- rasuluh. Masyaallahu kan wama lam yasya
- lam yakun la haula wala quwwata illa
- billahil aliil adzim. Amma ba'd. The
- listeners of the radio silaturahim are
- very loved by Allah subhanahu wa taala.
- Also the brothers and sisters who watch
- the TV silaturahim are very loved by
- Allah subhanahu wa taala. We are very
- happy tonight to be able to reconnect
- with our brothers and sisters through
- the study of the Quran translation in a
- lafziah manner. Tonight we will begin
- from the 27th verse of Surah An-Nisa
- until Isha prayer. Let us begin our
- study by reciting the prayer of
- knowledge together.
- Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Rbi zidni
- ilma Allahummanfni bima alamtani waimni
- mafa warzuqni ilman yangfauni. Amen.
- Let us start from the 27th verse, Surah
- An-Nisa. Once again, let us read two
- verses at once because these are short
- verses. Auzubillahiminasyaitanirrajim.
- Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Wallahu
- yuridu ay yatuba alaikum
- wauriidulladzina yattabiunasyahawati an
- tamilu mailan adzima yuriidullahu ay
- yukhaffifankum wauliqal Thus the 27th
- and 28th verses whose literal meaning
- is wallahu and Allah yuridu wills who
- Allah. Ayyatuba for him Allah accepts
- repentance alaikum for you. Wauridu and
- he Allah wills. Wauridu, ask
- forgiveness wauridu and wills alladzina
- people whose failure is yuridu. If
- earlier the fa'il was Allah. Ah if this
- fa'il is alladzina people who
- yattabiuna. They follow the asyahwati
- syahwat antamilu so that you turn away
- mailan by turning away a big adziman or
- as far as possible. Yuridu wills Allahu
- Allah ayukifa will ease Allah angkum
- from you w khuliq and created al insanu
- humans diifah in a very weak state. As
- for the whole is and Allah wants to
- accept your repentance. While those who
- follow their desires or lusts want you
- to turn as far as possible from the
- truth. Verse 27 verse 28. Allah wants
- to give you relief. Because indeed
- humans were created in a very weak
- state. So all of Allah's laws are easy.
- Because indeed Allah knows that humans
- are very weak. What makes it difficult
- is lust or desire that arises from lust
- . It makes people difficult to carry
- out Allah's laws. Even though Allah's
- laws are very easy. Next verse 29. Ya
- ayyuhalladzina amanu laa takulu
- amwalakum banakum bil batil. Laa takulu
- amwalakum bainakum bil baili illa an
- takuna tijarah illa an takuna tijaratan
- an taradim minkum taqtulu anfusakum
- innallaha kaana bik rahima. Literally,
- O you who believe, ya ayyuhalladzina
- amanu la takulu. Do not devour your
- wealth. Bainakum between you bil batili
- with batil illa except an takuna will
- be there that is the tijaratan of trade
- . The meaning of the aforementioned
- wealth is in the form of trade between
- Odin from mutual consent to drink
- between you Wala taktulu. And do not
- kill yourselves. Innallaha, verily
- Allah bikum kana is Allah good to you,
- most merciful. Meaning as a whole. O
- you who believe, do not devour your
- property among yourselves unjustly,
- falsely, except in trade that is based
- on mutual consent between you. And do
- not kill yourselves. Indeed, Allah is
- Most Merciful to you. If people
- internalize this one verse, especially
- among believers, all the problems of
- human life will be solved. First, there
- will be no fighting over wealth among
- believers. Because what they are
- actually fighting over is their own
- wealth. Amwalakum. There will be no
- killing among believers. Because if
- they kill a believer it is like killing
- themselves. This is the 29th verse of
- Surah An-Nisa. If this is internalized,
- the problems of life among believers
- will be solved. Next are verses 30 and
- 31. We read them together. Wamay yaf'al
- dzalika udwana wa dhulman fasaufa
- nusliihi naro, waana dzalika alallahi
- yasiro. In tajtanibu kabair maa tun
- irumiikum waudkum mudkan karima.
- Literally meaning: Waman, and whoever;
- yaf'al, does; dalika, such; udwanan
- because, budget violator/lawbreaker;
- wazulman, and persecution/tyranny;
- fasaufa, then...Later we will nuslihi (
- we put him) naron into hell, narana and
- such is wakana and is dalika such is
- allallahu alaihi be to Allah for Allah
- yasiro is very easy. Intajanibu if you
- avoid kabairo major sins ma tunhauna
- what is forbidden anhu from it our
- nukafir. Allah will erase angkum from
- you sayiatikum your mistakes. Ablution
- and we will enter you mudakalan the
- noble place of entry kariman namely
- aljannah. As for later the whole of
- these two verses is and whoever does so
- by breaking the law and injustice we
- will put him into hell. That is easy
- for Allah. This is a threat to those
- who rob each other's property and kill
- each other among the believers. Will be
- put into hell by Allah Subhanahu wa
- taala if he does it because of uduan
- and because of injustice. Not because
- of rights, for example because of qisos
- and so on. Furthermore, Allah promised
- in tajtanibu. If you avoid major sins
- among the sins that are prohibited from
- committing them, we will certainly
- erase your mistakes and we will admit
- you to a noble place, namely heaven.
- This is Allah's justice and Allah
- Subhanahu wa taala's love for us.
- everything. It is impossible for any of
- us to be without sin. Well, if we stay
- away from big sins, then the mistakes
- of our mistakes, small sins will be
- erased by Allah Subhanahu wa taala.
- There is no person without sin. Only in
- a few Islamic treasures or studies is
- it mentioned that there was a person
- who did not have even one sin, namely
- the Prophet Yahya. Rasulullah
- sallallahu alaihi wasallam once
- committed a sin but was then forgiven
- by Allah subhanahu wa taala and every
- time he committed a sin he was guarded
- by Allah subhanahu wa taala because he
- was indeed infallible. The mistake I
- mean is not a sin from the Messenger of
- Allah. The mistake he made, which we
- consider normal, but for him it was a
- mistake and it has been forgiven by
- Allah Subhanahu wa Taala and has not
- been guarded from making further
- mistakes. Yes, that is kullu bani Adam
- khotun wahairul khotin attawwabun. The
- best of all the children of Adam have
- committed sins and the best of those
- who have sinned are those who repent.
- Yes, that is the next verse in the 32nd
- . Allah says, "Wala tatamannau maa
- fadolallahu bihi ba'dokum ala ba'd,
- lirrijali nasium mimtasabu, mimtasab
- was'alullaha min fadlih, innallaha
- kaana bikullli syaaiin alima." Those
- who understand the literal meaning: "
- Wala tatamannau"(and do not dream), "ma
- fadola"(what Allah has given), what "
- has"(given), Allah "bihi"(with it
- ba'dokum) a part, "ala ba'din"(upon a
- part), "lirrijali"(for men), "nasibun"(
- portion), "mimma"(from anything).
- Iktasabu from what they earn walinisai
- and for women also a portion
- mimmtasabun from what they earn.
- Was'alu and ask or ask Allaha to Allah
- min fadlihi from his bounty. Innallaha
- verily Allah kana is Allah bikulli sain
- over all things aliman all-knowing.
- Meaning as a whole. And do not envy
- your hearts to dream of the bounty that
- Allah has given more to some of you
- than others. Because for men there is a
- share of what they earn. And for women,
- too, there is a share of what they have
- earned. Ask Allah for a portion of His
- bounty. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing of
- all things. So, this is the nature of
- life. Some are given more than others.
- So let no one envy those who are given
- more, while those who are not are then
- resentful. Because everything is
- determined by Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala
- . This is especially true between men
- and women. In matters of inheritance,
- men receive one portion, and women
- receive half. This is Allah's provision
- . Although, in reality, one portion is
- not necessarily more than the other
- portion. The other half. Because, as I
- often say, that is Allah's justice. Why
- do men receive more than women? Because
- men have greater responsibilities
- toward women. For example, they must
- pay a dowry, they must provide for
- their wives and children, and so on.
- Meanwhile, women are provided for and
- receive a dowry. That is what Allah
- prefers one over the other. Therefore,
- there should be no negative competition
- between these two groups. Because
- everything has been created by Allah
- individually. Each has its own
- advantages and disadvantages. Only in
- terms of reward and paradise, they are
- all equal. Paradise for men and
- paradise for women is the same. And
- this is the advantage of Islam, where
- before the arrival of Islam, women were
- not recognized at all as creatures.
- Even when someone died, her husband and
- wife could be inherited by their
- children. Islam came and then gave
- proportional respect to women. So it is
- Islam that respects women, whereas
- previously other religions, other
- beliefs did not respect women. Blessed
- are Muslim women whom Allah has
- respected proportionally. Then, in the
- 33rd verse, Allah said, "walikullin
- ja'alna mawali mimma tarokal walidani
- wal aqrobun. Walladzina aqat aimanukum
- fauhum nasiahum. Innallaha kaana ala
- kullaiin syahida." The literal meaning
- is waliullin and for each with tanwin
- ya. Waliullin is not waliulli.
- Waliullin and for each is ja'alna. We
- have made the mawaliah of the heirs.
- Mimma from Apa Taroka who left
- Alwalidani, parents, Wal Aqrabun and
- relatives. Walladzina and those whose
- aqadat have bound aimanukum their oaths
- , your oaths with them. Faatuhum, then
- give them fate, their share. Innallaha,
- verily Allah kana is Allah ala kulli
- saiin over all things martyrdom
- witnessed. Well, the overall meaning is
- and each means male and female. We have
- determined the heirs of what was left
- by his parents and close relatives. And
- those to whom you have sworn allegiance
- , give them their share. Indeed, Allah
- is the witness of everything. Well,
- this is, brothers, part of the qat'i
- verses which are definite and will not
- change from the time this verse was
- revealed until the Day of Judgment.
- What about inheritance? Islam has
- provided very detailed rules regarding
- inheritance. Usually the laws contained
- in the Qur'an are general or ijmali.
- But in the matter of inheritance, the
- details are very detailed. Well, this
- inheritance comes from alwalidan,
- namely both parents. Walid means both
- parents who are truly genuine. Walid is
- different from aba, yes. Abun can be
- parents as a title only. But walid is
- truly parents by lineage. Therefore,
- there are people who are given the
- title Abu Abu Bakr. People who always
- come early in the morning or who come
- first. Abu Jahal is the father of
- stupidity. Then Abu Hurairah is the
- father of cats. But with walad or walid
- , we mean parents who are truly the
- parents of the child they are carrying.
- Well, walidan here means mother and
- father. So inheritance comes from the
- mother and father. When the mother and
- father die, there is a share for the
- mother or wife and also the children.
- The provisions are definitely from
- Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Then, the
- same goes for a mother's death. A
- husband or father's share is definitely
- determined by Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala
- , and also continues down the line, "wa
- insafah"(inheritance), a term used by
- war scholars for inheritance, down to
- children, and so on. Well, each
- provision is definitely from Allah
- Subhanahu wa ta'ala. The man gets a
- certain amount, the woman gets a
- certain amount. Likewise, al-aqrabun,
- which is relatives. Well, they will
- also get a share from those beside them
- , for example, brothers or sisters, and
- so on. These provisions are, and also
- those who make the oath also get a
- share of what was mentioned earlier;
- this agreement gets a share of the
- inheritance. Well, Allah is all-knowing
- and witnesses. This is the difference
- between positive law, laws outside of
- Islam, and Islamic law. When we apply
- Islamic law, the witnesses are not only
- humans, but also Allah Subhanahu wa
- ta'ala. But with laws outside of Islam,
- then the witnesses are only humans.
- Therefore, as Muslims, we should be
- more careful in implementing all the
- laws determined by Allah. Not only for
- human reasons, but also be assured that
- what we do is witnessed by Allah
- Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Innallaha kana ala
- kulliin syahida. Indeed, Allah is a
- witness to all things. Therefore, all
- brothers, never hesitate to implement
- the laws of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala.
- Because Allah is a witness and Allah
- will also provide defense to those who
- implement the laws in their daily lives
- . Implement Allah's laws sincerely, not
- for human reasons, not because of
- personal desires, but solely for Allah
- Subhanahu wa ta'ala. God willing, if
- you do so, Allah's blessings will come.
- That concludes tonight's study,
- brothers. We have reached verse 33.
- Hopefully, there is some benefit from
- Surah An-Nisa. Well, we will continue
- this coming Friday night. Thank you for
- your attention. We extend our sincere
- apologies for any inconvenience.
- Finally, let us conclude our study
- tonight by reciting the expiation
- prayer. Subhanakallahumma wabihamdika
- ashadu alla ilahailla anta
- astagfirukaik. Peace be upon you
- warahmatullah wabarakatuh. Rasil TV for
- the one Islam.
