- rabbil alamin. Rasil radio listeners
- and Rasil Visual viewers are blessed by
- Allah subhanahu wa taala. After in the
- previous verses we read how Allah
- Subhanahu wa taala condemns those who
- accuse innocent people, accuse innocent
- people with vile accusations, with the
- slander of adultery. Where for those
- who accuse someone of adultery, they
- are required to bring in four witnesses
- , all four of whom actually witnessed
- the act of adultery. If they do not
- bring four witnesses, then they will be
- the ones whipped with 80 lashes. Well,
- in the previous verse, Allah Subhanahu
- wa Taala explained the incident known
- as haditul Ifqi or false news carried
- out by hypocrites, where they accused
- Sayidatina Aisyah radhiallahu' anha,
- Ummul Mukminin, of committing indecent
- acts with a friend named Safwan ibn
- Muatthal. Of course, after this verse
- was revealed, it was because they could
- not provide witnesses, four witnesses.
- They are people who accuse both people
- of being hypocrites and it turns out
- that there are also those who are taken
- in by the fact that they are not
- actually hypocrites. Some of them even
- participated in the Badr war. Yes,
- among them are his cousin Sayidatina,
- eh, his cousin Sayidina Abu Bakar
- Assiddiq himself, whose name is Uth, ee
- , Mistah ibn Utsah; Also, Hasan ibn
- Thabit, the poet of Rasulullah
- sallallahu alaihi wasallam, was also
- taken in by hoaxes or fake news that
- were initially conveyed and spread by
- hypocrites. We have explained this and
- we have reflected on the verses in
- verses 10 to 20. In this next verse, in
- the verse we read earlier, Allah
- Subhanahu wa Taala reminds those who
- believe. Yes ayyuhalladzina amanu la
- tattabiu khutuitan. O believers, do not
- follow Satan's steps. Whoever follows
- the steps of Satan, fainnahu yuru bil
- fahsya wal munkar. In fact, Satan
- orders people to commit these vile and
- evil acts. It's as if yes ee here there
- is something mahduf here yes. Answer:
- The conditions are not mentioned in the
- Qur'an. Wam yattabi. Man this is Harfu
- Syartin. Whoever follows the steps of
- Satan. Why? Whoever follows the steps
- of Satan? This is the answer to the
- conditions of this man mahduf. It means
- yes no, it is not stated, because it is
- clear from the next sentence. That is,
- if the term is for people who study
- nahwu saraf, their destiny, it means
- that what is not shown in the sentence
- which is the answer to*man*is*wam
- yattabi 'khutu*(whoever follows the
- steps of Satan), then he will commit a
- fahisyah act. Yes he will definitely
- slip into an act...Why munkar? Because
- Satan commands people to do abominable
- and munkar acts. So if people follow
- the steps of Satan, they will
- definitely fall into it. Here Allah
- Subhanahu wa taala mentions the steps
- of Satan. This shows how Allah reminds
- us. Satan, if we are not directly
- tempted, does not immediately commit
- adultery, for example, or major sins.
- No. Satan slowly invites us, Satan
- slowly persuades us like the Prophet
- Allah Adam, our grandfather. and ee his
- wife Satana Hawa was seduced by Satan.
- Allah describes, yes, ee in the Qur'an,
- *faadla*, yes, ee in the Qur'an Allah
- Subhanahu wa taala mentions how, ee,
- Prophet Adam was seduced, ee, seduced
- by Satan, ee, slowly, yes, stretched,
- yes, or pulled slowly like someone
- pulling a bucket, yes. Bucket, in the
- past we used a bucket to get water from
- the well, yes. The bucket was pulled
- slowly, yes, pulled slowly, that's also
- how Satan seduced Prophet Adam slowly,
- yes, ee what's the verse, *adla*? Not*
- faadla dalwa*, there is, there is a
- verse, yes, there is a verse, later, ee
- , I will reveal it. So here Allah
- Subhanahu wa taala explains that ee
- Satan seduces humans, especially in the
- beginning, good people are seduced
- slowly, yes step by step, yes. The
- first step is how to persuade someone
- to befriend dirty people. People who
- mean people who are experts in doing
- good deeds, people who are deviant. Yes
- . Then the next stage is just getting
- to know each other first, the next
- stage is sitting together with them.
- Yes, in their assemblies, yes, not yet
- committing sins, not just sitting
- together watching them commit sins, he
- is there. Then after that, he starts to
- be persuaded to think, ah, what if he
- commits that sin. His mind starts to be
- tempted, after that, he is persuaded to
- do it not directly to sinful acts,
- doubtful acts that are already
- bordering on sin. After that, he is
- persuaded again to commit minor sins,
- yes, for example, if it is adultery,
- then the prelude to adultery, yes, as a
- prelude to adultery, he gets close,
- holds, and so on, eh, the sins are
- small. Well, after that, he finally
- falls into the major sin. Well, these
- are the steps of Satan, yes. Whoever
- follows Satan's steps will fall into
- the deeds of fahisyah. The act of
- fahisyah and alfahsya is a heinous act,
- an act of adultery. Yes, as the Qur'an
- in surah Al-Isra Allah says, "Wala
- taqrabuz zina innahu Kanana fahisyatan
- wasa sabila." Don't approach adultery
- because in fact the act of adultery is
- a fahisyah act, a small act. So, Allah
- reminds the believers, don't follow
- Satan's steps. Yes, whoever follows the
- steps of Satan, he is indeed ordering
- people to do evil and evil things. This
- devil remembers what we have explained.
- This devil is the name of the nature,
- the meaning of the name of the nature
- of creatures who often do damage and
- evil, yes, from the jinn, they are
- called genies, because not all genies,
- ee ee, are satanic. Among the jinn
- there are believers, pious ones, good
- ones. There are also evil genies, they
- are called devils. There are
- intelligent jinn, ifrit is the name.
- Well, from the jinn nation too. So ee
- this devil is not only from the jinn
- nation, from the human race there is
- also ee called satan, sayatinal insi.
- Well, this is not only from the jinn
- nation, from the human race too. There
- are people who like to seduce, right?
- They seduce us first, friends, chat
- with us, then get close. After that,
- they invite us to sinful places. They
- don't ask us to sin first. Then finally
- , they ask us to get close to sin first
- . Wow, I'm the one who pays for my
- stamina, that's what I guarantee. This
- is a human devil like that, he pays.
- Sometimes human devils are even more
- attractive, more evil than jinn devils.
- If jinn only seduce. In the afterlife,
- the jinn will admit that. I only seduce
- you. I don't force you like that. Even
- the ones who like to force are human
- devils. He can spend his money,
- persuade, pay us by giving us pleasures
- and conveniences. Or it could also
- intimidate us, threaten us. If you
- don't want to do this, yes, you will be
- punished. Yes, like that, you are sued,
- you are charged with such and such
- articles, such and such messages, for
- example, this sayatinal ins is more
- powerful than the sayatinal jinn like
- that. Because I give it more real. If
- any devil or ee from the jinn nation
- only tempts like that. Well, we are
- reminded not to do it before it has
- already reached the last step, yes, we
- are reminded not to follow the steps of
- Satan because he does not immediately,
- he will tempt us step by step. Then
- Allah says, "Walaula fadlullahi alaikum
- warahmatuhu maaka minkum min ahadin."
- If it were not for Allah's mercy and
- His gifts to you, none of you would be
- pure. This really shows how when we
- fight this temptation of Satan who has
- various tricks. Because Satan, yes, he
- swears before Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala
- . He says fabiizzatika. So with glory
- you swear by the name of Allah.
- Laughwiyannahum ajmain. Pasti e
- laqudanna lahum siratakal mustaqim. For
- the sake of Your glory, O Allah, I will
- divert them, I will hinder them from
- the straight path. TMA laatiannahum min
- baini aidihim win khalfihim wa
- aimanihim waamailihim. Then I will come
- to them from before them, from behind
- them, from their right, and from their
- left. Wala tajidu aksarahum syakirin.
- And you will not find most of them who
- are grateful. This means how many of
- them slip up, right? But yes, among
- them, of course there are people who
- are almukhlasin illa ibadaka minhumul
- mukhlasin. This is the devil's own
- confession. Except that what I cannot
- tempt are God's servants who have been
- purified by God. What comes from being
- pure is when you worship with complete
- sincerity, with a clean heart. Not
- because it's fun, because it's arrogant
- . really sincere worship. Then, with
- sincerity, Allah purifies him.
- Mukhlasin. Allah cleanse him. Well,
- people like this, Satan raises his hand
- . Illa ibadaka minhum. It is
- acknowledged in the Qur'an itself is
- immortalized. What is mentioned in the
- Qur'an is real, real, this is true,
- that's how it is. But if people whose
- hearts are filled with ria, what is
- wrong, there is a disease in their
- hearts, easily swayed, even a little
- bit of persuasion, oh deviant, yes,
- they want it. Moreover, if there is a
- disease of hypocrisy in their hearts,
- they will be easily persuaded, easily
- jump from one group to another, from
- one party to another. What is important
- is the goal, the important thing is
- that the benefit is fulfilled like that
- , yes. Be careful with people who have
- principles, yes, where there is truth,
- there they stand. Yes, like that. From
- any group like that. Those are people
- who are almukhlasin. Here Allah
- Subhanahu wa ta'ala says, although
- fadlullahi warahmatuhu. If it were not
- for the grace of Allah and His mercy,
- there would be no. Maakum min ahadin.
- No one can purify themselves. This
- means they will not be saved from sins
- from those fahisyah deeds. But Allah is
- the One who purifies those whom He
- wills. It is important to remember that
- the word may yasya should not be
- misinterpreted. Indeed, Allah purifies
- those whom He wills. It does not mean
- that Allah suddenly purifies them. But
- it is always mentioned in the verses of
- the Quran. Who are those whom Allah
- purifies? Of course, those who start by
- purifying themselves. As before, why
- are they called mukhlasin? This
- mukhlasin or isim maf'ul from akhlaho
- yukhlisu. Aklaso means someone who
- purifies himself. If mukhlisin, we
- often say, "Oh, this is a sincere
- person. This is a sincere person."
- Sincerely purifying oneself, cleansing
- one's heart from ri. yes from expecting
- praise and so on. This is mukhlis,
- meaning someone who strives to cleanse
- their heart. Then because they strive
- to cleanse their heart, Allah cleanses
- their heart, so they are called mukhlas
- . Mukhlas is a maf'ul noun. It means
- someone whose heart is cleansed, whose
- heart is purified like that. So,
- initially, they made an effort. Just
- like the Prophet's hadith that we often
- read. How when a person wants to face
- Allah a span, Allah will face him,
- Allah will approach him a cubit.
- Whoever comes to him a cubit, Allah
- will approach him a place. That means
- he used to come even though little, but
- Allah will come more. Likewise, the
- sentence walakinnallaha yuzakki yasya.
- When Allah says, "But Allah will purify
- those whom He wills." Of course, Allah
- purifies after the person makes an
- effort to purify himself. Wallahu
- samiun alim. Allah is All-Hearing and
- All-Knowing. After being reminded like
- this, then, what is the next verse, or
- is there an incident too? Apparently
- Sayidina Sayidina Abu Bakar Assiddiq
- radhiallahu anhu felt annoyed with ee
- Mistah ibn Utsah, his own cousin.
- Mistah, before this incident, was
- always helped by Sayidina Abu Bakar in
- his life. She is a person who is
- difficult to help, yes, her economy was
- helped by Sayidina Abu Bakar when she
- joined in badmouthing Sayidatina Aisyah
- or in the sense of participating in
- spreading slander about Sayidina Aisyah
- ee to what was directed at Sayidatina
- Aisyah. Sayidina Abu Bakar swears that
- I will stop my assistance to him. Well,
- then Allah Subhanahu wa taala revealed
- this verse. Even though the form of
- this verse is not mufrad, it is plural
- which indicates that this verse of the
- Koran, even though it happened to this
- one person, is addressed to everyone
- and applies, both past and present. O
- Allah, say: "Wali ulil fadli minkum was
- ulilbaal masaina wal muhajirinaillah".
- Don't worry, this rope means yuqsim.
- Don't swear. Ulul fadli minkum wasati.
- Those who have ample means and those
- who have bounty. This means that those
- who have wealth should not swear. Ayyu
- ulil qurba. Yes. It's as if there is a
- hidden la here. What it means is alla
- yutu, which is what he swears not to
- give to his relatives, not to want to
- give help to his relatives anymore, wal
- masakin, and also to give help to the
- poor, wal muhajirin, to al muhajirin
- fisabilillah, because Mistah bin Usatah
- is one of his muhajirin. So, don't
- swear like that, okay. Well, this is
- also generally, if we are upset with
- someone or a relative we usually visit,
- we get angry with him, saying, "By
- Allah, I will not set foot in his house
- again." That's not allowed. What is
- that oath? Ee, it's a forbidden oath.
- It's not allowed. We have to cancel
- that oath. It has to be expiated. It
- has to be expiated for that oath. ee of
- course by fasting or feeding 10 poor
- people or giving clothes to them, 10
- poor people or fasting for 3 days to
- pay the reward. Because if it is a good
- deed, we are not allowed to swear not
- to do good. If we swear I will not do
- that evil again, for example, there is
- a crime we have, that is not a problem.
- But if it is for good, well, like this,
- Allah Subhanahu wa taala will also
- reprimand us. Even though we are upset,
- Allah knows that this is painful, why
- are we giving help to our own family,
- it is like being given a heart and
- asking for a heart, right? Meaning, if
- we are given help, whether we want it
- or not, it is okay, we don't know how
- to be grateful. In fact, being grateful
- to humans is part of being grateful to
- Allah Subhanahu wa taala. Manam
- yaskurinas lam yasykurillah. The
- Apostle said, "Whoever is not grateful
- to people who do good to us is not
- considered to be grateful to Allah
- Subhanahu wa Taala. Even though it is
- true that everything is the sustenance
- we receive, the pleasure we receive.
- The help we receive comes from Allah.
- But Allah teaches us, educates us to be
- grateful to humans. This means that the
- relationship between humans and Allah's
- direction must be balanced. Yes, like
- that. So when Sayidina Abu Bakar swore
- not to give aid anymore, Allah
- reprimanded me here Yes. And also not
- just to Sayidina Abu Bakar, to anyone,
- yes. When there is someone, yes, ee who
- we usually help and then he is like oh
- no thanks or he has done something bad
- to us, yes, we can reprimand him for
- his bad deeds but don't let him get
- help." decided walyafu, walasahu "he
- should forgive. The rich people who
- often provide assistance, they should
- forgive, yes, their mistakes, yes. Yes,
- especially if it is related to the
- hadisul ifqi, this false news that was
- done by Mistah Ibn Usah or Hasan bin
- Tsabit, they will be punished, yes,
- what punishment? His punishment is 80
- lashes, he has already been punished.
- Therefore, you forgive him, walyafu,
- forgive him. Then don't bring up this
- forgiveness. Oh, what if I don't
- forgive you? Don't. Waliasfahu, be
- open-minded. Meaning, don't remember it
- . Okay. This is how the morals of a
- believer are, when he is tested or
- disturbed by someone, he is able to
- forgive and yes, be open-minded. Ala
- tuhibbuna ayagfirallahu lakum. Do you
- really not want Allah to forgive you?
- Well, this shows how a person who
- forgives will get the magfirah of Allah
- Subhanahu wa taala. Wallahu gfurur
- uterus and Allah is most forgiving and
- most merciful. Therefore, Sayidina Abu
- Bakar immediately withdrew his oath and
- he continued to provide assistance and
- he broke his oath. Furthermore, Allah
- Subhanahu wa Taala emphasizes here
- against those who make accusations
- against innocent women, yes, or against
- yes, who are called muhsanat here, even
- though there are also men there. This
- shows how the Qur'an really pays
- attention, emphasizing its muhsalat.
- Because women, in the era of ignorance,
- were considered weak people, who were
- considered, not weak, but in a qudratic
- sense, weakened, marginalized.
- Therefore, Allah subhanahu wa taala e
- specifically mentions muhsanat here. In
- fact, the person accused was not only
- Sayidatina Aisyah but Safwan ibn Matth
- was also accused. If someone is accused
- of adultery, that means both of them
- are like that. But yes, here it is
- called ni muhsanat because that's what
- it is This is to emphasize how the
- Quran pays attention to the fate of
- women who were marginalized and
- weakened at that time. Yes, just like
- in the matter of inheritance. The
- inheritance that Allah mentions is the
- share of women. When mentioning one
- daughter, how much is her share? Yes,
- half. If two or more, she gets 2/3, but
- the son is not mentioned because the
- son is certain to get it. Well, if
- women are not mentioned, they will be
- forgotten like that. This is the wisdom
- of mentioning women like that. The
- emphasis here. Innalladzina yarmunal
- muhsanat. Indeed, those who accuse
- al-muhsanat mean good women. Remember,
- muhsan means al-muhsanat. In the Quran,
- there are three meanings. The first is
- al-muhsanat. The word muhsan comes from
- the word hasanah or hisnun. Hisnun
- means fortress or guard. While muhson
- or muhsonat means guarded, preserved.
- Well, there are ee's three
- understandings of muhsanat. The first
- almuhsanah means married women, yes,
- because a married woman, her honor is
- protected by her husband. Or almuhsanah
- can mean a good woman, as in this verse
- , almuhsanat means a good woman, yes,
- one who keeps herself neat, yes, clean.
- Then the third meaning of muhsanat is
- free women like that. In this verse the
- meaning is good women. Indeed, those
- who accuse him of committing adultery
- with good women. Alghafilat is a woman
- who doesn't know anything. Alghafilat
- from the word ghafil means not thinking
- about it. So yes, women who don't want
- to commit adultery, just think about
- doing it and don't do it. Yes, this is
- alghophyllate. it means something like
- that huh. Indeed, those who accuse good
- women of alghafilat, which means ee,
- are truly not Didn't you think about
- committing those debauched acts?
- Believers are from the women of faith.
- What are they like? Luinu fid dunya wal
- akhirah. Those who accuse are cursed
- fid dunya wal akhirah. In this world
- and in the hereafter. Yes, this is a
- curse. And they will receive a painful
- punishment. Yes, besides in this world
- they will receive the punishment of 80
- lashes. Later in the hereafter if they
- don't repent, they will still receive
- adabun adzim. But if they repent, they
- will still be whipped, ee ee in the
- hereafter, yes. But even if they are
- whipped, if they don't repent in the
- hereafter, they will still get it. Yes,
- like that. If they are not whipped, for
- example, they are not caught or
- whatever, for example, they are not
- caught, but they repent and then
- improve themselves, God willing, in the
- hereafter they will not be punished
- like that. So if the criminal
- punishment is a punishment, yes, for
- improve order among humans in this
- world, okay? In the afterlife, yes, the
- relationship is with Allah subhanahu wa
- taala. This means that when he commits
- a sin, if he does not repent, he will
- still receive punishment in the
- afterlife. But if in the world, yes,
- punishment is enforced, yes, the aim is
- to, yes, provide a deterrent effect
- both for the perpetrator and as a, er,
- warning for those who have not done it
- so that they don't do it, so that they
- don't, er, dare to do that thing. Then
- Allah said that they would be cursed in
- this world and that they would have a
- painful punishment. Yes. Yauma tashadu
- alaihim alsinatuhum wa aidihim
- wajuluhum bimau ymalun. On the day when
- they will be judged by Allah subhanahu
- wa taala yaumil mahsyar tashadu alaihim
- alsinatuhum. Their own tongues are
- witnesses. Yes, when you use your
- tongue on earth, you accuse me of using
- your tongue, right? In the afterlife,
- your mouth will admit it, right? How is
- this verse? Isn't it? Contrary to what
- is in Surah Yasin? In Surah Yasin,
- Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala mentions,"
- Alumwahihim, today we have sealed the
- mouths of those who speak, their hands
- and feet, bimau yaksibun, for what they
- strive for. No, there is no fear there.
- That's why the mouths are sealed? Why
- are the feet and hands speaking?
- Because what is doing this is related
- to the sin committed by the hands and
- feet. So, the hands themselves, the
- feet themselves are the witnesses. Yes,
- if the witness is the perpetrator
- himself, it becomes stronger, stronger,
- right? Now, when the sin of accusing
- someone of slandering someone, then the
- witness is his own mouth, his own
- tongue. How is that possible? Yes. Yes,
- it can be. In this world, there are
- people who can sometimes speak without
- control. Yes, without wanting to say
- something. Ah, why did they say that?
- Yes, we see what kind of people are
- like that. A person who is lata, he
- speaks latak, sometimes he doesn't want
- to say it, but it comes out like That.
- Well, Allah Subhanahu wa taala is
- all-powerful in the afterlife. Whose
- kingdom is it now? Lillahil wahidil
- qahar. If in this world we are still
- given, there are members that we are
- given the opportunity to control. We
- can control our tongue to say what we
- want, can our hands control what we can
- take or pull, for example. Our feet can
- walk anywhere. But in the afterlife,
- everything is by the will of Allah
- Subhanahu wa taala, not by our will. At
- that time, the tongue will also testify
- . Waidihimulum, hands and feet will be
- ashamed of what they do. So, there is
- no tanakud between this verse and what
- is in the Yasin surah, or in other
- verses. How is it that not only the
- hands and feet are witnesses, but even
- their skin is also a witness? The skin
- can be a witness until they say, "Why,
- five times shahidum alaina? Why are you
- being witnesses against us?" yes "Mouth
- is level with skin, what khulid
- answered," Antaqanallahulladzi antaq
- .kai "I was made to speak by Allah who
- can make something speak, everything
- can speak. Even humans now, in this era
- , can show that. How come a flash disk
- when put in a cellphone can produce
- sound, can produce images. In the past,
- maybe we, the companions of the Prophet
- , were amazed to see how the miracle of
- our Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi
- wasallam when the stones glorified in
- his hands. That is if Allah wills it.
- Well, even humans now can make
- inanimate objects speak. This shows how
- what Allah Subhanahu wa taala describes
- in the Qur'an ee the higher the
- knowledge the more everything is proven
- . Until the hereafter everything will
- be proven what has been discussed in
- the Qur'an. However, we should not
- believe, don't wait for proof,
- otherwise we will die in the end there
- will be no opportunity to believe and
- do good deeds. Next yaumaidzi
- yuihimullahu dinahumul haqamuna
- annallah hual haqqul mubin. At that
- time Allah will fulfill ya dinahumul
- haq. Yes, the word din here should not
- be interpreted as religion, because in
- the afterlife it is no longer the time
- for religion there. Dinahumul haq yes
- like we ee ee read ya Maliki yaumiddin.
- Maliki yaumiddin means the one who
- becomes king or the one who controls
- the day of yaumaddin. What is the day
- of addin? It means yaumul jaza wal
- hisab. the day of recompense. So here
- yaumid yuiullahuahum on that day Allah
- will fulfill for them their recompense
- ya jaza them alhaq yes correctly.
- Waamuna annallahual haqqul mubin. And
- they will know that Allah is the one
- who is alhaqu the most truthful almubin
- the most clear yes the one who explains
- . Then after that Allah Subhanahu wa
- taala yes clears the good names yes ee
- both Sayidatina Aisyah and ee ee what?
- Safwan ibn Muatthal. Allah said
- alkobitatu lil khabitin wal khabituna
- lil khabitat watyibatu litibin
- thayibuna litibat. Ulaika mubaruna
- mimma yaquulun lahum magfiratun
- warizquun karim. People who are khabit
- means people who are bad in character,
- meaning khabit here means like the
- previous verse. Azzaniatu la yanqihu
- illa zaniah. Kobit means here who is
- bad in treatment, yes in what actions?
- ee doing the act earlier, ee adultery,
- yes. People who commit adultery, yes,
- or people who are khabit only who
- behave badly, la ee, they will be
- paired with bad people too. Bad people
- from women are paired with bad people
- from men. Generally like that. Bad
- people from men will be paired with yes
- bad people with ee ee ee from women,
- yes. Wat thayibat good women will be
- paired with ee good men. W Thayibun,
- good men are also paired with good
- women. So it is impossible for the
- Prophet Muhammad to be paired with an
- adulterous wife like that. Yes, the
- meaning shows how impossible it is for
- Sayidatina Aisyah to commit adultery.
- Directly in the statement from Allah
- Himself here ulaika mubaruna mimma
- yaquulun. They mean cleansed, yes,
- meaning they are clean. Mubarraun means
- they are clean from what they accuse,
- they say. So what are the hypocrites
- accusing. Lahum magfiratun wa rizquun
- karim. for them, yes, namely the good
- people, yes, those accused will receive
- sustenance through forgiveness and
- noble, holy sustenance. After talking
- about the problem earlier, the problem
- is how ee accuse good people about what
- with accusations or slander of adultery
- . Allah Subhanahu wa taala moves on to
- another topic. How do we visit
- someone's house? Ya ayyuhalladzina
- amanu. O you who believe la tadkhulu
- buyutan ghair buyutikum hatta tastisu
- watusallimu ala ahliha. O you who
- believe, do not enter a house that is
- not yours. Hatta tastisu so that you
- ask for a time that makes the occupant
- happy. The meaning of al-unsu is happy,
- calm, like ee happy. Aluns like istnasa
- wazan istanasa means asking, usually
- that's the wazan of if gfaro istagfarah
- asking for forgiveness. So hatta
- tastaknisu kalian so that you, if you
- like, are interpreted as asking for
- permission, asking for the right time.
- Usually when people visit, it's at a
- time that sometimes we just come or
- suddenly like that. Sometimes they are
- not ready to receive guests, they are
- having a fuss for example in their
- family or they have an appointment to
- go out like that. Well, that is a time
- when they don't have space and peace
- there. It is important that Allah
- Subhanahu wa taala educates us on how
- to visit. Find a time when they are
- happy to receive us. Watusallimu alaiha
- yes of course when entering, give
- thanks greetings to him. to its
- inhabitants. Ikumirul lakum laallakum
- tadakarun. That is better for you so
- that you learn a lesson. This is how to
- be a guest? Sometimes we don't use this
- etiquette, this manners. Sometimes
- people are sick like that when someone
- likes to visit for a long time even
- though they want to rest like that.
- Well, that also has to be aware of the
- time. Ee in this case, especially now,
- communication tools are easy, it's like
- that. When we want to visit, we ask, ee
- , whether or not he is willing, the
- term is technically asking for his
- willingness. Ee, we want to meet,
- approximately what time are you free,
- what time is best. Well, after getting
- ee what time is comfortable from the
- host, that is in accordance with the
- guidance of Allah Subhanahu wa taala.
- The next verse Allah Subhanahu wa taala
- mentions," Faillam tajidu fiha ahadan.
- "" If you don't meet when you come to a
- house, yes, in that etiquette, yes, yes
- , the previous verse, this ee 27. If
- yes, of course we come, no, yes,
- sometimes people from out of town, for
- example, they don't have time to inform
- , suddenly come, that's an exceptional
- situation, yes, come. But if it's
- better when you come to someone, we
- inform them first, like that, the right
- time, what's comfortable. This is
- comfortable for the visitor and also
- comfortable for the person being
- visited like that, yes. If there is, we
- have already asked for the right time
- like that, yes. This is the etiquette
- of the Qur'an, it's comfortable for
- everyone. Because many of us, sometimes
- , when someone is about to leave, they
- are waiting for a guest to come
- suddenly at a certain event. Well, he's
- confused, yes, receiving a guest, we
- want to give breakfast to the guest.
- He's confused but his heart is anxious
- like that. Yes, when we were little,
- yes, in the Islamic boarding school, we
- read the book Tarbiyatud Diniah
- ziaratun bilal muid, namely visiting
- without an appointment first. That
- sometimes makes people anxious Yes. He
- was taking a shower and looked at the
- clock even though he had an appointment
- with someone. He wanted to meet them.
- But because there were guests, he
- wanted to kick them out, which was
- uncomfortable. He was ordered to
- respect guests. Well, this is how Allah
- teaches us to be guests, so that the
- host can truly respect guests. When we
- come, we say we must respect guests.
- But we ourselves come not according to
- the rules that Allah Subhanahu wa taala
- teaches. Yes, it's not right for us to
- be like that. Well, then faillam tajidu
- fiha ahadan. If you come to visit a
- house, you won't find someone fala
- tadkuluha. Don't just enter. Just enter
- . Even yzana lakum. Until you are
- allowed by the host to enter. Yes, the
- etiquette is also when people in the
- past came to the house, when they
- knocked, they didn't knock, they didn't
- face the door. Because when they opened
- it, they saw his wife there, not fully
- dressed like that. He knocked, he faced
- her with his back to the door. This
- That's the etiquette of visiting. So if
- there's no one, don't enter. Hatta
- yanaum until permitted. Waqilakumjiu
- farjiu. If you're told to go home, then
- go home. Hua azka lakum is purer for
- you. So that your hearts are clean,
- pure. And this is what it means
- according to ee adab that Allah
- Subhanahu wa taala ee ee means guide.
- We are from the task of Rasulullah
- sallallahu alaihi wasallam besides
- yatlu alaihim ayatihim purify them
- purify this is to educate our morals,
- our hearts to be good. Wallahu bima
- tamaluna alim. Allah is all-knowing
- with everything you do. Then the next
- verse, laisa alaikum junahun antadkhulu
- buyutan gira maskunatin fiha mataakum.
- this is it. In the past, Sayidina Abu
- Bakar, if I'm not mistaken, once asked
- Rasulullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam,
- "What if I like to travel, trade to the
- land of Sham or Is it like that in
- Yemen? Like staying overnight in one
- place, usually a stopover house, in the
- past it was like that. Now we have a
- hotel, it's like that. What if the
- hotel doesn't know we've already paid,
- the hotel is going to ask permission
- first or what? Assalamualaikum, ask
- permission, no, we just go in because
- we, especially we already have, meaning
- we've booked and we're going in. Laaisa
- alaikum junahun. uran this verse, yes"
- laisa alikum junahun ", there is no sin
- for you" antadulu buyutan "to enter the
- houses of" ghair maskunatin "that are
- not occupied. I mean, a house that is
- not occupied, I mean not like a
- residence, yes, someone's individual
- house, yes, but this house is a house,
- yes, like a hotel. This is a hotel, yes
- , like many hotels like this now. You
- may go in there directly. E fiha
- mataulakum. Where there is pleasure for
- you. Meaning you can rest your
- belongings there. Wallahu ya'lamu ma
- tubduna w taktumun. And Allah knows
- what you reveal and what you hide. And
- Allah knows best. Okay, that's all for
- our reflection on Surah An-Nur. God
- willing, we'll continue in the next
- meeting.
- Brothers, brothers and sisters. So,
- we've listened together to the sermon
- from Ustaz Hamzah Alatas on the topic
- of fostering a household in the Qur'an,
- reflecting on Surah Annur verses 21-2.
- Okay, Ustaz, let's get straight to it.
- There's a question coming in via
- WhatsApp from Ibu Tini. Peace be upon
- you, Ustaz Hamzah. Peace be upon you.
- Regarding the obligation to present
- witnesses when alleging adultery. What
- is meant by adultery in the sentence?
- Major adultery in the context of
- marital relations, or minor adultery,
- or even approaching adultery?
- Congratulations.
- This means adultery, yes, marital
- relations, having sexual intercourse.
- Not small things like that, but
- accusing something, yes, whatever you
- say, ee, other than what, for example,
- major adultery, yes. Slandering someone
- , ee, committing other sins, also
- requires witnesses, yes, and that, yes,
- ee, if it is not true, then he will be
- punished like that. Ee, if we see
- someone's badness, it would be better
- if we don't spread it. Don't spread it.
- We advise him, yes. We advise him,
- invite him to talk to him privately
- like that, yes. But if he is open,
- because of what punishment? ee,
- flogging is actually the punishment for
- open adultery, actually. Because when
- someone wants to accuse someone, if he
- sees him alone or two people see him,
- he can't report it to the judge because
- he has to bring four witnesses,
- and to accuse witnesses is a hassle.
- Therefore, when people see him, he
- should immediately advise like that,
- yes. Advising that person, don't do it,
- don't do it publicly, yes, because this
- covers our brother's private parts, yes
- , even if he commits sin, we advise him
- to repent to Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
- Because if a sinner is exposed and
- their private parts are exposed,
- sometimes it will make them reluctant
- to repent. Well, because we are the
- ones spreading it, we will uh what uh
- help the devil so that someone does not
- repent. In fact, sometimes people whose
- good name has been tarnished are said
- to be uh the devil persuaded them
- already wet, rather than people who
- have accused them falsely, just do it.
- Well, this person is even more damaged,
- uh this is why Islam really protects a
- person's honor and good name like that.
- It doesn't mean this act is not a major
- sin. This is a major sin, this adultery
- . But no matter how big a sin is, if
- the person repents, Allah will forgive.
- Never mind the sin of adultery, the sin
- of associating partners with Allah. If
- he repents to Allah and he leaves his
- uh polytheism, Allah will accept his
- repentance. Yes, like that. So it is
- very, very important. First,
- maintaining a person's honor, and we
- are also commanded to amar makruf nahi
- munkar. When we see someone committing
- adultery or just getting close to it,
- we immediately remind them. Yes, what I
- meant was that we immediately remind
- them about minor adultery and advise
- them. That is the task of enjoining
- good and forbidding evil, yes. And
- Allah knows best.
- Yes. Okay. The next question is from a
- servant of Allah.
- Peace be upon you, Ustaz. And may
- Allah bless you.
- Ustaz, recently a viral story about a
- woman being whipped for committing
- adultery with a married man. The woman
- received 100 lashes, while the man only
- received 10. Because the man denied
- that he committed adultery. It seems
- there were no witnesses in this case.
- What is your opinion, Ustaz? Was he
- denied, accused, or something like that
- ? So, if there were witnesses,
- if it was a husband and wife like that.
- If he accused his wife of adultery,
- then the wife should be given the right
- to reply, right? He is the one who
- accused her, if it's a husband, if it's
- a husband and
- wife, the husband must swear five times
- , four times he swears by Allah that my
- accusation that my wife committed
- adultery is true. The fifth time he
- repeats" by Allah "four times," by
- Allah "until the last time he said the
- oath. The fifth time, he swears that he
- is ready to receive Allah's curse if he
- lies in his accusation. Well, then the
- judge must ask the woman," Do you
- accept this accusation or do you deny
- it? "There's no need to force it, it
- can't be forced. Yes, if she denies the
- woman, she swears too. If she swears
- that yes four times she swears that our
- husband, my husband, is lying in his
- accusation. Yes, by Allah I swear that
- what my husband accused me of is a lie
- up to four times. The fifth time, yes,
- walna gadallah alaihi, she will be
- ready to receive Allah's wrath if she
- says yes, her husband is right. Well,
- after that, both of them are not
- punished. If this is not known why the
- man was punished because he denied it,
- did the woman not get the same rights
- as that. Both should be given the right
- to freedom without pressure. She must
- swear that it was between husband and
- wife. If not husband and wife, she must
- bring four witnesses like that. Well,
- what is this case like? If ee is called
- he can't get ee can bringing witnesses
- that four witnesses can't be punished
- ee one 100 yes, the other
- 10
- ee only 10 no yes. This is adultery yes
- that is done by mutual consent yes. So
- the punishment for both of them should
- be the same yes. Azzaniatu wazzani male
- adulterer and female adulterer. Fajlidu
- kulla wahidat minhuma miata jaldah. Yes
- , each lash is 100 lashes. The man gets
- it, the woman gets it. Yes, if 110
- doesn't e it becomes strange like that
- yes. Both should get it if ee there are
- witnesses. So if there are no witnesses
- no it can't be like that. And Allah
- knows best.
- Yes. Okay, Ustaz. That seems to be the
- last question
- tonight. Please come to the conclusion.
- Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Allahumma
- shalli wasallim ala sayyidina
- Muhammadin wa ali sayyidina Muhammad.
- From what we have read from this surah
- Annur, how Allah Subhanahu wa taala
- truly protects a person's honor. This
- is a direct example of how the honor of
- Sayidatina Aisyah and ee Safwan ibn
- Muatthal, and also the honor of other
- women, whoever they are, and other men,
- whoever they are, until the end of time
- , Allah Subhanahu wa taala maintains.
- We must be careful not to accuse
- carelessly. Because besides the
- punishment in this world, if we cannot
- bring four witnesses, we will be
- punished with 80 lashes.
- And not only that, in the afterlife,
- yes luinu fid dunya wal akhirah. We
- will receive curses in this world and
- in the afterlife. Nauzubillah minzalik.
- And in the afterlife, they will receive
- a painful punishment. Yes, of course,
- this is for those who do not repent. If
- they repent, Allah will accept it. But
- repentance for accusing someone is more
- difficult. If, for example, accusing
- someone now through social media, in
- addition to apologizing to that person,
- they must also spread it on the same
- media. That they once accused someone
- with this accusation, and that the
- accusation was not true. Yes. So it's
- not just apologizing to the person, but
- other people who have heard the
- accusation will think the person we
- accused was right or did that mistake.
- Now, this is very, very important, and
- sins related to humans are indeed more
- difficult for us to repent. Therefore,
- before we fall into that, we must guard
- our hands, our mouths, our gaze to
- avoid these sins. This is what I can
- say. I hope this is useful, and we
- conclude. May Allah grant us guidance
- and guidance. Peace be upon you and the
- mercy of Allah. Peace be upon you and
- the mercy of Allah. Blessed be Allah's
- brothers and sisters. That was the
- sermon last night. May it be useful and
- bring us closer to Allah subhanahu wa
- ta'ala. Amen, O Lord of the Worlds. We
- would like to thank Ustaz Hamzah Alatos
- for sharing his knowledge this evening.
- We would also like to thank the
- brothers and sisters who listened and
- participated. We apologize if there are
- any questions that have not been
- answered this evening. I, Riska Agustin
- Sus Bangkit, Ondi Syahputra, and all
- our colleagues throughout Indonesia,
- take my leave. Please forgive any
- mistakes and shortcomings.
- Subhanakallahumma wabihamdik ashadu
- alla ilaha illa anta astagfiruka wau
- ilaik. Peace be upon you and the mercy
- of Allah wabarakatuh.
