07 Prophet even said, "A person is called 9:09 a martyr if they defend their property, 9:12 and guard their soul from being 9:14 oppressed by others. See, that means 9:16 our lives are precious." That is why it 9:19 is condemned by Allah. If someone wants 9:21 to commit suicide, God forbid. I seek 9:24 refuge in Allah from that. Like, life 9:26 is so hard, for instance. "Oh God, just 9:28 take my life." God forbid. Don't. It is 9:32 not allowed. Why? Because this, this 9:34 soul, what do you call it? This life is 9:36 a precious thing that Allah has given 9:38 us. So the first is salamatul jasad, 9:41 the safety of our body, our physical 9:44 well-being must be maintained. Second, 9:48 salamatul ruh. The safety of the soul. 9:51 The safety of the spirit, our soul must 9:53 be kept safe. The spirit must be 9:55 guarded. That was the physical, second 9:59 is the spirit, the inner self, and 10:01 third is salamat. The safety of our 10:04 religion. How do you do it? First, 10:08 salamatul jasad. The safety of the body 10:11 . How do you do it? Fiqillat taam. By 10:15 eating little. Meaning, make the body 10:20 healthy, keep the body safe. Eat 10:23 sparingly. How many times a day do you 10:25 eat, Ma'am? Three times. The real count 10:32 , plus five more times. Yes, mashallah. 10:38 But it seems those here eat only once. 10:43 Once in the morning, once at Dhuha, 10:44 once at noon, once in the afternoon, 10:46 once at night, once before bed. Once, I 10:49 mean once. Once in the morning, once at 10:52 Dhuha, once at Dhuhr, once at Asr, once 10:54 at Maghrib, once at Isha. Plus once 10:55 before sleeping. Oh, my goodness. Well, 11:03 it turns out that doctors do advise not 11:05 to eat too much. Eat in portions. 11:08 Indeed, Allah has commanded, "Eat and 11:11 drink, but do not be excessive." Eat 11:14 and drink, but do not be excessive. Eat 11:16 what you like, what your appetite 11:20 desires. Eat and drink. Don't forget to 11:23 drink. If you eat without drinking, 11:25 you'll choke. Eat and drink. Eat, all 11:28 of you. Drink, all of you, but do not 11:31 be excessive. Do not go overboard. 11:35 Allah does not like those who are 11:37 excessive. Allah is not pleased with 11:40 those who are excessive. But thank God, 11:44 we have food, alhamdulillah. Eating 11:48 rice with five side dishes, 11:50 alhamdulillah. Four healthy, five 11:54 perfect. Rice is there, chicken is 11:58 there, fish is there, meat is there, 12:00 eggs are there too. Two types of 12:04 vegetables, with crackers, with chili 12:05 paste, and three types of fruit. Plus 12:09 raw vegetables. Mashallah. Delicious. 12:15 Right. When it comes to eating, mothers 12:19 are usually the most organized. 12:22 Especially if they have a large family 12:24 at home. This one has one preference, 12:27 that one has another. That’s a 12:29 different story. Well, there you go. A 12:31 mother usually prepares a lot of food 12:33 on the table. Giving the best for her 12:36 family. Am I right or wrong? That is 12:38 Subhanallah. It’s just a matter of 12:40 how we eat, as taught by our Prophet 12:42 Muhammad, peace be upon him. We’ve 12:46 often heard that the Prophet once 12:48 received a gift of a doctor. The doctor 12:52 was sent to the city of Medina, hoping 12:53 that if someone were sick, there would 12:55 be a doctor to treat them. But a week, 12:58 a month passed, and no one got sick. 13:01 The doctor said, "I'm not working, 13:03 I’m idle. No one has come to consult 13:06 me about being sick, Doc." No one. Why? 13:09 Confused after months of no patients, 13:12 the doctor eventually approached or 13:15 chatted with the residents of Medina. " 13:19 I'm confused, I've been here for a long 13:21 time. My duty is to provide health to 13:24 others. If someone is sick, I cure them 13:26 . But for days and months, no one has 13:28 come. Everyone in Medina seems healthy. 13:30 " So, what is the secret? What is going 13:36 on, oh people of Medina? Why is no one 13:38 getting sick? What was the answer from 13:40 the people of Medina? Nahnu na’kulu 13:43 hatta naju’, wa idza akalna la nasba 13:45 ’. We only eat when we are hungry, 13:51 and we stop before we are full. So, if 13:57 it’s really measured, that is Nahnu 14:00 na’kulu hatta naju’. We eat only 14:05 when we are truly hungry. Hunger's cure 14:09 is eating, and sleep's cure is sleeping 14:12 . Even if you're sleepy and drink 10 14:15 cups of coffee, even if you tape your 14:19 eyes open, you still can't stay awake; 14:21 the cure is sleep. When hungry, eat. If 14:26 we are hungry, we eat. Wa idza akalna 14:29 la nasba’. But we don't eat until we 14:31 are stuffed. We stop before we are full 14:35 . But what about us, how are we? Eating 14:41 what we love. Sitting with our legs 14:44 crossed. With some salted fish and 14:49 stewed jengkol and grilled stink beans. 14:52 The rice is finished. The salted fish 14:55 is still there. Grab more rice. The 14:59 rice is still there. The fish is 15:00 finished. Grab more side dishes. Like 15:04 that, right? It never ends; the rice is 15:08 gone from the table, our plate is empty 15:10 , no rice left, and the fish is also 15:13 gone. There's just a little bit of fish 15:16 left. Keep picking at it, picking, 15:19 picking. Masyaallah. That’s how it 15:22 happens sometimes. That is why it’s 15:23 fitting that the Prophet gave us a 15:28 warning: if you want a healthy body, 15:31 killatut tha’am, eat sparingly. 15:37 Luqman al-Hakim advised his son, "Oh my 15:39 son, ya bunayyaah, if you eat too much, 15:46 your soul will become weak, and your 15:52 body will be sluggish; your mind will 15:56 go to sleep if you overeat." Just try 16:00 it, mothers, if you eat a lot. You'll 16:03 just be looking for somewhere to lean 16:05 back. Feeling bloated and full. Oh, my 16:12 God. Just a little bit more, especially 16:14 with that fan blowing right at you. 16:17 Eating two and a half plates. Usually, 16:18 you only regret it after you've 16:19 finished eating. Oh, I'm so full. Oh, 16:22 and the fan is on too. Is there really 16:24 a study session this afternoon? Should 16:26 I go or not? Should I go or not? If 16:28 you've eaten a plate and a half, do you 16:31 go to the afternoon session or sleep? 16:34 Sleep. 16:35 It depends. But usually, you have to 16:37 choose between going or sleeping. 16:39 Sleepy, go, sleep, go, sleep, go, right 16:43 ? But if you eat just a little, enough 16:47 to straighten your spine. When we're 16:51 hungry, we feel like this, but when 16:52 full, we feel a bit fresher. Then, God 16:54 willing, you won't be debating whether 16:56 to sleep or go. We would surely think 16:58 about taking wudu, getting dressed, and 17:00 going to the study session. But if 17:02 you're already overstuffed, oh my God, 17:05 who's even speaking today? Ah, I'll 17:06 just ask for the notes later. It feels 17:09 so nice, the pillow is calling me, the 17:11 mattress is calling me, right? Eating 17:14 isn't wrong, as it's a permissible 17:16 activity. But if we make eating an act 17:20 of piety to God, first, we won't dare 17:23 eat anything except what is halal. We 17:26 will leave behind what is forbidden. We 17:28 won't want to eat anything unless it is 17:31 only halal. We leave behind the haram 17:32 things, and we will definitely only 17:34 want to eat what is halal. Second, if 17:36 we eat with piety, we eat according to 17:38 the way of the Prophet Muhammad, peace 17:41 be upon him. How? First, say the 17:45 Basmalah. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim, so 17:47 that the food becomes a blessing. Kullu 17:50 amrin dhi balin la yubda'u fihi 17:52 bismillahir-rahmanir-rahim. The Prophet 17:57 said, "Every good affair that does not 17:59 begin with Bismillah, then that affair 18:01 is far from blessing." We want the food 18:04 we eat to be blessed, so we always say 18:06 bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Allahumma 18:10 bariklana fima razaqtana waqina 18:13 adhaban-nar. May what we eat become 18:16 sustenance, make our bodies healthy, 18:18 and keep us away from the hellfire. 18:20 That is, if we eat with piety to God, 18:24 first, only eat what is halal. Second, 18:27 our way of eating follows his example. 18:30 Ustaz Isa already mentioned following 18:32 the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him 18:34 , by saying bismillah and then eating 18:36 with the right hand. Don't take bites 18:40 that are too big. In the past, we used 18:43 three fingers. When I was at the 18:45 Islamic boarding school, the little 18:47 finger was raised onto the ring finger. 18:50 I was taught to use only three fingers 18:52 by my teacher at the boarding school. 18:54 But it takes a long time to get full, 18:56 it takes a long time to finish, right? 18:58 But what does it mean? You don't have 19:00 to use three fingers. It's okay to use 19:02 five fingers. Sometimes five fingers 19:03 can also be difficult. Just don't take 19:05 bites that are too large. Don't take 19:08 too much at once. Then, chew 19:10 sufficiently. Don't do it in the middle 19:12 of eating. Eating, drinking, eating, 19:13 drinking, eating, drinking. Drink only 19:15 when you need to. If you really feel 19:17 like you're choking, then drink. But 19:19 don't drink every time you take a bite, 19:21 okay? So, if we eat with piety to God, 19:25 we will follow the way the Prophet 19:28 Muhammad, peace be upon him, ate. Among 19:32 them, we eat if we are indeed hungry 19:34 but not yet full, but can we actually 19:39 do it? 19:41 Especially if it's food we like. Oh my, 19:43 we look for this, then look for 19:44 something sweet, then look for more of 19:46 that. It's our test, ladies. Yes, but 19:48 in any case, we must strive for it. If 19:51 we want our bodies to be healthy, then 19:55 reduce the food. God willing, our 20:00 bodies, ladies, have portions: 20:02 one-third food, one-third water, 20:04 one-third air. If we eat excessively, 20:09 it takes up the water's portion, and we 20:12 end up feeling breathless. And we will 20:17 surely drink a lot too. If eating 20:19 exceeds one-third, it takes away the 20:21 breath's portion. Drinking a lot takes 20:25 away the breath's portion. Does our 20:27 breathing have a portion or not? Just 20:30 try feeling it when you eat a lot and 20:32 drink a lot. Breathless. Why? Because 20:37 of eating and drinking too much. Our 20:39 bodies already have these portions: 20:41 one-third, one-third, one-third. God 20:45 willing, if you want a healthy body, 20:48 reduce our food. Salamatul jasad fi 20:52 qillatit thaam. The safety of our body, 20:55 the health of our body, is through 20:57 eating less. God willing. Because, 21:02 ladies, Satan likes to look for entry 21:04 points to make God's servants not want 21:06 to worship. One of them is appetite. He 21:12 looks for doors, he looks for gaps. How 21:13 does he do it? For example, Satan 21:15 wouldn't say "don't study religion," no 21:17 . But he makes us eat a lot. So that 21:21 after eating a lot, our minds become 21:23 sleepy, our focus fades. Then that's it 21:26 , we become lazy. Forget it, no need to 21:27 study. So it's not that Satan forbids 21:31 Tahajjud prayer, but he makes our sleep 21:37 comfortable and makes us eat until we 21:40 are full. When we eat until full, our 21:42 sleep is very deep. It turns out, 21:45 ladies, I also learned this knowledge 21:46 at the boarding school. How do we make 21:48 it a habit to pray at night? How do we 21:52 make our night prayers routine? Among 21:55 them, first, don't sleep too late; 21:57 second, don't eat too much. Because if 22:00 you eat a lot, your sleep is too 22:01 comfortable. People who learn at 22:05 boarding schools surely have 22:07 uncomfortable beds so they wake up at 22:09 night. The food at the boarding school 22:12 isn't great or luxurious either. There 22:14 is food, but it's not luxurious. Just 22:17 enough to fulfill our needs. 22:21 Subhanallah. So, we can learn from that 22:23 model. Yes, especially at an age like 22:25 this. Eating lots of rice makes the 22:29 blood sweet. Oh, that's true. 22:34 Sugar leads to diabetes. Being fond of 22:38 salt leads to 22:40 high blood pressure, eating meat leads 22:43 to cholesterol. What are you eating, 22:46 ma'am? 22:47 Just tempeh. You're already curious, 22:48 aren't you? Just a little bit. Oh, 22:51 tempeh causes gout. Even green 22:53 vegetables cause gout. Everything makes 22:56 the joints sore. Oh my God. But if we 23:00 eat just enough and don't go overboard, 23:02 God willing, it won't become a disease. 23:05 God willing. Amen ya rabbal alamin. 23:07 Firstly, salamatul jasad fi qillatit 23:10 thaam. The safety of the body is 23:12 through eating less. The second is the 23:15 salvation of the soul. The safety of 23:18 our souls. By what means? Fillatilam. 23:24 The salvation of our souls and spirits 23:27 comes from minimizing sins. Ma'am, do 23:32 you have many sins or just a few? 23:36 It seems like here, we just sin a 23:38 little bit at a time. A little sin here 23:43 and there. A little sin here and there. 23:45 Just a little bit. Oh Allah, we humans 23:49 are full of mistakes. Am I right or not 23:52 ? Eyes sometimes look at things they 23:53 shouldn't—that's a sin. Ears listen 23:56 to gossip about others; heaven forbid, 23:58 that's a sin. Does the tongue 24:01 accidentally say something 24:02 inappropriate? That's a sin. Feet 24:04 walking to the wrong places is a sin. 24:07 The heart is where the most sins are 24:09 committed. Am I right or not? The 24:12 tongue might be silent, and the eyes 24:14 might just be looking, but the heart 24:15 can speak. That is why it is fitting: 24:19 Innallaha la yanzur ila ajsamikum wa 24:21 suwarikum wa lakin yanzuru ila 24:23 qulubikum. It makes sense that Allah 24:25 doesn't look at our forms or our faces. 24:27 What does Allah look at? The heart. Why 24:30 ? Because the heart commits the most 24:32 sins. People are silent, but we look at 24:36 the person next to us with torn clothes 24:38 . We judge their clothes over and over, 24:43 while our mouth is silent, but our 24:45 heart is active. Am I right or not? 24:49 Maybe we put our new bag in the very 24:51 front. The mouth is silent, but the 24:56 heart thinks, "No one has a bag like 24:58 mine." Oh, the heart is being conceited 25:00 . Heaven forbid. Arrogance and 25:03 belittling others. Heaven forbid. 25:05 Getting praised by others. "Oh my, that 25:07 lady is truly extraordinary.""She gives 25:09 so much charity." Directed at one 25:11 person, let’s say, Fulan. "Fulana 25:13 gives so much charity." Not saying a 25:15 word. The lips just smile, but the 25:18 heart thinks, "I give a lot, don't I?"" 25:20 Others can't do it." Oh, heaven forbid. 25:23 Then there is envy, looking at others 25:26 with jealousy. Heaven forbid. That is 25:31 why the warnings against heart diseases 25:34 are so significant. What are heart 25:37 diseases? Jealousy. Envy, malice, and 25:40 conceit are everywhere. The Prophet 25:45 said how great the danger is. Iyyakum 25:51 wal hasada fa'innal hasada ya'kulul 25:53 hasanat kama ta'kulun nar. The Prophet 25:57 said, beware of having envy or malice 25:59 in your heart. Why? Because envy can 26:02 consume the good deeds we have done. 26:08 Just like fire consumes wood—it 26:11 happens so quickly. So, we must not let 26:14 ourselves have heart diseases. Why? 26:16 Because the worship we perform will be 26:18 in vain. Heaven forbid. So, be careful, 26:21 everyone. So, how do we heal our souls, 26:26 save our souls, and minimize our sins? 26:31 Ending them completely seems difficult. 26:34 Because we are social creatures. As 26:36 long as we live on this earth, we are 26:38 followed by the devil. The devil always 26:41 looks for ways to disturb the servants 26:43 of Allah, to disturb the followers of 26:45 the Prophet Muhammad, by any means. The 26:48 devil even flows through us just like 26:50 blood flows in our bodies. He looks for 26:53 loopholes. Every act of worship will 26:56 surely have its test. Even those whose 26:58 faith is increasing, those with high 27:00 faith, their tests are also elevated. 27:04 Ahsabu an yutraku. Don't think that 27:08 just because someone has strong faith, 27:10 they won't be tested. Think again. 27:20 Don't think that once a person says, "I 27:22 believe in Allah," and their faith is 27:23 high, they won't be tested. Tested 27:27 either by Allah or by our own desires, 27:29 our own whims. So, be careful. But if 27:32 we want to save our souls, reduce your 27:35 sins. We are bound to commit sins. But 27:40 there is a key, a way to erase those 27:43 sins. How? Seek forgiveness (Istighfar) 27:46 . Everyone makes mistakes. Every human 27:50 being constantly commits errors. The 27:54 best of those who commit errors, are 27:57 the repentant, those who love to repent 27:59 to Allah. The Prophet, peace be upon 28:02 him. So let us repent often so our sins 28:06 are gone, so our souls are healthy. If 28:10 we sin every day, well, that's normal 28:14 for a human. But don't let us sin and 28:18 then refuse to repent. God forbid. We 28:23 avoid it as much as possible by using 28:25 our eyes and tongues appropriately. We 28:29 move our bodies to the right places; 28:32 that is how we act. You are here to try 28:34 and reduce your sins. Isn't that right? 28:37 Those who sit in a knowledge gathering, 28:39 says the Prophet, The Prophet says, " 28:45 Whoever moves from one place to another 28:48 , their sins will be forgiven before 28:50 they even take a step." But the move is 28:53 to seek knowledge. The purpose is to 28:55 seek knowledge. Whoever moves from one 29:00 place to another to seek knowledge, 29:02 Allah will forgive their sins before 29:04 they even step out of their house. Amen 29:09 , O Lord of the worlds. This means this 29:11 is also a way for us to erase our sins. 29:14 Amen, O Lord of the worlds. But we 29:16 don't study like this every day, right? 29:20 Once a month or once a week? 29:22 Once a month is still something to be 29:24 grateful for. We commit sins every day. 29:27 Then how do we erase them? Istighfar. 29:32 Istighfar. Oh my, everyone. The virtues 29:34 of Istighfar are countless. It's not 29:38 just to erase our sins, but whoever 29:41 makes Istighfar a habit. Whoever 29:43 persists in Istighfar. Allah will 29:45 provide a way out of every difficulty. 29:47 The narrow path will be given a way out 29:48 . Every problem will be resolved by 29:53 Allah. Allah will provide sustenance 29:57 from places we never imagined. Those 29:59 are some of the virtues of dhikr. The 30:02 most important thing is our intention 30:04 in reciting dhikr and Istighfar. Pardon 30:06 me, our goal in reciting Istighfar is 30:09 to ask for forgiveness for our sins 30:12 from Allah SWT. There is the Sayyidul 30:15 Istighfar. I'm sure everyone here has 30:17 memorized it. O Allah, You are my Lord, 30:22 there is no god but You, You created me 30:25 and I am Your servant, and I am on Your 30:28 covenant and promise as much as I can 30:31 ...I seek refuge in You from the evil 30:35 of what I have done. 30:38 I acknowledge Your blessing upon me and 30:40 I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, 30:43 for none forgives sins except You. That 30:46 is beautiful to recite after fard 30:48 prayers, the Sayyidul Istighfar. The 30:52 highest form of Istighfar. O Allah, You 30:54 are my Lord. O Allah, You are our Lord. 30:56 O Allah, You are my Lord. There is no 30:58 god but You. There is no God except You 31:01 . You created me. And I am Your servant 31:05 . I am Your servant. Waana ala ahdika. 31:10 Mastu. I do my best. I do my best. I 31:17 try my best to, as much as possible, 31:20 avoid committing sins. But if I do sin, 31:24 please forgive me. The essence of the 31:28 Sayyidul Istighfar is broad. So, as 31:31 much as possible, to keep our soul 31:32 healthy, let us recite the Sayyidul 31:34 Istighfar frequently after obligatory 31:36 prayers, God willing. Allahumma anta 31:41 rabbi la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa 31:44 ana abduka wa ana ala ahdika wa wa'dika 31:46 ...a'udzubika min sharri ma sana'tu. 31:54 Abu'u laka bini'matika 'alayya wa abu'u 31:56 bidzanbi faghfirli fainnahu... 32:02 I promise to do my best, I will obey 32:04 You, O Lord, but if I sin or am 32:06 negligent, then forgive me. My sins, 32:09 please forgive them, O Allah, forgive 32:11 my sins, that is the Sayyidul Istighfar 32:13 . After every obligatory prayer, we 32:15 make that intention. Do not skip 32:17 reciting the Sayyidul Istighfar, God 32:20 willing. If you are going through the 32:22 days, increase your istighfar. 32:23 Astagfirullahalazim. 32:25 Astagfirullahalazim. 32:26 Astagfirullahalazim. Yes. This 32:31 istighfar is not only to seek 32:33 forgiveness for sins, but God willing, 32:35 it will also help resolve all our 32:36 problems. Amin ya rabbal alamin. Now, 32:39 that is the second point. So the second 32:42 point: if we want our soul to be 32:45 healthy, then minimize our sins. 32:51 Because, ma'am, what makes us safe in 32:54 this world and the hereafter is a 32:56 healthy soul and spirit. That is why 33:01 Allah says, "Ya ayyatuhan nafsul 33:03 mutmainnah, irji'i ila rabbiki 33:05 radiyatan mardiyyah, fadkhuli fi' ibadi 33:08 ." O tranquil soul. O peaceful soul, O 33:15 good soul, O soul that does not have 33:18 many sins, O soul that is always close 33:21 to Allah. Our soul is welcomed by Allah 33:25 . O tranquil soul. O peaceful soul. A 33:28 clean soul, a good soul. O tranquil 33:32 soul, return to your Lord, well-pleased 33:36 and pleasing. Return to Allah, enter 33:39 into the paradise of Allah. That, as 33:43 long as we always hold onto Allah, do 33:46 not forget Allah. Follow the Sharia, 33:50 reduce sins. God willing, Allah will 33:52 grant us a good end (husnul khatimah). 33:54 Amin ya rabbal alamin. That is the 33:57 second point. So the second point: 33:59 increase your recitation of istighfar. 34:01 The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him 34:02 , had no sins. But at a minimum, he 34:08 would recite istighfar seventy times 34:10 every single day. We have so many sins, 34:15 O Allah. Every obligatory prayer, let 34:19 us make the intention, God willing, we 34:21 seek forgiveness for our sins from 34:23 Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala by reciting 34:24 istighfar. And also the way we polish 34:27 ourselves, is to minimize sins. Measure 34:31 it, "Is this allowed in Islam? Is this 34:35 right according to Islam?" When we are 34:38 about to take a step, think with our 34:39 intellect. If it is indeed not allowed 34:42 by Islamic law, leave it. A person is 34:47 fortunate if they always use their 34:48 intellect before their desires. Tuba 34:50 liman aqluhu amiron. The scholars say, 34:52 fortunate is the person who prioritizes 34:54 their intellect, and makes their 34:56 desires a captive. Let your desires 34:57 follow. That is being fortunate. When 34:59 someone is about to do something, say, 35:02 wanting to steal, God forbid. If 35:05 someone is tempted to steal, they think 35:06 , "Oh, this is not allowed." Even if no 35:07 one sees, Allah sees, and they do not 35:09 do it. He is the lucky one. If he wants 35:11 to gossip, then my good deeds will be 35:13 taken by him. Uh, my rewards are taken, 35:15 and his sins are transferred to me. No, 35:18 no, no. Sharia forbids this, so just 35:20 leave it. For example, if we expose our 35:22 aura. Oh, Allah has forbidden this. 35:24 Think with your reason, not with your 35:26 desires. Then leave it; that is the 35:28 lucky person. So, besides asking for 35:30 forgiveness, we must measure what we do 35:33 . If it is indeed permitted in Sharia, 35:36 do it. But if it is forbidden in Sharia 35:39 , then leave it. God willing. The 35:42 second, and the last, salamatuddin. 35:48 Saving our religion. How? Fi katri 35:52 shalati khaliqil anam. Yes. The third, 36:01 we salamatuddin fi katrish shalati 36:03 khairil anam. Save our religion by 36:10 increasing blessings upon the best of 36:14 mankind. The best of humans. Who is 36:19 that? Our Master, Prophet Muhammad, 36:22 peace be upon him. Third, increase your 36:24 prayers and blessings. Because 36:27 increasing them is the way to save our 36:30 religion. Especially now that it is 36:33 still the month of Rabiul Awal, ladies. 36:37 The month our Master, Prophet Muhammad, 36:38 peace be upon him, was born. The human 36:41 who loves us the most. The human who is 36:45 most loyal to us. The human who made 36:48 women noble today. The one who never 36:52 leaves us for a single moment. Who? Our 36:55 Master, Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon 36:57 him. That is why if you want to save 36:59 your religion, increase your blessings. 37:03 Our Master, Prophet Muhammad, peace be 37:04 upon him, ladies. Later, on the Day of 37:06 Judgment, all the prophets will be on 37:10 their thrones. There is the throne of 37:12 Prophet Ibrahim, the throne of Prophet 37:14 Adam. They are all on their thrones 37:16 except for our Master, Prophet Muhammad 37:18 , peace be upon him. Except the throne 37:21 of our Prophet is empty. The throne is 37:23 there, but the Prophet is not sitting 37:25 on it. All thrones are occupied by the 37:28 prophets except for the throne of our 37:30 Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. So 37:32 , where is our Master, Prophet Muhammad 37:34 , peace be upon him? Oh, he is 37:36 appearing before Allah on the Day of 37:38 Judgment. He is facing Allah, bowing 37:42 his head before Him. What does our 37:45 Prophet say? Rabbi salim umati. Rabbi 37:51 salim umati. O Allah, save my people. O 37:53 Allah, help them. O Allah, save my 37:55 community. Bowing his head, the Prophet 37:58 pleads this to Allah. Until Allah says, 38:01 "O Muhammad, may Allah bless and grant 38:04 him peace. Lift your head. Ask, and it 38:07 shall be granted. Grant intercession to 38:09 whomsoever you wish." All the prophets 38:15 are sitting on their thrones, except 38:18 for our Master who is saving his people 38:21 . Who are his people that are asking 38:24 for help? They are lifted, taken, and 38:25 granted intercession. May Allah bless 38:27 and grant him peace. That is why it is 38:31 fitting that to save our religion, we 38:33 should increase our prayers upon our 38:35 Master, Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon 38:38 him. When he was about to pass away, 38:41 the Prophet said, "My people, my people 38:43 , my people; what will become of my 38:45 people, O Angel Gabriel?" Is this how 38:50 painful it will be for my people when 38:52 they face the throes of death? The 38:54 Angel Azrael replied, "That is correct, 38:56 O Messenger of Allah, but what they 38:57 experience will be even harder and more 38:59 painful, according to their deeds." I 39:01 extract your soul very slowly. But the 39:04 Prophet said, "Inna fil mauti sakarat." 39:06 Indeed, death has its own agony. It is 39:09 certainly not pleasant. He was not 39:10 thinking about himself, Ma'am. Who was 39:12 he thinking about? His people (Ummah). 39:14 He wondered, "O Gabriel, what will 39:16 happen to my people after I am gone?" 39:17 The Angel Gabriel replied, "No other 39:19 nation will enter Paradise before your 39:20 people enter it." That is who he thinks 39:23 about. Even on the Day of Judgment, he 39:29 thinks of us. What kind of love is that 39:33 ? The loyalty of the Prophet Muhammad, 39:37 peace be upon him, is truly unmatched. 39:39 No one can compare to the love and 39:42 loyalty of the noblest human being. We 39:45 are happiest when our husbands are 39:46 loyal. Is that true or not? As long as 39:48 he is loyal, that's what matters, 39:49 Brother. Not being fed for two years is 39:50 fine. But can you be full just by 39:54 loyalty? However, if he is loyal, 39:57 righteous, kind, and handsome, his 39:59 perfection is complete with that 40:01 loyalty. Is that true or not? We are 40:04 happy with loyalty. Having a loyal 40:06 friend is a joy. Having a loyal child 40:08 who does not forget their parents? 40:09 Their parents are happy. O Allah. The 40:13 most sincere loyalty is that which is 40:15 possessed by the Prophet Muhammad, 40:17 peace be upon him. All he remembers is 40:20 his people, his people, his people. I 40:23 still have time to share a story. In 40:25 the book Ianatut Thalibin, I read a 40:28 very special story. There was a young 40:31 man. He was not a devout worshipper, 40:35 but his heart was filled with love for 40:37 the Prophet. Every day, he would always 40:40 recite blessings (sholawat). Especially 40:43 when the 12th of Rabi 'al-Awwal arrived 40:45 , he would increase his recitation of 40:48 blessings. He was not a man of worship, 40:50 just a man with love for the Prophet. 40:53 On the 1st of Rabi' al-Awwal, his funds 40:56 were very limited. He was a porter at 40:59 the market. Whenever someone shopped, 41:02 he would carry their goods. He would 41:06 divide his wages into two. One part for 41:09 food, the other put into a piggy bank. 41:11 He would not break the piggy bank until 41:14 the 1st of Rabi 'al-Awwal. Every year 41:18 he did that, saving bit by bit. On the 41:21 1st, he would break it open. The 41:23 savings were divided into three parts. 41:25 One for new clothes, two for food, and 41:28 three for savings. He would do that on 41:33 the 1st. Then, what were the clothes 41:35 for? What was the food for? He would 41:39 use them on the 12th of Rabi' al-Awwal. 41:43 On the 1st, he would increase his 41:45 recitation of blessings. Allahumma 41:47 sholli ala sayyidina Muhammad wa ala 41:48 ali...Even more so in the month of Rabi 41:51 'al-Awwal. Allahumma shalli ala 41:53 sayyidina Muhammad wa ala ali sayyidina 41:54 Muhammad. When the 12th of Rabi' 41:57 al-Awwal arrived, he would wear his 41:59 finest clothes. He would sit down. He 42:03 wouldn't get up very much. He knew that 42:06 was the day of the birth of the Prophet 42:09 Muhammad, peace be upon him. Then he 42:11 would offer his greetings (salam). 42:12 Peace be upon you, O Messenger of Allah 42:14 . Peace be upon you, O chosen one of 42:18 Allah. Peace be upon you, O beloved of 42:22 Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, 42:26 and the mercy of Allah. On the 12th of 42:30 Rabi 'al-Awwal, he increases his 42:33 salawat. He imagines the Prophet is 42:36 present with him. He reads the stories 42:39 of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad, 42:41 peace be upon him. He does not let his 42:45 heart turn away from the Prophet. 42:47 Especially on the 12th of Rabi' 42:48 al-Awwal. O Allah, send blessings upon 42:50 our master Muhammad and upon the family 42:51 of our master Muhammad. Until when? 42:54 Until dawn. At dawn, he calls his 42:57 friends, "Come on, gather, gather, 42:59 gather. I have already ordered food. We 43:01 are celebrating today." Why? Because 43:03 today is the birth of the Prophet 43:04 Muhammad, peace be upon him. Let's go 43:08 eat. We must be happy. That is why 43:12 there are many ways to celebrate the 43:14 presence of the Prophet. Some do it by 43:17 fasting, some by giving food, or by 43:20 remembering Allah and reciting more 43:23 salawat. That is how a Mawlid 43:24 celebration is held. Like this young 43:28 man, he says, "Let's eat, today is the 43:30 12th of Rabi 'al-Awwal, let's recite 43:32 salawat, remember the Prophet, and be 43:34 happy for his arrival." They eat with 43:37 the money collected every year. The 43:42 remainder is used for charity, little 43:44 by little. Because the Prophet loves 43:47 His servants. Allah’s servants who 43:48 give charity. One day, that young man 43:53 passed away. When the young man passed 43:58 away, Three days after his death, his 44:03 friend dreamt of meeting him. He was 44:08 living happily, in a garden of paradise 44:10 , by a tree of paradise, wearing green 44:15 clothes, the clothing of paradise. His 44:18 friend was confused, "Hey, what’s 44:19 your name, Ahmad." O Ahmad, why is your 44:21 life so pleasant in the grave? "Try to 44:24 tell me what happened." Ahmad said, " 44:27 When I passed away, I could feel the 44:29 agony of death." Ahmad, the young man 44:33 who loved the Prophet, said this. I 44:37 could feel the pain of the moment of 44:38 death. I knew who was coming to see me. 44:41 I knew when I entered the grave, I felt 44:43 a darkness so deep. But gradually, 44:47 someone came to me. A light from afar 44:51 came towards me. I was sure it was 44:55 Munkar and Nakir who would ask me, "Who 44:57 is your Lord, your Prophet, your 44:59 religion, and your Qibla?""They were 45:02 Munkar and Nakir. The closer they got, 45:03 the more afraid I became. He was 45:06 telling his friend. The closer they got 45:08 , the more my heart raced, fearing I 45:09 couldn't answer the angels' questions. 45:11 The closer they came, the more I saw 45:13 there was only one not two. And his 45:18 face was not as frightening as I had 45:19 heard when I was in the world. Munkar 45:21 and Nakir are supposed to be scary, but 45:23 it turned out to be comforting to my 45:24 heart. I am curious, Ahmad said, asking 45:28 ," Oh dear soul, oh person, I thought 45:31 Munkar and Nakir were two, but it turns 45:33 out there's only one. "That person 45:38 smiled. Then he asked again," I thought 45:40 the faces of Munkar and Nakir were 45:42 terrifying, but it turns out they are 45:45 soothing to the soul. "Handsome, 45:47 beautiful, radiant, soothing to the 45:50 heart. What did that person who came to 45:54 Ahmad answer?" Ana lastu Munkar wa 45:57 Nakir. "I am not Munkar and Nakir. Then 46:02 who are you? I am the person to whom 46:04 you constantly sent blessings and peace 46:06 . I am the person you always longed for 46:10 . I am the person you rejoiced for when 46:14 my birthday arrived. You are the person 46:18 who always gathered your friends and 46:20 celebrated my birth. I am the person 46:24 you always yearned for. I am Muhammad, 46:27 the Messenger of Allah. The Prophet 46:31 Muhammad, peace be upon him, came, and 46:34 the young man nearly fainted. But the 46:38 young man asked," O Messenger of Allah, 46:40 what caused you to come to me in such a 46:44 dark place? "You came. What caused you 46:47 to come to me? The Prophet replied," I 46:51 knew you had passed away. I asked Allah 46:53 for permission to face you immediately 46:56 before Munkar and Nakir arrived. "In a 47:00 few moments, Munkar and Nakir will come 47:02 to you. They will ask you questions. 47:07 But be at peace, O young man, the 47:09 Prophet said," I will never leave you. 47:12 "I would not want to leave you for even 47:16 a second. I will not leave you now 47:19 because you never left me while you 47:22 were in the world. Your tongue never 47:26 grew dry from sending blessings upon me 47:28 . You were always happy to uphold my 47:33 Sunnah. You were always joyful when my 47:37 birthday arrived. You filled Rabi ' 47:41 al-Awwal by reciting many blessings 47:44 upon me. I will never leave you, O 47:47 so-and-so. With all your various 47:51 limitations, you never forgot to recite 47:53 blessings upon me. I exist and I know. 47:59 I asked Allah for permission. I wanted 48:01 to come to you early. I wanted to keep 48:03 you company. In a moment, Munkar and 48:06 Nakir will arrive. I will never leave 48:09 you. I will whisper into your ears if 48:11 you forget the answers for Munkar and 48:13 Nakir. I will remind you if you stumble 48:19 in answering Munkar and Nakir. I will 48:22 never leave you. Because when in the 48:27 world, you never left me. Allahumma 48:30 salli wa sallim wa barik' alaih. The 48:34 most loyal human being. The most loyal 48:37 human being. A human being who knows, 48:40 Ma'am. That when we send blessings and 48:42 peace, when we say Allahumma salli 'ala 48:45 sayyidina Muhammad wa' ala ali 48:46 sayyidina Muhammad. The Prophet said," 48:49 Allah will return the soul to my body, 48:52 and I will know who recites the 48:53 blessings, and I will return their 48:56 greeting. "That is the nobility of 49:01 those who love to send blessings upon 49:03 the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon 49:05 him. In this world, their hearts will 49:09 be at peace. In this world, their 49:13 station is already known. Especially in 49:17 the Barzakh, God willing, we will not 49:19 be abandoned by the Messenger of Allah, 49:21 peace be upon him. That is why it is 49:24 fitting that the Prophet, at the Field 49:27 of Gathering, Ma'am, cannot sit still 49:29 because he is looking for his people, 49:31 looking for those to whom he must grant 49:33 intercession, those he must help. He 49:37 could sit calmly, but he simply cannot. 49:42 Why? He wants to save his people, 49:44 especially those who often recite 49:46 blessings upon him. Hopefully, this is 49:50 how we save our religion, our salvation 49:52 . Saving our religion amidst the people 49:56 . Anam. By increasing our blessings 50:00 upon the Prophet Muhammad, may peace 50:03 and blessings be upon him. Majalisakum 50:08 bati alai. The Prophet said," Adorn 50:10 your gatherings by reciting blessings 50:12 upon me. "Fainna shaakum alaiya 50:15 nurulakum yaumalqiamah." Because the 50:17 blessings you recite will become light 50:20 for you on the Day of Resurrection. "So 50:23 , if we recite blessings now, Ma'am, in 50:26 this world, those blessings will turn 50:28 into light. On the Day of Resurrection, 50:32 we will be carrying that light. It is 50:36 not from a lamp, no. Not from a candle, 50:39 not from a lantern, no. From where? 50:41 From the blessings we recite. There, 50:45 that is the first one. Increase your 50:47 blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, 50:50 may peace and blessings be upon him. Oh 50:52 God, Ma'am, blessings are the only 50:54 thing we can recite at any time, right? 50:56 You can recite blessings while sleeping 50:58 . You can recite them while cooking. 51:01 Recite blessings when you feel troubled 51:03 . Recite them when you are arguing with 51:06 your spouse. Recite them when you are 51:08 annoyed with your children. Recite them 51:11 even when you cannot pray due to your 51:14 period. We must be in a state of purity 51:17 to read the Quran, we must have wudu, 51:19 and we must be pure to pray. So, what 51:22 kind of remembrance is timeless? 51:26 Blessings. Allahumma sholli wasallim 51:29 wabarik alaih. Feel free to recite the 51:31 Kamilah blessings if you have memorized 51:32 them. Recite the Nariyah blessings if 51:35 you know them. Feel free to recite the 51:38 Munjiat blessings, Ibrahimiyah, or even 51:40 the short version is fine. What is the 51:43 short version of blessings? Allahumma 51:44 sholli ala sayyidina Muhammad wa ala 51:46 ali sayyidina Muhammad. That is fine. 51:48 If that is all you have memorized, that 51:49 is perfectly okay. As long as the 51:52 blessings we recite, God willing, reach 51:54 our Prophet Muhammad, may peace and 51:55 blessings be upon him. You don't need 51:58 wudu, you don't need to cover your aura 51:59 ; you can do it anywhere, anytime. 52:01 Always recite blessings upon our 52:03 Prophet Muhammad, may peace and 52:05 blessings be upon him. God willing, the 52:08 many blessings we recite will save our 52:11 religion. Once, a companion asked," Oh 52:15 Messenger of Allah, the merits of 52:17 reciting blessings are truly immense. " 52:19 Man sha alaiya shatan wahidatan 52:22 shallallahu alaihi asr Nabi sallallahu 52:24 alaihi wasallam. Whoever recites 52:26 blessings upon me once, Allah will 52:27 recite blessings upon them ten times. 52:29 Ten times, multiplied to a hundred, and 52:31 then a thousand, right? Now, those 52:33 merits are truly immense. The companion 52:35 asked," Are those merits only for those 52:37 whose hearts are focused when reciting? 52:39 "The companion asked the Prophet 52:41 Muhammad, may peace and blessings be 52:43 upon him. The Prophet answered," No, 52:45 not at all. "Even for those who are 52:47 forgetful. However, even for those who 52:49 are heedless, reciting shalawat will 52:51 still grant them the blessings of the 52:53 shalawat they recite. Especially if 52:55 their heart is sincere. Especially 52:58 while reciting the shalawat. Allahumma 53:00 sholli ala sayyidina Muhammad wa ala 53:02 ali sayyidina Muhammad. While bringing 53:04 the Prophet into our hearts. Even more 53:08 so when we recite shalawat, we should 53:10 imagine the Prophet smiling at us. That 53:13 would surely elevate our spiritual 53:15 standing. Hopefully, Allah will bestow 53:18 His mercy upon us all. Amin ya rabbal 53:21 alamin. So, do not neglect reciting 53:25 shalawat, God willing. Because shalawat 53:28 can save our religion. Amin ya rabbal 53:32 alamin. I have been delivering this 53:34 study for one hour. Hopefully, what 53:37 little I have shared will be beneficial 53:39 . There are three things we must 53:41 maintain to live happily and be safe in 53:43 this world and the hereafter. The first 53:46 is salamatul jasad. The safety of the 53:48 body. How do we do that? Eat in 53:51 moderation. Tell your husband," Dear, 53:53 from now on, let’s just eat in small 53:54 portions, okay? "Yes, the husband will 53:56 say," Alhamdulillah, grocery money will 53:58 be saved. "The second is salamatul ruh. 54:02 Saving our soul, saving our spirit; how 54:04 do we do that? By minimizing sins. Seek 54:08 forgiveness often and always measure 54:10 and assess: is this a sin? Leave it. 54:13 Does Allah want this? If Allah wants it 54:15 , do it. If Allah is not pleased, leave 54:17 it. Is this the Prophet’s guidance? 54:19 If so, do it. If it is not the guidance 54:22 or not Sharia, leave it. See. So we 54:26 save our soul, our spirit, by 54:28 minimizing sins. Because when we pass 54:32 away later, the body is buried, so what 54:34 returns to Allah? The spirit. The 54:37 spirit that returns to Allah. Offer our 54:38 spirit to Allah in its most beautiful 54:41 and best form. Where our spirit is kept 54:43 far from committing sins. Amin ya 54:45 rabbal alamin. And lastly, the third, 54:48 save our religion. Save our religion by 54:51 proclaiming the recitation of shalawat. 54:55 Religion can flourish, Allah's religion 54:57 can spread everywhere if we increase 54:59 our recitation of shalawat, God willing 55:01 . Especially save our own religion, our 55:06 family, our husbands, our relatives; at 55:08 the very least, save our own religion 55:11 by frequently reciting shalawat. God 55:14 willing, please do it anytime, anywhere 55:17 . The important thing is that our 55:18 tongues should never be dry from 55:19 reciting shalawat. God willing, the 55:21 Prophet will grant us the great 55:22 intercession (syafaatul uzma) all. Amin 55:25 ya rabbal alamin. Wallahu a'lam 55:27 bishawab. Hopefully, what little I have 55:30 shared will be beneficial. Let us 55:32 recite the Mother of the Quran, Surah 55:34 Al-Fatihah. We ask Allah to bestow 55:36 goodness upon all of us present here. 55:39 Hopefully, Allah forgives all our sins, 55:43 bestows His mercy upon us, elevates our 55:46 standing, makes it easy for us to 55:49 follow all the guidance in Islam and 55:52 Sharia, and grants us steadfastness. If 55:56 we are steadfast, God willing, Allah 55:57 will grant us a peaceful end (husnul 55:59 khatimah). For those who are healthy, 56:01 may Allah lift any illnesses. For those 56:03 burdened with affairs, may Allah ease 56:05 them. For those with children and 56:07 grandchildren studying, may they become 56:09 righteous and pious. May our families 56:11 be happy families. God willing, may our 56:14 families be viewed by Allah with His 56:16 full grace. When we pass, we pray to 56:18 Allah for a good ending (husnul 56:20 khatimah). Read Al-Fatihah. 56:29 Alhamdulillahi rabbil alamin, 56:31 arrahmanir rahim, maliki yaumiddin, 56:33 iyyaka na'budu wa iyyaka nasta'in, 56:35 ihdinash shirathal mustaqim, shirathal 56:38 ladzina an'amta alaihim, ghairil 56:40 maghdubi alaihim waladh-dhallin. Amen. 56:46 Rabbanaghfirlana waliwalidaina. Amen. 56:49 That is all from me, I apologize. I 56:50 seek your blessings. I will conclude 56:52 with a prayer. 56:54 Right, let us close our gathering with 56:56 a prayer and by seeking forgiveness 56:57 first. May all our sins be forgiven by 57:00 Allah SWT, and may He accept our 57:02 various needs and prayers. 57:05 Astaghfirullahaladzim. 57:06 Astaghfirullahaladzim. 57:07 Astaghfirullahaladzim. Ya arhamar 57:09 rahimin, irhamna. Ya arhamar rahimin, 57:11 irhamna. Ya arhamar rahimin, irhamna. 57:13 Alhamdulillahi rabbil alamin. Hamdan 57:15 syakirin. Ajwazuna. 58:11 Ighfirlana. Alhamdulillahi rabbil 58:25 alamin. Amen, amen, ya rabbal alamin. 58:31 Subhanakallahumma wabihamdika, asyhadu 58:33 alla ilaha illa anta, astaghfiruka wa 58:36 atubu ilaik. Thank you, ladies, I 58:37 apologize and seek your blessings. I 58:40 hope we can meet again on another 58:42 occasion. Wassalamualaikum 58:45 warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
