- blessed by Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala.
- Today also coincides with the 3rd of
- Rajab 1443 Hijri. There are many deeds
- that are prioritized in this month.
- Therefore, related to the month of
- Rajab, the theme that will also be
- discussed, God willing, by Ustazah for
- the next 90 minutes or so, is six deeds
- in the month of Rajab. Tafadol Ustazah,
- yes. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
- Alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillahilladzi
- alafa baina qulubina faasbahna
- binikmati ikhwana. Alhamdulillah ya
- rabbana lakal hamdu bil iman.
- yaakalamakah Allah shi wasallim
- wikidina Muhammadin waa alihibi ajma w
- alhamdulillah we are at the beginning
- of the month of Rajab as we have also
- explored it through the month of Rajab
- in previous years. yes. Every year
- there is certainly the month of Rajab
- yes. Because the month ee when we were
- still given the opportunity to live of
- course we pass through the months yes
- in the hijri calendar system which we
- are now in the month of Rajab. Ee
- before we discuss the amaliah in the
- month of Rajab a little ee to remind
- you again yes repeat that this hijri
- calendar system has actually existed
- since pre-Islamic times yes. So before
- the arrival of Islam in the Arab lands
- there was already a known calendar
- system based on a mixture of the Qaria
- month between the month yes called
- Qariah and the sun or Syamsiah. So ee
- the circulation of the moon is used to
- synchronize with the seasons which are
- done then ee the addition of the number
- of days yes synchronized yes. So indeed
- at that time even though ee already
- knew what the qariah or sun syamsiah
- month system was, but there was no
- known year numbering yes. Well, so a
- year was known in the past for its
- important events, right? For example,
- when the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu
- alaihi wasallam was born, it was called
- the Year of the Elephant. Because at
- that time, there was a raid on the
- Kaaba in Mecca by an army of elephants
- led by Abraha, the Governor of Yemen,
- which is currently part of Ethiopia. So
- , the determination of the year 1 Hijri
- began 6 years after the death of the
- Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi
- wasallam. So at that time, Caliph Umar
- bin Khattab, in approximately 17 Hijri,
- decided that the benchmark for the
- Islamic calendar was the year in which
- the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi
- wasallam migrated from Mecca to Medina.
- Because it would be difficult if there
- were no numbering of years, it would be
- difficult because the number of
- important events increased over time,
- yes. Especially with the spread of
- Islam to various regions and ee regions
- that were increasingly developing. Well
- , so ee the 1st of Muharram ee if it
- coincides with the Gregorian year, more
- or less July 16, yes, 622 AD, that is
- actually not the date of the migration
- of the Prophet Muhammad sallallahu
- alaihi wasallam from Mecca to Medina.
- Well, but the event of the migration,
- but the event of the migration, yes, is
- determined as the first year in the
- Islamic calendar. Well, so the number
- of months in the Hijriah is 12 months
- and subhanallah, alhamdulillah,
- walillahilhamd Al-Qur'an, yes, in Surah
- At-Taubah verse 36, it explains that ee
- Allah has created yes that 12 months
- have been determined by Allah. Inna
- idatuhlahana asar syahr fi kitabillah.
- Allah ee has determined, determined
- that the number of months with Allah is
- 12 months. Yes. Ee when was it
- determined? Yauma khalaq samawati wal
- ard minha arbaatun hurum. So, Allah has
- determined that the sum of the numbers,
- the sum of the numbers in Allah's
- provisions, when He created the heavens
- and the earth is 12 months. Winha
- aratun hurum. Among them, there are 4
- sacred months, the months that are
- glorified. And Allah Subhanallah, we
- are grateful for the blessings of faith
- and Islam, that is, eh, dalalikadinul
- qayyim, that is the straight deen. So
- fala tadlimu fihinna anfusakum. So
- later we will discuss what kind of
- deeds we must do in the month of Rajab,
- in the sacred month. Because Rajab is
- one of the four sacred months. This one
- is alone in Rajab. The three are
- Zulkaidah, Zulhijah, and Muharram,
- respectively. So, here, do not wrong
- yourselves. So, let's talk a little bit
- about what it's called? Explaining
- about Rajab, which is one of the four
- sacred months. And there is a narration
- from Abu Bakrah that the Prophet
- Muhammad delivered a sermon during the
- Farewell Pilgrimage. He said that time
- revolves like the day the heavens and
- the earth were created. A year has 12
- months, yes. Among them are 4 forbidden
- months, yes. Three consecutive months,
- one alone. Well, then Ibn Abbas, Ibn
- Abbas radhiallahu anhu said that Allah
- singled out these 4 months because it
- is mentioned in the Qur'an wa minha
- arbaatun hurum. So Allah singled out
- these 4 months as forbidden months. So
- they are considered holy months. So if
- you commit sins, commit sins, evil
- deeds, do evil deeds, any actions that
- fall into the category of sin, then of
- course the sin will be greater. And
- conversely, if you do good deeds,
- goodness, whatever other good deeds,
- when done in these 4 months, you will
- reap greater rewards, many times over.
- Well, so it brings a sense that we are
- now in the month of Rajab, in a month
- that is glorified by Allah. One of the
- four months that Allah has glorified,
- we certainly need to be vigilant. So,
- faith is a feeling, a feeling that we
- are in a place where we feel that Allah
- sees us, watches over us. So, this is
- an introduction, how we need to be
- vigilant in Rajab. Beware of sins,
- disobedience, and evil deeds because
- the sins are multiplied if committed in
- these forbidden months. Well, then we
- also know that Rajab is a month close
- to Ramadan. So, the scholars, ee,
- prepare themselves to welcome Ramadan
- since the month of Rajab. Yes. That's
- why the prayers that we always hear, ee
- , recited, ee, when entering the month
- of Rajab are prayers that Allahumma
- bariklana fi Rajab wa Sy'ban wa
- ariklana fi Ramadan or wabalighna
- Ramadan. O Allah, bless us in this
- month of Rajab. So, pray that Allah
- will bless our lives during this month
- of Rajab. Then in the month after Rajab
- , ee, what? Shaban. After that, ask
- Allah to deliver us to the month of
- Ramadan. Yes, this is how the
- preparations for Ramadan start in what
- month? Rajab yes. Pray that you will be
- given health, long life, and that you
- will be able to experience the joy of
- Ramadan. Well, we also know how Rajab
- included the Isra Mikraj event. A very
- powerful event, yes. The event where
- during Isra Mikraj it is mandatory to
- pray directly from Allah to the Prophet
- Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam.
- Yes, so this is indeed extraordinary
- huh. Rajab is the key to the best
- months that come after it. So, ee Rajab
- , this is the month of planting, what
- do you say, Abu Bakar Abu Bakar Al
- Balhai, yes Balhi ee Syahru Rajab, this
- is Syahruz zar, the month in which it
- is time to plant. Then Syakban is the
- month when it is time to water the
- plants. Syahru Syaki Zari yes. Well, in
- the month of Ramadan that is Syahru
- Hisari, the month when you reap the
- rewards. So basically we have a warning
- , this is the month of Rajab. So, let's
- start to be mindful of our mistakes,
- our words, our actions, and our
- behavior, because we're about to enter
- the month of Ramadan. So, that
- habituation begins in the month of
- Rajab. Okay, okay. Now we're going to
- our theme of six good deeds in the
- month of Rajab. There are actually a
- lot of good deeds. This is just to
- summarize and remind us so we can carry
- them out. Hopefully, in this month of
- Rajab and beyond, we'll be accustomed
- to doing good deeds. Well, the first
- good deed in the month of Rajab
- certainly begins with prayer. A prayer
- to welcome the month of Rajab. Perhaps
- some scholars have discussed this
- prayer, "Come on, is this prayer? The
- hadith isn't strong, and everything we
- do doesn't fall within the realm of
- ikhtilaful fuqaha, right? Prayer is
- permissible anywhere." This means that
- every action we do begins with prayer,
- which is a very important part of life.
- Ask for Allah's pleasure, ask for
- Allah's ease. Start with prayer, and we
- will find that in every activity we do,
- there is always prayer. We hope and
- pray that this will accompany our good
- deeds and good deeds so that they can
- be done continuously, with the
- intention of Allah. So, it begins with
- prayer. I mentioned the prayer earlier:
- Allahumma bariklana fi Rajab wa Sy'ban
- wabigna Ramadan. O Allah, bless us in
- the month of Rajab, bless us in the
- month of Sha'ban, and bring us to the
- holy month of Ramadan. So, according to
- Imam Nawawi's al-Azkar, it is recited.
- In fact, we don't just recite it at the
- beginning of Rajab, but recite it over
- and over again. Isn't asking for
- blessings from Allah a constant request
- ? So, pray, who knows, when we pray,
- that's the right time for Allah to send
- down His will. Bless our lives, our
- activities since the months of Rajab
- and Sha'ban, and hopefully, we will be
- brought to the holy month of Ramadan.
- Allahumma bariklana fi Rajab wa Sy'ban
- wabalighna Ramadan. That's the first
- step, pray a lot. Yes, if we use
- everyday language, yes with a prayer: "
- O Allah, be pleased with us, bless us
- with all our activities in the month of
- Rajab, in the month of Syaakban, and
- send us to the holy month of Ramadan in
- good health, in a condition that You
- are pleased with, everything is made
- easy, and health is given to everyone,
- protect us, basically we pray for
- everything." So first our practice
- begins with prayer. Then secondly,
- don't do injustice. Yes, it's in the
- at-Taubah letter, right? Fala tadlimu
- fihinna anfusakum. Do not mistreat
- yourselves in that month. Yes. So
- actually unjust acts are not only
- prohibited in the haram months, they
- are also forbidden in other months. But
- remember, when an unjust act is
- committed in a noble month, in the 4th
- month of this haram month, of course
- the sins are also doubled, multiplied.
- So in this fourth month, especially
- Fala Tlimu Anfusakum. Don't mistreat or
- oppress yourselves. Actually, it's not
- allowed in all months. Well, Allah has
- designated these four months as
- forbidden months because He exalts them
- . Allah makes sins committed in these
- forbidden months greater. Yes. So,
- conversely, good deeds also receive
- greater rewards. Yes, we can find this
- in the tafsirs, including Ibn Kathir's
- tafsir. So, we are forbidden to hurt
- each other, shed each other's blood,
- oppress each other. We must be clean
- from oppressive acts, sinful acts.
- Because with sin, the retribution will
- be multiplied. Likewise, our good deeds
- , our rewards will also be multiplied.
- Now, if we're not talking about Ramadan
- , because Ramadan is special, yes.
- We're talking outside of Ramadan,
- Ramadan is extraordinary, yes. Well,
- here ee fala tadlimu anfusakum. Don't
- oppress yourselves. There are three
- kinds of oppressive acts, yes. First,
- the greatest oppression is the
- oppression of committing shirk. Yes,
- all forms of polytheism, all forms of
- disbelief are injustice. Yes, we should
- not associate Allah with anyone, making
- Him a rival. Yes, if today there may be
- no humans who worship stones. Muslims
- worship, eh, the sun mountain does not
- exist. But there are actions that are
- actually forms of polytheism,
- associating Allah with anyone. For
- example, ee does not believe in Allah
- as the Provider of sustenance. So,
- maybe the words spoken without ee
- understanding that they are shirk. For
- example, a parent says to their child,
- "If you don't work, ee, you have to
- work hard, sweat, you won't eat. You
- will be neglected if your father
- doesn't give you ee, if you don't give
- you, you won't work." So it means as if
- it is because of him that his child
- gets sustenance. Well, this means
- considering himself everything. So,
- what is called eh, shirk can be towards
- positions, right? So if we look at ee
- ilah la ilaha illallah there is no god
- but Allah, that is God, right? There is
- no God but Allah, right? There are many
- gods to worship. Some are abstract,
- some are concrete. Abstract ones are
- perhaps positions, ranks, and positions
- that are not clearly visible. So,
- defending them tooth and nail by
- ignoring Allah's commands. Meaning,
- considering them trivial. Considering
- them only as positions, ranks, and
- everything. Meaning, justifying any
- means to get what one wants. So,
- setting aside what Allah has determined
- . So, that is also considered shirk.
- Well, that includes worshipping other
- gods besides Allah. So, it can be
- abstract and concrete. Concrete ones
- are concrete, while tangible ones can
- be things like money, women, men, or
- anything else. So, this act of shirk is
- a great injustice, associating partners
- with Allah without realizing it. Well,
- this is avoided because this zalim act
- certainly has many consequences.
- Because this is an act that is greatly
- hated by Allah. This is the first.
- There are three types of zalim acts.
- The greatest injustice is shirk. Yes,
- including magic and all kinds of things
- . Now, whether magic is done by
- sorcerers or sorcerers, many of the
- things that are practiced in society
- are acts of shirk, right? And that is
- the greatest injustice. Innirka
- ladulmunzim. Yes, to get a man so that
- his heart will turn to him, he uses a
- shaman, that magic is also shirk, yes,
- it is the biggest injustice and it
- should be shunned, avoided. That's the
- first one. Then the second injustice is
- someone's injustice towards himself,
- himself. So he committed injustice
- against himself. What is the injustice
- done to oneself? for example,
- committing all sinful acts is unjust to
- oneself or perhaps not fulfilling one's
- needs, we ourselves have rights, for
- example the need to sleep, to eat, to
- get married, everything must be
- fulfilled. Well, you are not allowed to
- do injustice even for reasons of
- worship. There was once a woman during
- the time of the Prophet Muhammad, a
- companion, who prayed at night until
- she held on to a rope to stay strong,
- so she could stand. So forcing her to
- do so, making it difficult for herself,
- is a form of injustice. So there is a
- right, there are three companions who
- worshipped, they felt that they
- believed the Prophet was easy, yes, he
- was a prophet, their sins were forgiven
- . What are we compared to him? Some
- started and continued, some continued
- fasting, yes, then there were those who
- kept away from their wives. When it was
- conveyed to the Prophet Muhammad, the
- Prophet Muhammad forbade such actions
- because they considered it a form of
- approaching Allah. Whereas the self has
- rights, the wife has rights. Yes, so
- here, people who do not pay attention
- to themselves, ignore them, are also
- acts of injustice, including sins. Yes,
- the sins they commit are essentially
- oppressing themselves. Isn't it true
- that by committing sins, they will have
- an impact on themselves, will plunge
- themselves into hell? That is
- oppressing themselves. Why don't they
- save themselves so they can enter
- heaven? Well, this is it. So that's
- injustice towards oneself, right?
- Committing all sinful acts, right?
- Adultery, stealing, lying, backbiting
- means plunging oneself into the wrath
- of Allah. Well, that's injustice
- towards oneself. Well, thirdly,
- injustice is fala tadlimu anfusakum,
- thirdly, it's injustice towards others.
- Yes, it means injustice committed
- against others. There are people's
- rights that are violated, right?
- Injustice towards blood, yes,
- slandering or killing or injuring or
- hitting when it's not actually their
- fault, right? Or injustice towards
- property such as stealing, cheating,
- corruption, or delaying debt repayment
- when they are able, right, when the
- person they, uh, the person they owed
- money to needs it, right, for their
- needs. But because they owed money,
- they didn't want to pay it even though
- they were able, that's also injustice.
- There are people's rights that they
- have that they haven't fulfilled.
- That's injustice, right? Or being cruel
- to the honor of others, such as
- insulting, cursing, slandering,
- gossiping, spreading false news or ee
- what's it called? Demeaning or
- assassinating his character. Even
- though he is innocent. But because it
- was only ordered by someone, because
- they only expected ee salary or ee that
- little lure huh. So ee what team for
- example a team on social media for ee
- aims to lower the dignity of people who
- are good people to become their image
- how in society as bad people. That is a
- distortion of the facts. It is cruel to
- others and the impact and consequences
- will be extraordinary on the Day of
- Judgment. Extraordinary huh. So ee this
- is prohibited not only in the sacred
- months, in all months it is also not
- allowed, but the reward ee eh sorry the
- sin will be multiplied huh. So this is
- forbidden falaimu anfusukum. Do not
- oppress yourself. Do not oppress others
- either. Do not also do ee shirk because
- this is a form of oppression huh. Shirk
- is the greatest injustice. That's the
- third one, right? Uh, the second one.
- The first thing is to pray, pray a lot.
- Second, ee
- does not do injustice.
- Don't do injustice. The third is sunnah
- fasting in the month of Rajab. Oh, this
- has been for a long time now, maybe in
- the future we will also be asked until
- the month of Rajab, lots of questions
- arise. Always asked. Is there a reason
- to fast in the month of Rajab from the
- 1st? Wow, that's a lot, really. The
- answers are all kinds of things, it's
- going to be the same thing over and
- over again. In Ramadan, it's going to
- be over and over again, right? Yes,
- that's not a problem, right? Let's
- remind you again because it's indeed
- faikratan faul mukminin. So now we are
- not arguing about whether there is a
- special sunnah fast in the month of
- Rajab or not. But at least the Mujibah
- albahiliyah hadith tells about the
- recommendation to fast in all the haram
- months. Hey, this was explained by Ibnu
- Rajab, the recommendation to fast in
- all the haram months, not just in the
- month of Rajab. So increase the sunnah
- fasting. As the Prophet Muhammad (peace
- be upon him) said in a general hadith
- about worshipping a lot in the sacred
- months. Ibn Rajab once said, because
- the Salaf are the first to be blessed
- by Ibn Umar wasri and Abu Ishaq. So the
- Salaf, the early scholars of the past,
- fasted a lot in the sacred months.
- Among them were Ibn Umar, Hasan Basri,
- Abu Abu Ishaq, Imam Tauri, basically
- the scholars of the past. So, the way
- to fill the sacred months with worship
- that will later receive multiple
- rewards is by fasting, by fasting. Yes,
- so it doesn't mean that the first date
- is specific, the second, or the third
- is a matter of mutual understanding.
- This is a debate among scholars with
- different views. Don't get caught up in
- things with different views because
- scholars have different views. What's
- the point? The point is, just increase
- the recommended fasting, especially in
- the month of Rajab or in the sacred
- months. Although some hadiths mention
- that there is evidence for it, it is
- considered diff. Some scholars, such as
- the Shafi'i school of thought and the
- majority of the Hanbali school of
- thought, validate it because they take
- evidence from the recommended hadiths
- as part of the virtue of good deeds.
- This means it's for good deeds, for
- recommended deeds. It's not a problem.
- Now, we don't need to argue about it.
- The point is, there's no prohibition on
- fasting on the recommended fasts in the
- sacred months. Whether you use, for
- example, the Prophet's fasting on
- Mondays and Thursdays, David's fasting
- on chickens, or those who want to do
- more with the intention of fasting on
- the recommended fasts in the sacred
- months, there's no prohibition. In
- practice, many of the early salaf
- scholars did fasting in the sacred
- months. The intention is to fast sunnah
- in the sacred months. So that means
- increasing the fasting worship. If it's
- sunnah, whether from the 1st to the
- 10th or on Mondays and Thursdays, it's
- up to you, as long as it's sunnah
- because we honor the sacred months. So
- there's no need to get into that debate
- , it's not allowed, there's no hadith.
- Come on, these are sunnah fasting
- worships, after all, these are worships
- that were also practiced by scholars in
- the past, to increase our charity, to
- increase our provisions, our investment
- for the final day. Now we start to do
- it in installments. The difficult thing
- , the wrong one, is the person who
- criticizes. He's no longer doing good
- deeds, criticizing others too. Well,
- this is worse. It could be that over
- time he becomes an oppressor towards
- himself and others. Instead of doing
- good deeds, he does wrong. So, there's
- no need to argue about these khilafiah
- issues. Those who want to do good deeds
- just have the intention. At least, it's
- absolutely necessary to fast during the
- Sunnah fast, or fast during the sacred
- months, or if you prefer, fast after
- David, the Prophet David. Yes, like
- that. That's the third. Fourth, the
- practice in the month of Rajab is to
- perform all the sunnah acts of worship.
- Masyaallah, there are so many sunnah
- acts of worship. So many. It just
- depends on how we want to prioritize
- which ones we will do. We can do all of
- them. Alhamdulillah. What are some of
- them? One of them is increasing charity
- . Yes, charity, whatever the intention,
- because Allah also rewards it greatly
- because it is in the sacred months. Yes
- , increasing charity, yes, whether you
- help da'wah, yes, da'wah struggle, or
- for the Quran or whatever, the
- intention is for charity, donation. And
- don't forget, it's permissible, meaning
- we take the view that you send this
- rewarding deed to our deceased parents.
- Subhanallah. They will benefit from the
- piety of their children who give alms
- and charity, the intention of which is
- also to send it to their parents.
- Amazing. That's what they're waiting
- for. Our parents in the afterlife, in
- the grave, are waiting for our
- blessings. Their need for the blessings
- sent out exceeds our need for food and
- drink in this world. Because they no
- longer have the opportunity to do good
- deeds because their eternal life has
- been cut off, right? Adam inqalas, when
- the son of Adam dies, his good deeds
- are cut off. So what remains are the
- good deeds sent by his pious children
- for them, for their parents. That's
- what they're waiting for. So we
- increase our efforts in these holy
- months to send them. Whether it's
- increasing charity, reading the Qur'an
- that we send especially for them.
- Allahumma'il maq um abi. O Allah,
- convey my reading of the Qur'an, its
- reward to my parents. Increase your
- remembrance, repentance, salawat, and
- all forms of special sunnah practices
- in this holy month so that you will
- become accustomed to them in Ramadan.
- Well, this is only four, Ms. Olin, we
- will continue later.
- Yes. Okay, brothers and sisters. After
- listening to the six, six, and four,
- presented by Ustazah regarding the six
- prioritized practices in the month of
- Rajab. We invite you to ask questions.
- The number is still the same for
- WhatsApp at 0811999720. We will be back
- , God willing, after the next nasyid
- break. เฮ Brail TV Radio
- Silaturahim also Rasil visual via Rasil
- TV on YouTube Rasil. Brothers and
- sisters are currently listening live to
- women's fiqh with Ustazah Erlini Amran.
- Our theme this afternoon is six
- practices in the month of Rajab. Four
- have been presented by Ustazah. I'll
- read it. The first is to pray a lot.
- The second is not to do injustice. The
- third is to fast a lot. The fourth is
- to do all the sunnah acts of worship.
- There are still two more left. Tafadal
- Ustazah,
- yes. Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. The
- fifth is to contribute to upholding
- Islam and fighting for it as much as
- possible through da'wah. Yes, so ee
- someone who is pious only for himself,
- ee when he is not able to make others
- pious, his goodness is not perfect.
- What is more beneficial is he who is
- pious for himself and muslih, can make
- others pious, namely through da'wah.
- Well, with this da'wah, the reward will
- be multiplied. Didn't the Prophet
- Muhammad, in a valid hadith narrated by
- Imam Muslim, eh, say, "Manalla alairin
- falahu mlu ajri failihi." Whoever shows
- someone goodness, will have a reward
- like the one who does it. Subhanallah.
- So that's extraordinary. When we fight
- for the truth, fight for Islam by means
- of da'wah bil makruf, with kindness, by
- inviting people to be full of kindness,
- with politeness, with good morals, the
- reward is extraordinary. Even in a
- history of Huda Minal Ajabiahu. Whoever
- invites a guide will receive a reward
- like the reward of those who follow it
- without reducing their rewards in the
- slightest. But whoever invites you to
- misguidance, evil, evil, then he will
- suffer the same sins as those who
- follow him without reducing their sins
- in the slightest. So we present Islam
- rahmatan lil alamin by means of good
- preaching, politely, with our morals
- and behavior that can be imitated by
- others. Even if we look at it again,
- this preaching is extraordinary.
- Innallaha waaikatahu wa ahlamawati
- ardlatuha muhair. Allah and the angels
- and the inhabitants of the earth and
- the sky, down to the ants in their
- holes, even the fish that are actually
- in the sea, yes, they give greetings to
- those who teach humans in goodness. So,
- this fourth, fifth, and fifth act is
- how we uphold Islam, fighting for Islam
- , a mercy for all the worlds, by
- preaching with polite behavior, kind
- words, and behavior that has enchanting
- morals. Not by insulting with harsh
- words. So, when people follow us, our
- invitation, our preaching, we also
- receive the same reward as they do good
- . So when we use and utilize IT social
- media, we become people with good
- morals. What we type, what we write is
- full of goodness and politeness. When
- people read it, Allah gives them
- guidance. Then, by following what they
- read and follow, we also receive the
- reward. So, don't present anything that
- will make people dislike us and
- distance themselves from us. Well, this
- is the essence of preaching. Even in
- another history, yes,
- fawallahiahdallahu bikaulan
- wahidanirunaka min humrin naim or min
- humrin naam, that means, eh, at that
- time, the red camel was very expensive,
- right? So the Messenger of Allah said,
- "By Allah, wallahi, someone who gets
- guidance through you is better than you
- get it. If the red camel was the most
- valuable at that time, yes, in the past
- it was like that. So it's better than
- us bringing sins of the finger,
- slandering here and there, cursing,
- blaspheming, yes, sometimes even
- pitting ourselves against each other.
- Well, those digital traces will be a
- disaster for us. It will be a sin of
- the fingers. So present a life that
- makes everything peaceful, OK? Be cool,
- don't fight with each other, don't
- blaspheme each other. This is part of
- preaching, yes, with this preaching
- that invites goodness, we will gain a
- life of high dignity in the sight of
- Allah. And these are extraordinary
- levels of preaching that are possessed
- by siddiqin inheritance that has been
- inherited by the apostles, the anbiya.
- Well, here Ibnu Qayyim Aljauziyah says
- yes, that da'wah ilallah is the most
- noble position for a servant, the
- greatest and most important. This
- da'wah is a big work on a large scale.
- Big targets, big responsibilities, big
- hopes, the rewards are very big. Yes,
- this project is only entrusted by Allah
- to His servants as caliphs on the face
- of this earth. And hopefully we are
- part of the servants of Allah who are
- given the trust to preach, inviting
- people to Islam rahmatan lil alamin.
- Yes, which is a blessing for the
- universe. This da'wah is the greatest
- blessing that only Allah gives to His
- servants who are among the prophets and
- apostles. Yes. So this is part of the
- practice that we do. Not only is it
- actually done in the month of Rajab,
- but throughout all months. But when we
- do it in the haram months, these 4
- haram months of course have double the
- reward. Well, Allah in Surah Fusilat
- verse 33 says," Wamanuah inlimin. "Who
- has better words than the one who calls
- on Allah, does righteous deeds and says
- ," Innani minal Muslimin. "" I am one
- of those Muslims who surrender
- themselves. This is the best da'wah of
- deeds. The best deeds that are the
- identity of Muslims. So let us as
- Muslims present an Islam that is polite
- , an Islam that is full of rahmatan lil
- alamin. Not blaspheming each other, not
- insulting each other, insulting each
- other, giving each other heresy,
- discrediting or disbelieving each other
- . We are one people. Hopefully with
- these deeds we will be given blessings
- in the month of Rajab and hopefully we
- will delivered in the holy month of
- Ramadan. Our lives are full of
- blessings. Many will follow us. Islam
- is known as good, noble morality. We
- are to be a qudwah, an example for
- others wasallam. If he doesn't set a
- good example, a husband should Be kind
- to your wife. Yes, sometimes we find in
- married life how husbands do things
- that were never exemplified by the
- Prophet Muhammad, for example, hitting
- a woman during domestic violence, so
- there is injustice there, so the wife
- is battered. This is not the behavior
- of the ummah of Muhammad (peace be upon
- him). The Prophet (peace be upon him)
- never used harsh words, never hit his
- wife. He loved her very much and cared
- deeply for his family. Where did that
- example come from? Then they claim to
- be ummah of Muhammad (peace be upon him
- ). Well, if this is done in the sacred
- month, it is certainly a great sin. So
- these are examples of how one of the
- things we must do is carry out our
- obligation of da'wah. How do we become
- the ummah of Muhammad (peace be upon
- him) who uphold Islam and fight for it
- as much as possible through da'wah. We
- present Islam rahmatan lil alamin
- within ourselves, in our families, in
- our communities, in our nation and
- state. That's the fifth. Finally, the
- sixth is strengthening our resolve,
- strengthen the principle of seeking the
- pleasure of Allah Subhanahu wa Taala
- with sincere intentions in every
- utterance, every word, deed, behavior,
- presenting sincerity. So there is
- nothing more loved and glorified by
- Allah than our servants seeking His
- pleasure. Achieving Allah's approval is
- a noble dream for Allah's servants, for
- every believer seeking Allah's approval
- . People are even willing to continue
- worshiping Allah all night because they
- hope for people's approval. We see the
- believers rushing to the mosque when
- the call to prayer is called, when they
- have just started the call to prayer.
- The new call to prayer was recited.
- Because of what? Because they hope for
- Allah's approval. Believers are willing
- to use their tongues to constantly
- remember Allah, do dhikr glorifying
- their names, read the Qur'an in juz-juz
- , for hours perhaps or even memorize it
- because of what? Because I hope for his
- blessing. Everything is to achieve
- Allah's approval. So Allah's pleasure
- is achieved This Allah is a noble dream
- for a faithful servant. That's what all
- his behavior is expected to do. Inn
- shatti wausuki wa mahyaya waamati
- lillahiabbil alamin. All our life
- activities, our worship, everything is
- only to seek Allah's approval. So it is
- a loss for those who do good deeds not
- for the sake of Allah. Ri is the loss
- of those who have worldly material
- intentions that are not commensurate
- with the rewards of the hereafter.
- Those who seek the world but sell the
- afterlife will lose. Yes, there is a
- history, the Messenger of Allah
- sallallahu alaihi wasallam ee said, "
- Indeed Allah Subhanahu wa taala said to
- the inhabitants of heaven, O
- inhabitants of heaven." They said, the
- inhabitants of heaven answered, "We
- answered your call. We obeyed you."
- Then Allah said, "Are you pleased?"
- What is it that you do not give to
- other servants? "Then Allah said, '
- Shall I give you something better than
- this?' They said, 'What is better than
- this, O Allah?' Allah then said, 'I
- have sent down to you, I have given you
- My pleasure, so I will not be angry
- with you after this ever.'" This means
- that the highest level is the pleasure
- of Allah. It is not enough to just what
- is in heaven, yes. Maa ainun roat wala
- uzunun samiat, yes. that which has
- never been seen so far, never been
- heard of so far, has never occurred to
- the heart. There is something more than
- that. Forms of glory, forms of
- extraordinary things that are more than
- that, yes, it is the pleasure of God.
- Well, so this is the highest goal, how
- about in our lives our highest goal is
- to achieve Allah's pleasure. In fact,
- we see how the life of Rasulullah
- sallallahu alaihi wasallam sought
- Allah's approval. Rasulullah asked
- Allah for guidance, guidance to be able
- to carry out deeds that would bring
- Allah's approval. That's why we always
- pray, we pray Allahumma inna nas'aluka
- ridaka wal jannah wa naudubika min
- sakika and your hell. So as a Muslim As
- Muslim women, we certainly strive to
- attain Allah's pleasure by devoting our
- deeds solely to Him. Dedicating all our
- life activities solely to Allah. For
- the sake of Allah alone. This will
- elevate the value of our deeds, enhance
- our productivity, and strengthen the
- quality of our worship. Because we seek
- only Allah's pleasure, not the pleasure
- of humans. We do not seek praise from
- humans. We do not expect anything from
- humans; we only seek Allah's pleasure.
- When Allah is pleased with us,
- everything is complete. Allah has
- elevated our status, elevated our
- position, forgiven our sins, and given
- us what we desire. The Prophet Muhammad
- (peace be upon him) said in a hadith, "
- Whoever leaves the world out of
- sincerity for Allah, has no partner. He
- prays, pays zakat, and carries out all
- of Allah's commands, has left the world
- in a state of Allah's pleasure.""
- Masyaallah. That's why we are seeking
- Allah's pleasure. Allah's pleasure. We
- only seek Allah's pleasure. How do we
- seek Allah's pleasure? By being
- grateful. Being grateful for all the
- blessings that Allah has given us.
- Being grateful to Allah with our hearts
- , our bodies, and our deeds, we intend
- all of that to gain Allah's pleasure.
- Yes, because we know that by being
- grateful, Allah will be pleased with us
- . Being grateful for everything, not
- giving up, not criticizing. Sometimes
- we don't realize it, when we criticize
- something, it shows that we are not
- grateful. Criticizing Allah's gifts.
- Maybe some of us feel that we are not
- beautiful enough, maybe our nose is not
- sharp or our skin is dark. Then," Oh,
- why is this nose so flat and my skin is
- dark? "" Why? Like this. It shows that
- we are not grateful for what Allah has
- given us. This is already a provision
- from Allah. Or when we regret ourselves
- , for example, why were we born from
- parents like this, parents like this,
- who are like this. Why aren't our
- parents like that? Or for example, why
- is our child like this and keeps
- questioning what Allah has destined, it
- shows that the person is not pleased
- with what Allah has determined. This is
- something that is very angry with Allah
- . Not being grateful for the destiny
- that Allah has determined. Well, this
- is to be far from Allah's grace. So we
- are the last, this is the sixth, trying
- to seek Allah's pleasure by being
- grateful for all that Allah has given
- us, that Allah has determined for us.
- When our destiny is not the same as
- others, we are still grateful that we
- are still given other blessings. Even
- though we are patient in facing
- something. So gratitude and patience
- are two words that cannot be separated.
- So we are very grateful to Allah. Yes,
- in a hadith the Prophet said Allah is
- very pleased with A servant who eats
- food and praises Allah for it, or
- drinks a drink and praises Allah for it
- . It's a trivial act, like eating and
- drinking. Therefore, when we say
- something, there must be a presence of
- heart, a feeling in it. Bismillah. When
- we eat food, we will not criticize it.
- Why is this drink? This tastes bitter,
- this drink is unpleasant, this shows
- displeasure, it's trivial. Moreover, in
- other aspects of life, we are required,
- meaning that if we hope for Allah's
- pleasure, we are required to always be
- grateful for all the blessings Allah
- has given. When destiny does not match
- what we hope, we are patient. Because
- this is part of the test and trial that
- Allah gives to test whether we believe
- or not. Isn't this life
- liyabluakumyukum ahsanu amala? Isn't
- this life to see someone, to test who
- is the best in deeds? So this life is a
- test. So it's up to us whether we want
- to be grateful or patient or we
- ungrateful or ungrateful to Allah's
- blessings. When we are grateful and
- patient, it means we are pleased with
- what Allah has destined for us. Because
- in The essence of life in this world is
- a matter of striving for goodness,
- competing in goodness. If Allah is
- pleased with us, then we will not take
- a path unless He makes it easy for us.
- All forms of goodness will be revealed
- by Allah. Whatever good deeds we do
- will surely be blessed by Allah. Yes,
- whoever is pleased with Allah will
- receive His intercession on the Day of
- Judgment. May we be among those who are
- pleased with whatever Allah gives us.
- Roditu billahi rabba wabil islami
- wabuhammadin nabiya wa rasula. May we
- be able to practice it. Insyaallah. Yes
- , Miss. That's right.
- Insyaallah. Amen. Masyaallah. Iwan and
- Awat, we have listened to the
- explanation of the female teacher
- regarding the six prioritized practices
- in the month of Rajab. I have noted
- them because they are very important to
- apply, and hopefully, we have a target
- to carry out one of the six or all of
- them. Masyaallah. Okay, we have entered
- the question and answer session. Before
- I enter To the question, I will convey
- that there are comments from YouTube.
- Thank you in advance for the listeners
- of Rasil who access us via Rasil Visual
- , namely Rasil TV on YouTube. There are
- ladies and gentlemen, Dalminah 12.
- Alhamdulillah, always listening. Thank
- you for the knowledge and also the
- sermons of the teacher. Then there is
- Qi TV. Alhamdulillah, listening, he
- said from MS Azam greeting Ustazah.
- Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi
- wabarakatuh. Ustazah, always be healthy
- . And peace be upon you.
- Ustazah immediately answered. Then Mrs.
- Warti binti Wagiman also listened. Then
- there is Kadri Burhan ee from Palembang
- who said I am present, she said Ustazah
- . That's all for those who have
- commented on YouTube and I will go
- directly to the questions via WhatsApp.
- This is Mrs. Darma in Bekasi.
- Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi
- wabarakatuh. Ustazah and Mbak. And
- peace be upon you.
- Mrs. Darma Hopefully healthy. Oh, thank
- God, I can fast for the third day today
- , Ustazah. Then someone said it was
- only the second day. So how should I
- continue calculating it, Ustazah?
- Please enlighten me, she said, Ustazah.
- Yes, it's true, if we look at the
- calendar, there are differences between
- calendars, starting on the 1st of Rajab
- . Because the calendar should have a
- crescent sighting, seeing the moon,
- which wasn't done yesterday. So the
- calendars differ from one calendar to
- another. As we know, Ramadan and
- Shawwal are also different. The
- determinations from Saudi Arabia, from
- other countries, and Indonesia are
- different. The point is, Allah knows
- best. Okay, bismillah, it means we
- don't need to be confused. This is a
- good deed. We can just be sure that it
- is in accordance with the ee that we
- have been following all this time. If,
- for example, the 1st of Rajab is on
- Tuesday, then bismillah. If it is
- Wednesday, then there is no need to be
- confused. Bismillah already. This is a
- pious deed. The details will be
- determined later during Ramadan. That's
- important, it's an obligation, right?
- Later we will wait for the results of
- the hilal rukyah on the 1st of Ramadan.
- Yes, I see.
- Yes So just continue, Mrs. Darma, God
- willing, that's the goal. OK, I'll read
- it and then ask Mrs. Dia at Kelapan
- Nunggal Bogor. Asalamualaikum
- warahmatullahi wabarakatuh ustazah.
- Waalaikumsalam. May
- the peace, mercy, and blessings of
- Allah be with you too. If we intend a
- practice for our parents, have we also
- received the same reward, Ustazah? Or
- technically the intention may not be
- for some charity or how good is it,
- Ustazah? Please explain. Jazakillah.
- Yes, actually, if we understand from
- the dalil-dalil or from the hadiths of
- the Prophet, someone who does good
- deeds is like the virtue of da'wah, he
- gets a reward from his good deeds. he
- did it. Ee while he also gets a reward
- from ee meaning if da'wah is yes the
- person who follows it. So if we send or
- we give or we intend our charity for
- our parents, we also get ee the reward
- as we are the ones who do it. Ee for
- example when we give iftar to someone
- who is fasting. Meaning when someone is
- fasting we give ee food yes iftor yes
- for him ee to break the fast. We get
- the reward of the fasting person's fast
- without reducing ee the reward of that
- person. Meaning Allah is the most
- merciful, the most pious. Yes, meaning
- there will be ee maybe some feel, "Wow,
- it's not fair that we are the ones who
- do the charity, he gets the reward."
- No. Allah is the most just, the most
- merciful, the most gracious towards His
- servants. Allah will bestow blessings,
- multiplied rewards for those who do it
- and for those who intend it. So, don't
- worry, okay? This is because we are
- still calculating, right? H.
- In fact, if we intend it for Allah,
- then surely Allah is the most just.
- Allah loves His servants very much.
- Allah is the most just. Allah is the
- most loving, the most compassionate,
- the most powerful. Masyaallah. This
- means that Allah is the most forgiving.
- No matter how many sins His servants
- commit, they will return to Allah,
- Allah will forgive them. Except of
- course for the sin of shirk or sins
- related to the rights of others. Wait
- until the person forgives. Well, the
- same goes for good deeds. Allah will
- never ignore even the smallest thing
- His servants do. Yes, so this means
- that blessings can be obtained for
- those who always pray for their parents
- or perhaps send rewards pious deeds
- like those mentioned above are infaq
- and other acts of worship that we
- intend for our parents. We also get the
- reward. So don't worry. This means that
- as long as we still love our parents,
- pray continuously, God willing, it will
- not reduce our share of reward, God
- willing, God is most fair. Allah is
- ilahu rabbuna divine rabbuna. Allah is
- our Rab, the mashaallah to whom we
- complain and worship. Allah is the most
- just, the most merciful, perhaps beyond
- our understanding how merciful his
- mercy and love are. So, don't worry,
- Mom. God willing, Allah is most
- merciful, most merciful and will not
- diminish our reward, God willing, for
- us from Allah.
- Hey. OK, that's been answered, Mom and
- I will turn to Mrs. Rani in Depok.
- Asalamualaikum warahmatullahi
- wabarakatuh Ustazah Herlini and Rasil.
- Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi
- Wabarakatuh. May Allah have mercy on
- you. Amen.
- Ustazah, the ignorant society of the
- past strictly prohibited wars in the
- month of Rajab. But nowadays, instead
- of competing in good deeds, especially
- in the month of Rajab, they are instead
- attacking each other and becoming
- enemies due to differences in their
- practices. Please respond, Ustazah.
- Yes. Ee indeed originally, basically
- Allah has created 12 months and four in
- the forbidden months and war is
- prohibited. But ee there we see that in
- the ee Al-Qur'an ee that we should not
- oppress each other, yes it is clear
- there. But there was during the ee
- sirah Nabawi in Islamic history, the
- Prophet ee retaliated against the
- attacks of the ee infidel Quraysh
- people, yes. So Allah ee what is it
- called? The Prophet ee attacked that ee
- in the month of Zulhijah, we see how,
- for example, ee some wars, yes they
- violated. So it is not Muslims who
- violated. Yes, it can be in verse ee
- surah ee at-Taubah verse 36 It's
- explained that waqotilul musyrikina
- kafah kama yuqotilunakum kafah, right?
- It's explained there, "Fight the
- polytheists as they fight you." So we
- shouldn't start first, but when the
- polytheists start fighting you, then
- fight them. So what it means here is
- retaliation. So it doesn't mean we're
- being ignored. No. So starting is not
- allowed. So it means that during the
- time of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi
- wasallam, in the past, there were wars
- that were started first by the infidels
- , the polytheists. They were the ones
- who violated the law, so they weren't
- allowed to fight. They fought. Well, it
- doesn't mean we should stay silent. We
- can retaliate against their attacks as
- they attacked us for our own safety. So
- it doesn't mean we can't fight at all.
- Yes, it's allowed if we're defending
- ourselves. Well, the case now is of
- course we can't start, we can't look
- for trouble, we can't be the first to
- commit hostility. But when If they
- attack us, that's their business with
- Allah. If it's Muslims, of course
- they're facing Allah. But when, for
- example, there's something we need to
- clarify, meaning if slander occurs,
- what kind of slander, the problems of
- the Muslim community are indeed
- extraordinary, right? We don't have to
- respond to slander with slander, it
- will never end, right? What
- it means is, if it doesn't concern
- slander, it means there are many. The
- Prophet Muhammad was also insulted,
- right, but the Prophet didn't retaliate
- . If it was an insult against himself,
- that wasn't the case with the Prophet.
- The Prophet was called a sorcerer, yes,
- the Prophet was called ee what's it
- called, ee there are many things
- related to him, no. But if it's related
- to the majesty of Allah, the power of
- Allah, there needs to be a reply, quote
- , not a form of war, right? Yes, it
- could be for clarification. So, it
- means that not all slander must be
- responded to, right? Hey, how do you
- respond intelligently to slander,
- especially when it's related to Muslims
- . So, without further ado, I remember,
- Miss, in The Qur'an, ee, what was said
- earlier, waman ahsan mimallahi wail wfa
- billati hiya asan ya. So respond with
- kindness. So it's as if your enemy is
- kaahu waliyun ham like a friend. So
- usually, if someone has done something
- bad to us, we respond with kindness,
- for example, he will be ashamed. Yes,
- meaning while we pray for guidance to
- be opened, ee given guidance. So
- there's no need for a war of words
- between Muslims. For example, if he
- slanders us, we just explain the actual
- situation. So without attacking the
- person. What we have now is attacking
- each other, attacking individuals. So,
- if we have facts, for example, he
- attacks, we don't need to attack the
- person. We just explain the facts, it's
- not really like that, without us ee
- doing ee the same as they do with bad
- words, hurtful words, words that are
- inappropriate for fellow Muslims. We
- still provide ee enlightenment, we
- provide explanations, "Here are the
- facts." So there's no need to repay
- their bad deeds with bad deeds. They
- say the words zoo, all the animals are
- mentioned, for example. There's no need
- for us to respond by mentioning animals
- . We explain what the problem is, for
- example, we explain this, you know,
- it's actually like this without us uh
- blaspheming them, okay? We pray that
- they will receive guidance.
- And that's Ms. Olin, who once attacked
- the Prophet Muhammad, who finally
- converted to Islam after she studied it
- , right? Masyaallah. If I'm not
- mistaken, the one who made that slander
- film, right?
- Yes. She was reported to have converted
- to Islam.
- Hopefully, she will be consistent. Amen
- .
- Amen. Yes, Lord.
- Yes. Okay, I'll move on to Sukabumi.
- There was Mrs. Ani who asked.
- Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi
- wabarakatuh.
- Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi
- wabarakatuh. Ustazah, regarding the
- pandemic, then Om Ron, which has become
- a big issue again. Ee we and I, too,
- the women's religious study group here
- actually want to hold a special event
- during the month of Rajab, but are
- hampered by restrictions. Ustazah, can
- you provide input or ideas on what
- practical practices we should do for
- the community during the pandemic and
- related to this month of Rajab? Ustazah
- is still confused, Ustazah. Thank you.
- Masha Allah. There are actually many.
- For example, if it's for enlightenment,
- it can be done via Zoom if the mother
- understands Zoom. Even if they don't
- understand, for example, it should be
- limited to, for example, in a prayer
- room or mosque, not in large numbers.
- So, maintain distance, wear masks, as
- usual, yes, yes yesterday. Don't crowd,
- don't be close to each other. That
- means maintaining health protocols, yes
- . That's if it's possible, yes. So,
- maintain the rules, ee, health
- protocols. That's one. Then secondly,
- how can we, for example, have ee social
- services or something that doesn't have
- to be collected, maybe ee can be
- delivered to the homes of those who
- really need it and require it. Well,
- that's right The rewards are multiplied
- . Fundraising is already done.
- Fundraising doesn't require meeting, it
- can be done via transfer, through
- inter-account accounts. Then, some of
- the committee members want to do more
- good deeds, because whoever does the
- most work gets the most rewards. Well,
- there are those who offer services,
- such as donating their services, such
- as spending money on things. Others
- gather together, make gifts, and then
- deliver them. The rewards are also
- extraordinary, including social rewards
- . Or, for example, if it's a bit like
- this, then ask for the account number
- of the less fortunate, just transfer it
- or something, approve it or whatever,
- there are many. That's social charity.
- For our personal acts of worship, we
- can, for example, read the Quran, for
- example, if we are from groups of
- religious study groups, for example, we
- complete the Quran in a week. So, how
- many people are gathered? Some read one
- juz, half a juz, or then they can
- complete the Quran via Zoom. Yesterday,
- Ms. Olin was with the congregation.
- These mothers naturally use Zoom. Masha
- Allah.
- Masha Allah.
- So, in the morning, after the morning
- prayer, after the dhikr, after this,
- yes, those are the syuruk times, ee
- they also use the syuruk time, right?
- So after the dhikr finished, they
- turned on Zoom, then they each recited
- the Koran, like that. Hey, after
- everything is finished, we'll let you
- know that we've finished, meaning
- you've finished the Koran right then
- and there. Later, one person will read
- a prayer via Zoom. That's creative,
- right?
- Yes, like that.
- Yes, Mrs. Ani already has a lot of
- ideas in Sukabumi. Hey, please choose
- which one suits you best with other
- mothers. Ustazah, it seems that Mrs.
- Ani's question is the last question of
- our session this afternoon. Before I
- close, please convey your conclusions
- regarding the six amaliahs in the month
- of Rajab. Tafadal, Ustazah. Ee
- listeners who are blessed by Allah.
- Alhamdulillah, we are grateful for the
- blessings of faith, the blessings of
- Islam, the blessings of ee The Koran,
- the blessings of ukhuwah, the many
- blessings that Allah gives us when we
- are in the haram month, in the month
- that Allah exalts, which Allah
- glorifies. We hope that we are able to
- do the best, the best deeds. We are
- determined not to hurt each other, not
- to hurt each other or fellow Muslims,
- let alone fellow families. We are
- determined that our family will be a
- family that is sakinah, mawadah, warmah
- , loves each other, forgives each other
- for the sins we have committed so far.
- We try to compete in goodness, doing
- good deeds. The more people do and work
- , the more rewards they get. We try to
- be servants of Allah who are pleased
- with Allah, trying to be the people of
- Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam who
- follow all his examples, behavior,
- qudwah, and usuwah so that we are
- entitled to receive intercession from
- him. We abandon all forms of injustice.
- Whether injustice towards Allah,
- towards oneself or against others. We
- are trying, starting from the month of
- Rajab, to equip ourselves to do good
- deeds, do lots of good social deeds or
- individual acts of worship. And we hope
- to be servants of Allah who are useful
- to others so that when we enter Ramadan
- this habit has become our habit, our
- habit. And hopefully Allah will
- increase our pious deeds so that when
- we return to him we will be in a state
- of husnul khatimah, God willing, biha
