Uh, God willing, the theme 6:05 for this Friday afternoon is: "The 6:08 Prohibition of Having Prejudice and 6:11 Insulting Muslims." 6:12 >> Now, 6:14 >> this is important for us to practice so 6:17 that we are not easily prejudiced and 6:19 also not easily insulting others, and 6:22 also to keep our tongues engaged in the 6:25 remembrance of Allah, in piety toward 6:28 Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala. Alright, 6:32 brothers. For those who wish to ask 6:34 questions, you can send them to 6:37 0811999720. In the name 6:54 of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most 6:55 Merciful. My Lord, expand for me my 7:04 chest, and ease for me my task, and 7:05 untie the knot from my tongue, that 7:07 they may understand my speech. O Allah, 7:09 we ask You for beneficial knowledge, 7:10 good provision, and accepted deeds. O 7:12 Allah, increase our knowledge and grant 7:14 us understanding. O Allah, grant us 7:15 deep understanding in religion and 7:17 teach us the interpretation. Alright, 7:19 brothers and sisters, let us listen to 7:20 the knowledge that will be conveyed by 7:22 Ustaz Ahmad Saleh regarding the 7:23 prohibition of prejudice and insulting 7:25 Muslims. Please, Ustaz. 7:28 >> All praise is due to Allah, an abundant 7:31 , good, and blessed praise, as our Lord 7:34 loves and is pleased with. I bear 7:39 witness that there is no god but Allah, 7:41 alone, without partners, and I bear 7:43 witness that Muhammad is His servant 7:44 and messenger, and there is no prophet 7:46 after him. O Allah, send prayers, peace 7:51 , and blessings upon our Prophet 7:53 Muhammad, and upon all his family and 7:55 companions. To proceed. Brothers and 7:59 sisters, listeners of Radio Silaturahim 8:01 and viewers of Rasil Visual wherever 8:03 you are. Alhamdulillah, on this 8:07 occasion, Allah still gives us the 8:10 opportunity, provides the grace to 8:13 continue our study, the study of the 8:16 book*Syarhu Riyadus Shalihin*. And now 8:22 we will discuss the prohibition of 8:24 prejudice, isn't that so? So there are 8:28 two chapters, namely the prohibition of 8:30 having prejudice and the prohibition of 8:32 insulting Muslims. Allah Subhanahu wa 8:36 ta'ala says, "Ya ayyuhalladzina amanu 8:39 ijtanibu kathiran mina-z-zanni inna 8:45 ba'da-z-zanni ithm." Ya ayyuhalladzina 8:51 amanu. O you who have declared your 8:56 faith in Allah and His Messenger. 9:00 Ijtanibu. Stay away from. Much of 9:10 prejudice/assumption because indeed 9:16 some of those prejudices are sins. This 9:21 verse is wadih jiddan. This verse is 9:24 very clear, yes. So we must not easily 9:28 have negative prejudices. That is what 9:32 is meant by 'ba'da'; there are some 9:34 assumptions that are allowed, and 9:37 others that are not. 9:39 >> There are two. 9:40 >> Now, the one that is not allowed is, uh 9:42 , su'uzhon (negative thinking). Whereas 9:46 husnuzhon (positive thinking) is, uh, 9:48 what do you call it? Even encouraged, 9:51 yes. Okay. Very well. Then, in a hadith 9:55 , uh, 'an Abi Hurairah radhiyallahu' 9:59 anh, uh, anna Rasulullah sallallahu ' 10:02 alaihi wasallam qala iyyakum 10:08 fainna-z-zanna akzabu-l-hadith 10:12 muttafaqun' alaihi, avoid prejudice, 10:16 for indeed prejudice is the most lying, 10:21 what do you call it, uh, the most 10:25 untruthful speech, yes. So avoid it, 10:31 iyyakum wa-z-zanni. The pearls, the 10:34 pearls that we can take from this 10:36 hadith, first: in this context, this 10:40 hadith contains a warning against 10:42 negative prejudice. So, su'uzhon 10:45 because that prejudice contains false 10:48 accusations against Muslims. So, with 10:53 the Shahada, we even change our 10:57 paradigm even towards a liar. If they 11:02 have said the Shahada, then the 11:03 presumption of innocence is always 11:05 applied to them. Even though they are 11:07 lying. Even though they are lying. We 11:10 still keep a positive prejudice towards 11:12 them. Why? Because with the Shahada, it 11:16 means for us, it elevates their status 11:18 from originally being a liar to 11:21 appearing as if they are honest. Now, 11:24 for the person themselves, they indeed 11:26 must be honest. From originally being 11:29 used to lying, they must change to 11:30 being 11:31 >> honest. 11:32 >> Honesty is through the sha-through the 11:34 Shahada, you see. Ash-hadu alla ilaha 11:36 illallah. So, the Shahada has seven 11:39 conditions for it to be accepted. Among 11:43 them are believing in its content and 11:46 implementing, uh, what is brought by 11:49 the two sentences of the Shahada. 11:54 >> Masha Allah. Very well. The second, the 11:58 pearls, the second pearl from this 12:00 hadith, Sharia law and sanctions are 12:02 carried out based on certainty, not 12:05 assumptions. So, we may assume, but 12:10 keep it in the heart, lock it, save it 12:11 on the server. Now, only if we blurt it 12:15 out, then it becomes a matter of law. 12:18 >> It becomes subject to law. Now, for 12:21 example, if "oh, why is he like this," 12:23 then we accuse; it doesn't become an 12:25 accusation if it hasn't been spoken. 12:30 But if it has been spoken, then it 12:32 falls into the category of an 12:34 accusation, yes. Okay. Very well. 12:36 >> Then, basically, a Muslim must be 12:39 considered as a clean individual. It is 12:41 like that, isn't it? Unless there is 12:44 evidence that shows the contrary. So 12:47 every Muslim must be understood by us 12:51 as a clean person. Unless it is proven 12:57 otherwise. "Oh, he is honest, honest, 13:00 honest," until it is proven otherwise: 13:03 he is a liar. Ah, only then, yes. So, 13:06 uh, what we must understand is like 13:09 that, yes. Okay. Alright. Then we 13:12 continue to the next chapter. It is 13:15 forbidden to insult Muslims. In one of 13:19 the verses, Al-Hujurat verse 11. O you 13:24 who have believed, let not a people 13:27 ridicule [another] people; perhaps they 13:29 ...them may be better than them; nor 13:39 let women ridicule [other] women...[ 13:46 other] women; perhaps they...perhaps 13:59 them. And do not insult one another and 14:03 do not call each other by [offensive] 14:06 nicknames. Wretched is the name of 14:10 disobedience after [one's] faith. And 14:13 whoever does not repent-then it is 14:15 those who are the wrongdoers. That is 14:23 clear, yes. So, let not...O you who 14:27 believe, let not one group mock another 14:30 group. Perhaps those who are mocked are 14:35 better than those who mock, and so on. 14:38 Yes, that is, uh, uh, the argument. So, 14:42 there is what is called, uh, hate 14:44 speech, acts of hatred. So, the Quran 14:48 really condemns acts of hatred. The 14:54 proof is this verse, verse 11, or verse 14:55 12 for that matter. Now, this is indeed 14:59 the verse that I have researched, yes. 15:01 Uh-huh. Ah, alright. Then in Surah 15:06 Al-Humazah, 15:08 >> yes. 15:09 >> Woe to every scorner and mocker. So, 15:13 what about memes or caricatures, does 15:16 that include... 15:18 >> Oh, it's the same. 15:20 >> It's the same. Because that, uh, "Woe 15:22 to every humazah lumazah." Humazah, as 15:27 far as I remember, is what you call it? 15:32 Insulting with gestures. 15:34 >> Uh. 15:36 >> That's why with pictures or caricatures 15:38 , that is a gesture, you see. Now, if, 15:41 uh, what is it called? Lumazah is 15:45 through, uh, speech. Now, yes. God 15:49 knows best, yes. Heh. Okay. So, indeed, 15:51 MashaAllah, when written in the Quran, 15:53 it is complete, yes. Even though times 15:56 have changed, this era represents it 15:58 with, uh, gestures, yes. Okay. Alright. 16:02 >> Alright. Then, sorry to say, 16:04 caricatures, including, uh, videos made 16:08 by AI. Heh. 16:11 >> If the purpose is to demean, then it 16:14 becomes a sin. 16:17 >> But if the purpose is, for example, 16:19 sorry to say, uh, it depends a lot on 16:21 the intention too. 16:23 >> Yes. 16:24 >> The intention, uh, what is it called? 16:27 But ethics must still be applied, yes. 16:30 Oh, my intention was just for 16:32 entertainment, right? For you, it's 16:33 entertainment, but for the person, it's 16:35 an insult. Uh, therefore, it must be 16:38 understood. So, joking must be measured 16:43 by the person receiving it and the 16:45 impact it will cause, you see. 16:49 Therefore, not all jokes can be 16:51 accepted, 16:53 >> is that right? Especially if it 16:56 involves other parties or involves 16:58 other people. 17:01 >> Uh, like that, yes. Even though I 17:03 intended it as a joke. Uh, even though 17:05 the intention was, uh, a joke. 17:07 >> Alright, let's continue to the first 17:09 hadith. From Abu Hurairah, may Allah be 17:13 pleased with him, who said that the 17:15 Messenger of Allah, may Allah's peace 17:16 and blessings be upon him, said: "It is 17:23 enough evil for a person to belittle 17:26 his Muslim brother." Reported by Muslim 17:31 . Just belittling a fellow Muslim, 17:36 MashaAllah, we are considered evil for 17:40 that. Especially if there is someone we 17:43 don't know, it's usually like that, we 17:45 don't know them, then they sit at the 17:49 mosque, in the veranda, wanting to 17:51 enter the mosque because it's still 17:53 locked. Hey, why are you sitting there? 17:57 Well, even though he might be a noble 18:00 person, a man of knowledge, a devout 18:03 worshiper. If possible, greet him 18:06 kindly. "Assalamualaikum, oh dear 18:08 brother.""What are you doing sitting 18:10 there?""I'm just taking shelter.""Come 18:13 on, no need to stay there.""Since 18:14 prayer time is still a while away, come 18:16 to my house first." See, like that. 18:20 Masha Allah. But if we have to go, we 18:24 can say, "I'm sorry, I can't accompany 18:26 you.""Please just stay there for a 18:29 moment." Later, if there's a nearby 18:32 stall, you can say, "Sir, please make 18:34 him a coffee, I'll pay for it, give it 18:36 to him." So, there are appreciations 18:41 and respects that we should keep 18:44 showing to fellow Muslims. 18:48 >> Masha Allah. 18:49 >> Even if we don't know them. 18:50 >> Hmm. 18:51 >> There is a hadith that says, "Ayyul 18:54 islami khair." Which Islam is the best? 18:59 First, "tutimut thaama." You provide 19:04 food. That is Masha Allah. And you say 19:12 salam. To those you know. And to those 19:21 you don't know yet. 19:25 >> If you say "Assalamualaikum" and it 19:27 turns out they are a non-believer, is 19:29 it a problem? 19:31 >> No problem. 19:32 >> Why would it be a problem? After all, 19:35 we didn't know them. So it's not a 19:38 problem. 19:40 >> Saying salam to a non-believer because 19:42 you didn't know is fine, unless you 19:44 already knew. Nowadays, non-believers 19:47 also dress like Muslims. Wearing a cap 19:49 (peci) and even a robe (gamis). 19:52 >> There are priests who wear robes. Yes, 19:55 there are. That's why in certain areas, 19:58 it's sometimes hard to distinguish 20:01 between an ustaz and a priest. Because 20:05 they both wear robes. The difference is 20:08 an ustaz wears a cap, while he might 20:10 not. But there are also ustaz who don't 20:12 want to wear a cap. Well, there you go. 20:15 Masha Allah. So, the presumption of 20:18 innocence must be applied. Always have 20:21 good thoughts (husnuzan). Treat them 20:24 well, even if they turn out to be bad, 20:27 it's okay. If they are bad, what do we 20:29 do? Keep thinking positively of them. 20:30 They are bad. In the sight of Allah, 20:32 they will still be held accountable. 20:34 They won't get away with it. For 20:37 example, if they are bad, pretending to 20:40 be good, we respect them, judge by 20:42 their appearance, give them coffee, and 20:44 even let them sleep on our bed. 20:48 >> Then, suddenly, the next day, our phone 20:50 is gone. 20:52 >> Is that a loss? 20:53 >> A loss. 20:54 >> Ah, that's a loss according to you. But 20:56 in the sight of Allah, it isn't, right? 20:59 "Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji'un." 21:02 Perhaps it was time for that phone to 21:04 be gone. Don't stop asking from Allah. 21:09 "Oh Allah, I don't have a phone, how 21:09 can I communicate?""If listeners want 21:12 to text, what should I do?""I'll just 21:15 ask You, oh Allah." The next day, 21:17 someone buys you a phone and someone 21:19 else gives you credit. That's why, well 21:22 , that is simply a secret of Allah. Ah, 21:26 it's not that simple. Yes, it's not 21:29 that simple for those for whom it's not 21:31 simple. As for those who find it easy, 21:36 well. I apologize. There are people who 21:39 share stories, like how I am sharing 21:41 this. 21:42 >> Then people judge, "Oh,"" 21:44 >> not everything is like that." Indeed, 21:46 not everything is like that, but what 21:48 he tells could be what he experienced. 21:52 That's how it is, right? There are 21:55 people like that, there are people like 21:57 this, you know. Uh, this refers to, for 22:00 example, Imam Ali. Imam Ali, when he 22:06 had a piece of food to break his fast, 22:09 he would share it with his wife. When 22:14 it was about to be divided into two 22:16 with his wife, his children, Hasan and 22:18 Husein, arrived. 22:19 >> He would give it to his children, Hasan 22:22 and Husein. Hasan and Husein, because 22:26 of their noble character, when a beggar 22:28 came—even though they were about to 22:30 break their fast—they gave it to the 22:32 beggar and they didn't eat. Masha Allah 22:35 . 22:36 >> See, for us, other than that, it 22:38 doesn't fit the standard of life; Imam 22:40 Ali's example doesn't fit because we 22:42 are still, what is it called? Normative 22:46 . So for us, it's ourselves first, 22:50 right. 22:51 >> Now, when our needs are met, then our 22:53 wives, once our wives 'needs are met, 22:55 then others. Only then to neighbors; 22:57 that is our normative way. But for Imam 23:01 Ali, it's not himself, not his wife, 23:03 not his children, the beggar is 23:05 prioritized first. That's why, oh, 23:07 Masha Allah. So if we compare ourselves 23:10 to the Companions, oh, that is why I am 23:13 always respectful to the Companions, 23:15 always respectful, always grateful. 23:19 That is why in my prayers, I sometimes 23:21 add, "Allahumma sholli ala sayyidina 23:23 Muhammadin wa ala alihi wasohbihi 23:25 ajmain." Because through their 23:29 character it reached us, and thus the 23:31 book Riyadus Salihin that we study 23:33 appeared. 23:35 >> Yes. 23:35 >> Where did that come from? The deeds of 23:38 the Prophet which were imitated by the 23:40 Companions. Then the Companions 23:44 conveyed them. So there were students, 23:47 what do you call it, assessing their 23:49 teachers. The teacher, assessing their 23:52 teacher, because of their kindness. 23:55 Certainly, the main teacher is Prophet 23:58 Muhammad, peace be upon him. Now, I am 24:02 among those who prioritize that 24:04 assessment. So, toward the Companions, 24:07 that's how it is. Uh, through their 24:10 agency, Islam reached us. Of course, I 24:14 also, what is it, acknowledge the 24:16 existence of hypocrites. Besides the 24:21 Companions, there were also hypocrites. 24:25 But what is mentioned by the Quran, " 24:27 Radhiyallahu' anhum wa radhu 'anhu." 24:32 Allah is pleased with them, the 24:35 Companions, the early forerunners, the 24:39 mujahideen who always accompanied the 24:42 Prophet, and they are pleased with 24:45 Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. What is that 24:49 ? A portrait from the Quran. So, it is 24:55 considered evil enough if we belittle 24:58 our fellow Muslim brother. The pearls 25:04 of the hadith that can be presented. 25:06 First, a warning so that a Muslim does 25:12 not belittle their fellow Muslim 25:14 brother because it can result in bad 25:16 relationships and the severing of ties. 25:20 Second, a Muslim is obligated to 25:23 respect their fellow Muslim brother, 25:27 love them, and help them, right. Masha 25:30 Allah. Alright, let us continue to the 25:33 next hadith. An Ibni Mas'udin 25:41 radhiyallahu' anhu, 'aninnabi 25:49 shallallahu' alaihi wasallam.........No 26:06 one will enter paradise if in their 26:08 heart there is a grain of what? A speck 26:13 of pride, kibr. Faqala rajulun. A man 26:18 said, "Inna rajula." Indeed, that 26:21 person, that man. Yuhibu ayakuna, he 26:25 likes what is it called? Wearing nice 26:28 clothes. Walau hasanah, wearing nice 26:32 sandals. The Prophet said, "Innallaha 26:36 jamilun." Indeed, Allah is beautiful. 26:39 Yuhibb jamal. He loves beauty. Al-kibru 26:44 . Pride is batarul haqqi. Rejecting the 26:49 truth. Wa ghamtun-nas. And looking down 26:54 on other people. Belittling other human 26:58 beings. That is what is called, well, 27:02 al-kibru, said the Prophet. So pride is 27:06 rejecting the truth and belittling 27:08 other humans. The pearl from this 27:13 hadith is that blameworthy pride is a 27:15 major sin. Even a little bit of pride 27:19 can prevent someone from entering 27:21 paradise. The definition of pride is 27:25 insulting people and refusing to accept 27:27 the truth. That's it. Okay. Alright. 27:31 Alright. One more hadith. From Jundub 27:34 bin Junadah radiyallahu anh. The 27:38 Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said 27:41 . Qala rajulun. A man said. Wallahi, by 27:46 Allah, Allah will not forgive so-and-so 27:49 . Allah surely will not forgive that 27:52 person. Faqala azza wa jalla. Then 27:56 Allah azza wa jalla said, "Who is the 27:58 one swearing by Me that I will not 28:01 forgive so-and-so? I have forgiven him 28:05 and erased your deeds." So Allah said, 28:09 "Who is the one swearing by My name 28:11 that I am not willing to forgive the 28:13 sins of so-and-so? Indeed, I have 28:16 forgiven the sins of so-and-so and I 28:19 have wiped out your good deeds." So if 28:22 we go as far as swearing, "By Allah, 28:24 such a person will not be forgiven by 28:25 Allah," be careful with that. Allah is 28:30 Ghafurur Rahim. As long as he does not 28:34 commit shirk, Allah is Ghafurur Rahim. 28:38 Even shirk, well, that's the point. 28:41 Even shirk, that's what is interesting. 28:44 This is in Surah Al-Ma'idah, right? 28:49 What is it called? Prophet Isa said, 28:54 what, what...If you punish them, they 29:03 are your servants. Wain taghfir lahum. 29:09 And if you want to forgive them, 29:12 fainnaka antal Azizul Hakim. Not innaka 29:18 antal Ghafurur Rahim, but fainnaka 29:20 antal Azizul Hakim. Even if you forgive 29:24 them, O Allah, You are the Almighty, 29:26 the All-Wise. What does that mean? Who 29:29 is the person to protest against Allah? 29:32 So He uses Aziz, the Almighty. No one 29:37 will protest if Allah forgives someone 29:38 who committed shirk. There, that is how 29:41 it is. But if Allah forgives people who 29:45 are monotheists who have sinned, they 29:47 are forgiven by Allah, that is Ghafur, 29:49 Allah is the Oft-Forgiving, the Most 29:51 Merciful. But if there is a person who 29:55 committed shirk and is forgiven by 29:57 Allah, innaka antal Azizul Hakim. You 30:01 are the Almighty, the All-Wise. 30:06 >> So that is why if we have brothers, do 30:07 not immediately condemn them. "You will 30:12 not be forgiven because you have 30:14 committed shirk." Allah says, "Indeed 30:17 Allah does not forgive that partners be 30:19 associated with Him, but He forgives 30:20 what is less than that for whom He 30:22 wills." Don't be like that. Pray for 30:25 them. O Allah, forgive him. O Allah, I 30:27 am sure they committed shirk against 30:30 You only because they did not know. And 30:34 who knows, when we plead for 30:37 forgiveness, Allah uses His attribute 30:40 of Azizun Hakim. See. Therefore, da'wah 30:47 must continue to be proclaimed, and 30:50 shirk must be shunned, right? But if 30:56 there is a choice, then as mentioned, 30:58 innallaha azizun hakim, right. Okay. 31:02 Alright. Then what hadith is it? Yes, 31:10 earlier, the fifth hadith, right. The 31:12 benefits, the pearls of the hadith. So, 31:16 Allah forgave that person. In fact, He 31:20 wiped away the accuser's deeds. Even 31:24 the person who accused and swore that 31:27 Allah would not forgive that person's 31:30 sins, Allah will erase that person's 31:32 good deeds. The person who judged he 31:36 would not be forgiven. Instead, Allah 31:38 forgave that person. That’s how it is 31:40 . Now, this hadith explains the 31:43 vastness of Allah's mercy and 31:45 forgiveness for His servants. A warning 31:49 not to look down on a Muslim. It is not 31:53 permissible to decide on matters that 31:55 are Allah's prerogative. Because that 32:00 is poor etiquette toward Allah. 32:05 Therefore, a pious person is careful 32:09 even if we see, what do you call it, 32:13 sin always being committed by someone, 32:17 so we are tempted to almost conclude, " 32:23 Ah, they will surely go to hell when 32:25 they die." Don't ever try to decide 32:28 that. Who knows, maybe the night before 32:33 they die, they repent; it will be hard, 32:37 but hard doesn't mean it's impossible 32:40 to be accepted, are they repenting to 32:43 you? 32:46 >> So that you can be sure it won't be 32:50 accepted; they repent to Allah, and 32:54 Allah is the Tawwabur Rahim who accepts 32:58 or rejects repentance. Especially 33:02 repenting just before dying. It is up 33:05 to Allah whether to accept it or not. 33:07 Right. That is Allah's right. However, 33:12 once again, we should repent well in 33:15 advance. Because there is also no 33:19 guarantee that we will die in a state 33:21 of husnul khatimah soon. No one can 33:24 guarantee that. Therefore, O Allah, You 33:28 are the Turner of hearts. Ya muqallibal 33:35 qulub, thabbit qalbi 'ala dinika wa 33:38 ta'atik. O Turner of hearts, fix my 33:47 heart upon Your religion and obedience 33:51 to You. Why do we say that? Because to 33:56 be obedient and steadfast on Allah's 33:58 path is difficult. " 34:01 >> Ah, it's not difficult, Ustaz.""For us, 34:04 it's easy." Yes, for you, it's easy 34:06 because Allah has made it easy for you. 34:08 Isn't there someone who feels that 34:10 accepting Islam is like climbing to the 34:12 sky? The higher they go, the tighter it 34:14 gets. But you, alhamdulillah, have been 34:17 given ease by Allah. So, you must be 34:21 grateful. You must increase your 34:23 gratitude. It is different for those 34:25 who don't necessarily have to increase 34:27 gratitude. Why? Because they are still 34:29 struggling. You have already been given 34:31 ease. So sometimes, as the scholars say 34:34 , when we stop being grateful, we 34:38 commit a sin. It is like this: when we 34:42 are grateful, we must follow it with 34:44 more gratitude. Why? Because we have 34:46 been given the ability to be grateful 34:48 by Allah, we must be grateful. Well, 34:50 the second gratitude must be followed 34:52 by a third one. Why? Because we are 34:55 able to be grateful after having been 34:57 grateful. Others might be grateful once 35:00 , and then they stop. So, life must 35:07 always be enveloped in gratitude. It 35:11 means that not being grateful is to be 35:14 ungrateful for Allah's favors. There. 35:18 That is why many scholars weep more 35:20 often. Why? Because the logic is as I 35:24 mentioned before. Oh, I was grateful 35:26 yesterday. If I am not grateful now, it 35:29 means I am not thankful for 35:31 yesterday’s favor. If I am not 35:34 grateful now, it means I am not 35:36 thankful for yesterday’s blessings. 35:40 If I am not grateful tomorrow, it means 35:41 I am not enjoying today’s blessings. 35:45 That is why every day we must always be 35:48 grateful. So when we value our goodness 35:54 as the same between yesterday and today 35:56 , that is a loss. 35:58 >> A loss, right? 35:59 >> It is a loss even if both are good. 36:03 >> Well, that is why today must be better 36:06 than yesterday. Tomorrow must be better 36:10 than today. Oh, that is difficult, 36:12 isn't it? Yes, it is indeed difficult. 36:14 That is why we must always complain to 36:16 Allah. Ya Muqallibal qulub. So, indeed, 36:27 Ya Muqallibal qulub, O Turner of hearts 36:30 . It must always be requested from 36:34 Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Because, as 36:40 mentioned, obedience and humility must 36:43 always be directed toward Allah. This 36:48 heart must be surrendered entirely to 36:50 Allah. There. Therefore, brothers and 36:55 sisters, listeners of Radio Silaturahim 36:57 , do not forget to ask for Allah’s 36:58 help. Prove it in prayer, "Ihdina," 37:03 what else? "Iyyaka na'budu wa iyyaka 37:06 nasta'in." Yes, after serving Allah and 37:11 worshiping Him, ask for help to improve 37:13 our goodness further from Allah. So, to 37:19 increase our goodness, we need energy, 37:22 calories, and power. And that is not 37:27 possible except with the strength and 37:29 power from Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. 37:33 La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah. 37:38 That is the proof of "Iyyaka na'budu wa 37:42 iyyaka nasta'in." There, Masha Allah. 37:48 Do not think that all Ustadhs can 37:49 remain steadfast. Not all of them. In 37:55 fact, it could be that a poor person 37:57 with little knowledge and little wealth 38:00 can be steadfast; that is why it is a 38:02 secret. Since long ago, I have always 38:06 said that it is Allah's secret. It is 38:11 not certain that a Rasil guest is more 38:13 noble than their listeners. That is not 38:16 certain. Indeed, it is possible. Yes, 38:19 it could be, but it is not definite. 38:23 That is why we should pray for each 38:25 other; the guest prays for the Rasil 38:27 listeners. Listeners should also not 38:29 forget to pray for Ahmad Saleh. 38:33 >> Right. Pray that Allah always guides us 38:37 on the path He is pleased with. That is 38:41 all. I do not ask for anything else. 38:44 Please pray that I remain on the path 38:46 of Allah's pleasure. 38:48 >> Amin. Amin. Allah. That is all I can 38:51 say, brothers and sisters, listeners of 38:53 Radio Silaturahim and viewers of Rasil 38:55 Visual wherever you are. That is the 38:58 opening I can provide. Wasallallahu ala 39:02 nabiina Muhammadin. Wallahu a'lam 39:06 bis-sawab. Alhamdulillahi rabbil' 39:11 alamin. Wallahu a'lam bis-sawab. 39:13 Jazakumullah khairan katsiran, Ustadh, 39:14 for the knowledge. 39:15 >> from the hadiths 39:18 >> in the commentary of Riyadus Salihin 39:19 that has been delivered by Ustaz Ahmad 39:21 Saleh regarding the prohibition of 39:23 prejudice and insulting Muslims. And 39:26 also, several other hadiths were shared 39:29 earlier by Ustaz Ahmad Saleh. May it be 39:32 beneficial for our brothers and sisters 39:34 . Alright, brothers and sisters, if you 39:37 still have questions or if there are 39:40 any hadiths or sentences that were not 39:43 understood, please send your questions 39:46 to 0811999720. Alright, brothers and 39:51 sisters, we will be right back. God 39:54 willing, we will continue in the second 39:56 session with a discussion and Q&A with 39:57 our brothers and sisters. Thank you. 43:53 Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds. 43:55 Thank you, brothers and sisters, for 43:57 still listening and being with Radio 43:59 Silaturahim. H. 45:12 Then there is also Ibu Ani Hani 45:15 Hudaifah. Praise be to God, listening 45:19 to the afternoon lecture, Ustaz. May 45:20 you always be in good health, Ustaz, 45:23 God willing. 45:24 >> Amen. O God, amen. May 45:32 the Ustaz, the fighters for the cause, 45:35 and the listeners always be in good 45:37 health. 45:37 >> Amen. O God, amen. May God bless you 45:40 all. Now we will read a question from 45:44 Ibu Fizza Fitriana. Peace be upon you, 45:47 and God's mercy and blessings. 45:48 >> And peace be upon you, and God's mercy 45:51 and blessings. 45:54 >> Ustaz, in this day and age, we see on 45:57 social media many people insulting each 46:01 other. Ustaz, 46:03 >> please give us some enlightenment. May 46:05 God reward you. 46:07 >> Social media. Social media is 46:12 inherently neutral. It highly depends; 46:18 it can be positive, it can be negative, 46:21 depending on who uses it. If it is used 46:27 to spread the message, spread peace, 46:31 and spread calmness, then it becomes 46:35 positive. But it becomes dangerous if 46:42 it is used to insult, slander, accuse, 46:46 and so on. So, you don't need to join 46:52 in, don't fill the digital world with 46:55 bad things; fill it with good things. 47:00 For example, any activity, upload it, 47:04 like activities related to, what is it 47:08 called, simple farming, just upload it, 47:13 it’s fine. 47:15 >> Yes. 47:17 >> You don't have to talk about religion; 47:19 no, oh, how to plant something, that is 47:22 , what God wills, beneficial, and it 47:25 has many visitors. So, we should not be 47:29 troubled by people who insult each 47:31 other, slander each other, which in the 47:33 end has no truth to it. They do that 47:38 because they want to chase ratings so 47:43 that they can get money. We know that 47:48 we as Muslims have a sieve, we have a 47:51 filter, you know. Oh, there’s no need 47:54 to watch things like that. Including 47:56 pitting ustadz against each other. 47:59 Pitting ustadz. The ustadz are being 48:00 pitted against one another. Ustadz A 48:02 pitted against ustadz B. Ah, just 48:04 follow the lectures of this ustadz. 48:07 Like that, right. Oh, what is this 48:09 called? Already one. Then listen to the 48:12 lectures of the other ustadz too. Don't 48:14 pit them against each other, you know. 48:16 Aha. If you want to consider it. Oh, 48:19 the reason Ustadz A is like this, why 48:21 is it like that. Oh, the reason Ustadz 48:24 B is like that, why is it like this. 48:27 Like that, you know. So we become more 48:30 mature. Any ustadz is fine, they have 48:33 the right to speak. Ah, he might be 48:35 speaking incorrectly. In my view, just 48:38 speaking incorrectly. In my view, 48:41 sometimes they are right but speak 48:43 incorrectly. Why? Because that is the 48:46 extent of their knowledge. Must it be 48:48 forced, must it be leveled up? Now, 48:50 meanwhile, Islamic Sharia is layered. 48:54 Can you understand? 48:55 >> Islamic Sharia is layered. 48:56 >> Islam is layered. He should have said 48:59 it’s allowed, but he says it’s 49:01 haram. Even though it’s allowed, he 49:04 calls it haram. Because he is in a 49:06 phase of prohibition. Why does he want 49:10 to be cautious, so it’s prohibited? 49:13 Even though it’s allowed, or 49:15 conversely, he allows it even though 49:17 it’s haram. Now he is in what you 49:20 call? Gradual. Is it okay to drink, 49:24 Ustadz? It’s allowed, you know. Now, 49:29 the point is, if after being analyzed, 49:31 oh, he is still a drunkard, still this, 49:33 later slowly, the prohibition of Khamr 49:35 was gradual, it was layered. 49:39 >> That’s why I said, "Oh, he is, oh 49:41 yeah, it’s called a phase there, 49:43 later we will be like that too. Worship 49:47 doesn’t always have to just be 49:49 worship, right? Just do the mandatory 49:52 ones first, then follow along with it." 49:54 Now, once the mandatory ones are 49:56 correct, the sunnah is correct, then 49:57 enjoy it. So, later the quality will be 50:00 considered. Because now we must talk 50:03 about fiqh. I 50:05 >> fiqh. Oh, is this allowed or not, is it 50:06 allowed or not? Just that for now. Not 50:09 yet enjoying worship, not yet making 50:13 worship a medicine. Not there yet, 50:19 right? 50:20 >> Not yet. 50:20 >> Not yet. Because they still consider 50:23 worship not a medicine, but a burden. 50:26 Even though 50:27 >> worship is a delight. Masha Allah. For 50:32 example, Tahajjud prayer, no need for 50:34 many, just two rak'ahs. Sujud. Subhana 50:39 rabbiyal adzim wabihamdih. The 50:42 recitation is standard. Duly felt. He 50:50 remains in sami'allahu liman hamidah 50:54 for a long time, crying. Yes. 50:59 >> You hear those who praise You, O Allah. 51:04 Both those who understand, those who 51:06 praise You and those who criticize You, 51:08 Allah is All-Hearing. Sami'allahu liman 51:12 hamidah. Do I praise Allah more or 51:15 criticize Allah? He stands for a long 51:19 time. Because he realizes he criticizes 51:25 Allah more, blames Allah more than he 51:27 is grateful and praises Allah Subhanahu 51:29 wa ta'ala. Then down to sujud. Subhana 51:35 rabbiyal a'la wabihamdih. And so on. 51:41 Subhana rabbiyal ala. Glory be to You. 51:43 You are the Most High, O Allah. Most 51:47 High. Not worthy of being insulted, not 51:50 worthy of being belittled. But O Allah, 51:54 sometimes I humiliate You, thinking of 51:57 You as low, and unable to resolve my 51:59 life. As if You only give burdens, even 52:05 though You are the one who eases my 52:06 chest. There, that’s from*subhana 52:10 rabbiyal 'ala wa bihamdih*. 52:11 >> Masha Allah. 52:13 >> Masha Allah. That is why two*rak'ahs* 52:16 are enough compared to 23*rak'ahs*but 52:19 done incorrectly. Express 23 or 21. He 52:27 does only two*rak'ahs*but with deep 52:28 meaning. True. O Allah, after the*salam 52:32 *, I say*astaghfirullahaladzim*. O 52:35 Allah, this is all I can offer. My 52:40 bowing may not be perfect, but this is 52:43 what I offer. My prostration also needs 52:47 improvement. O Allah, fix it if it 52:50 truly needs fixing. O Allah, perfect it 52:54 if it truly needs to be perfected, O 52:56 Allah. That is all I can do. People 53:03 whose prayers are like this, in their 53:06 lives, would they really commit 53:07 corruption? 53:10 >> God willing, no. 53:11 >> God willing, would they really lie? 53:14 Masha Allah. Because the awareness of 53:17 their honesty is expressed in their 53:19 bowing and prostration to Allah 53:21 Subhanahu wa ta'ala. So, I think we 53:25 return to the issue, right? So let us 53:31 use our time well. Even though we are 53:36 currently just providing lip service, 53:40 just in words, just outer*fiqh*, it’s 53:45 okay. Just pursue that, and slowly, 53:49 simultaneously, you will reach that 53:52 station, God willing. God willing, just 53:57 contemplating—forgive me—even just 54:00 contemplating can be better than 11* 54:03 rak'ahs*of prayer. "Is that right, 54:08 Ustaz, can contemplating be better?" 54:10 Than his contemplation—I mean 54:12 contemplation that finds meaning. 54:15 Contemplation is finding meaning in 54:18 every word, in every part of worship. 54:21 He is not praying, but he is dying 54:23 outside of prayer. 54:26 >> You mean*dhikr*, Ustaz? 54:27 >> Why? 54:27 >> Is the contemplation*dhikr*? 54:29 >> Yes, thinking. Thinking about the words 54:31 of*dhikr*as well. Then felt deeply 54:35 until finally he sheds tears. Hmm. It 54:41 turns out my prayer is truly nothing 54:43 yet. I have prayed so much, but it 54:48 turns out like that. O Allah, accept it 54:51 , O Allah. That’s all I can do. But 54:57 he improves the next day, improves his* 54:59 wudu*, pays more attention to the 55:01 prayer. That’s how it is. That’s 55:05 why there’s really no need to argue 55:08 about the 11*rak'ahs*of*Tahajjud*versus 55:12 21, 23, 35, or 41*rak'ahs*. No need to 55:15 argue. That’s why I don’t want to 55:18 argue. So, Ustaz, which one is correct? 55:20 The*Sunnah*is 11*rak'ahs*, right? Yes. 55:23 That's just the*Sunnah*regarding the 55:24 number of*rak'ahs*. 55:26 >> The proof is that your feet swell. No, 55:29 Ustaz. If you don't do that, it's not 55:32 the*Sunnah*of the 11*rak'ahs*with 55:34 swollen feet, right? 55:36 >> Yes. 55:38 >> See, we only look at the snapshot, 55:40 right? As for me, I’ll do at most two 55:43 *rak'ahs*and three of*witr*. Swollen. 55:47 >> But then it swells. Uthman bin Affan 55:51 did one*rak'ah*but finished the Quran 55:54 in that one*rak'ah*, Masha Allah, O 55:56 Allah, O Lord. I said, "Ah, that is why 55:59 I don't want to get into debates 56:02 anymore." It's not like that. "Oh, so 56:05 the Ustazah is indeed showing her lack 56:07 of knowledge." Yes, my knowledge is 56:09 weak. I do not master much knowledge. 56:14 That's how it is. But I want this 56:18 simple worship to at least be glanced 56:22 at by Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Amen. 56:26 >> At least not discarded, not rejected. 56:31 Because in one hadith, there are people 56:33 whose prayers are presented, then by 56:34 Allah, the prayers are crumpled up and 56:36 thrown into the person's face. 56:39 Nauzubillah minzalik. Masyaallah. 56:41 Accepted. Masyaallah. That is why, oh 56:44 my God. That is why I then concluded 56:47 that prayer is not just five times a 56:49 day. Prayer is 24/7. That the five 56:57 times are the recitations and the 56:59 movements. As for the meaning of prayer 57:04 , it is 24 hours. If the prayer is 57:10 correct, then all deeds become correct. 57:13 How to understand that? See, so prayer 57:17 must leave a mark, that's what I mean. 57:20 in daily life. What is the point of the 57:24 five daily prayers plus sunnah prayers 57:26 if they don't leave a mark on life? 57:28 That is the meaning. Therefore, there 57:33 are people who only perform mandatory 57:36 prayers but are very caring toward 57:38 society and the environment. So, don't 57:42 criticize them just because they only 57:44 do mandatory prayers. It could be that 57:46 in the sight of Allah, they are better 57:48 than us who do many sunnah prayers. 57:52 That's how it is. Masyaallah. There are 57:56 people diligent with sunnah fasting, 57:58 but there are people who only do 58:00 mandatory fasting and control their 58:01 tongue. While those who often fast, for 58:05 example, might still gossip or cause 58:07 conflict. Oh, like that. So the 58:13 scholars say, if you cannot perform 58:15 Monday-Thursday fasting, then control 58:18 your tongue. See. Therefore, once again 58:24 , worship is also a secret. Among us, 58:28 who is the most pious, I don't know if 58:31 it's you or them; I don't know. 58:36 Therefore, when someone asks, "Ustaz, 58:38 the followers of Prophet Muhammad will 58:40 all enter heaven, right?" 58:43 >> Yes. 58:43 >> Except for those who refuse. I want to 58:47 know, who are the followers of the 58:49 Prophet Muhammad who enter heaven? I 58:53 thought for a long time. Because they 58:58 already know the evidence, right? "The 59:01 followers of Prophet Muhammad will all 59:03 enter heaven except those who refuse." 59:06 It was asked, "Who are those who refuse 59:08 , O Messenger of Allah?" 59:10 >> Oh, those who obey me enter heaven. 59:14 >> And those who disobey, those who sin 59:16 against me, they are the ones who 59:18 refuse. So they thought. " 59:20 >> Ustaz, so who are the ones who enter 59:22 heaven?" Then I replied, "Hopefully it 59:26 is you, my brother, as long as you 59:28 follow the teachings of the Messenger 59:30 of Allah sallallahu alaihi wasallam." 59:34 >> One could also say, "The one who will 59:36 enter heaven is me, because I have 59:38 followed the Messenger of Allah. If you 59:40 want to enter heaven, follow me." 59:42 It’s not like that. But it was 59:47 answered, "Hopefully you are among 59:51 those who enter heaven, my brother." As 59:57 long as we both follow the teachings of 1:00:00 the Messenger of Allah sallallahu 1:00:02 alaihi wasallam. So, I think that is 1:00:06 all that can be conveyed. Wallahu a'lam 1:00:11 bis-sawab. Wallahu a'lam bis-sawab. 1:00:15 That is all, Ibu Fiza. I hope the 1:00:18 answer is beneficial. Next, the second 1:00:21 question is from Mr. Udin, please, 1:00:23 Ustaz. 1:00:24 >> Yes. 1:00:24 >> Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy 1:00:26 and blessings. 1:00:26 >> And peace be upon you, and Allah's 1:00:28 mercy and blessings. 1:00:30 >> Ustaz, may I ask a question? 1:00:32 >> Yes. 1:00:33 >> When we receive goodness, we say 1:00:35 alhamdulillah. 1:00:37 >> Yes. Yes. 1:00:38 >> Then conversely, when we face a 1:00:41 calamity or misfortune, we also say 1:00:44 alhamdulillah, Ustaz. 1:00:46 >> Why is that, Ustaz? Please enlighten me 1:00:48 . May Allah reward you. MashaAllah. 1:00:50 This is, what do you call it? The 1:00:53 wonder, the marvel of Islamic Sharia. 1:00:58 Some people get a blessing and say 1:00:59 alhamdulillah. But there are also those 1:01:04 who receive a blessing and say " 1:01:07 innalillahi wa inna ilaihi roji'un." 1:01:13 Some people face a calamity and say 1:01:15 alhamdulillah. But there are also those 1:01:20 who face a calamity and say " 1:01:21 innalillahi wa inna ilaihi roji'un." 1:01:25 All of them are prescribed. All of them 1:01:28 are religiously permitted. They are all 1:01:31 legislated, there is evidence for each. 1:01:35 Getting a blessing and saying 1:01:36 alhamdulillah, with the hope that the 1:01:38 blessing will drive them to be more 1:01:40 obedient to Allah. But people who 1:01:45 receive a blessing say "innalillahi wa 1:01:47 inna ilaihi roji'un" because they fear 1:01:50 that the blessing might cause them to 1:01:52 slip and become ungrateful to Allah. 1:01:57 Rather than being ungrateful, they say 1:01:59 "innalillahi wa inna ilaihi roji'un." 1:02:03 So, Islamic Sharia really depends on 1:02:06 where we view it from. Yes. If it leads 1:02:13 to peace and piety, that is why we say 1:02:16 alhamdulillah. When someone is struck 1:02:22 by a calamity, we say alhamdulillah. 1:02:26 Don't say it in front of them, just say 1:02:27 it behind their back. Alhamdulillah. 1:02:30 What does that mean? Hm. They got the 1:02:33 calamity, but I did not. So, that is 1:02:36 why we say alhamdulillah. But don't try 1:02:39 saying alhamdulillah in front of them 1:02:40 because it will hurt their feelings. As 1:02:43 if we are saying "serves you right, 1:02:47 serves you right." Can you understand 1:02:49 that? So, if our intention is toward 1:02:52 Allah, then being with Allah is enough. 1:02:56 No need to say it in front of them. 1:02:57 Alhamdulillah I didn't have an accident 1:02:59 . They had an accident. It's not like 1:03:02 that. Alhamdulillah, I praise Allah for 1:03:06 saving me while they are the ones 1:03:08 suffering a tragedy, you see. But we 1:03:13 should visit them and pray for them: " 1:03:16 Allahumma rabban-nas adhibil-ba's ishfi 1:03:18 wa antash-Shafi, la shifa'a illa 1:03:20 shifa'uka, shifa'an la yughadiru 1:03:22 saqaman." Isn't that so? That is what I 1:03:29 can answer, and Allah knows best. Allah 1:03:35 knows best, Mr. Udin. I hope that 1:03:38 answers it. Next, a question from a 1:03:46 servant of Allah, Ustaz. 1:03:47 >> Yes. 1:03:48 >> Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy 1:03:49 and blessings, Ustaz. 1:03:50 >> And peace be upon you, and Allah's 1:03:52 mercy and blessings. 1:03:54 >> Ustaz, it was mentioned in a hadith 1:03:57 that arrogance is rejecting the truth 1:04:00 and looking down on others. Ustaz. 1:04:03 >> Yes. 1:04:04 >> If we look at that hadith, it means a 1:04:07 lot of people will go to hell, Ustaz. 1:04:10 >> Yes. May Allah reward you. 1:04:11 >> MashaAllah. Yes. So that is indeed the 1:04:15 case. Many people will enter hell if we 1:04:18 do what was mentioned: Being arrogant, 1:04:20 rejecting the truth, and looking down 1:04:22 on people. If we want to avoid being 1:04:26 thrown into hell for committing those 1:04:30 things, then don't be arrogant, don't 1:04:34 look down on people, and treat people 1:04:39 as equals. with his human nature and we 1:04:43 must not reject the truth. That is the 1:04:47 point. So, the Prophet wants to teach 1:04:50 you that when the truth comes, do not 1:04:52 deny it, you see. If you have a brother 1:04:56 , do not look down on him. That is what 1:04:58 it means. Ah, if you reject the truth 1:05:01 and look down on humans, then you are 1:05:04 arrogant. See, that is*kibr*, arrogance 1:05:07 . Now, therefore, so that you are not 1:05:12 classified as*alkibru*, not including 1:05:14 those who are arrogant, do not reject 1:05:16 the truth. Respect other people. 1:05:21 Because when you show respect, even if 1:05:24 you consider someone below you, you 1:05:27 will be respected by those above you. 1:05:33 We respect those who are below us, 1:05:36 right? Ah, so we too will be respected 1:05:39 by those above us. If we are respected 1:05:44 by those above us, then we will also be 1:05:47 respected by the One above all. Who is 1:05:53 that? The angels. The angels will honor 1:05:58 us. See. If we show mercy to the 1:06:02 inhabitants of the earth, then we will 1:06:04 be loved by the inhabitants of the 1:06:06 heavens. Now, that is the true formula: 1:06:10 if we want sustenance, then give 1:06:13 sustenance. If we want to be loved, 1:06:16 then love others; that is the formula. 1:06:20 So, this Islamic Sharia is very*ma'qul* 1:06:23 , very reasonable. If we want to be 1:06:28 happy, give happiness to others, and 1:06:29 later your happiness will be increased. 1:06:32 See, that is it. So, the concept is 1:06:36 very reasonable, very logical, *ma'qul* 1:06:40 , it makes sense. Yes, that is it. * 1:06:45 Wallahu a'lam bish-shawab*. *Wallahu 1:06:49 a'lam bish-shawab*. That is all, 1:06:50 hopefully it answers your question. 1:06:52 Next is from Mr. Gunawan. Ustaz, * 1:06:55 assalamualaikum warahmatullahi 1:06:57 wabarakatuh*. * 1:06:58 >> Waalaikumsalam warahmatullahi 1:07:00 wabarakatuh*, 1:07:02 >> Ustaz. Thank you, Ustaz, for the 1:07:04 enlightenment and the knowledge. 1:07:05 Permission to ask, Ustaz. 1:07:06 >> Yes. 1:07:08 >> Ustaz, what is meant by "tomorrow must 1:07:11 be better than today"? Does being* 1:07:15 istiqamah*also mean that our tomorrow 1:07:19 is better than our today, Ustaz? Yes, * 1:07:24 masya Allah*, that is very interesting. 1:07:27 It is very interesting that the 1:07:28 Messenger provides such powerful 1:07:30 motivation. If tomorrow is just the 1:07:36 same as today, then that is a loss, 1:07:38 isn't it? Why a loss? Because your time 1:07:43 has increased and much effort has been 1:07:46 spent, but the value is the same, so 1:07:48 you lost and gained nothing. Now, that 1:07:51 is why it must be better. Why? Because 1:07:54 your time has been used and much effort 1:07:57 has been spent, but there is no gain. 1:08:00 That is why there must be a gain. Now, 1:08:03 *istiqamah*is an effort to continuously 1:08:08 obtain gains; that is*istiqamah*. So* 1:08:11 istiqamah*doesn't mean the value stays 1:08:13 the same. *Istiqamah*means it keeps 1:08:15 increasing. 1:08:17 >> Like that. Ah, yes. That is why you can 1:08:19 say*assalamualaikum, assalamualaikum*. 1:08:22 *Assalamualaikum*. Just be*istiqamah*; 1:08:24 every time someone passes, what 1:08:26 greeting do you give? Give the greeting 1:08:28 . We have already discussed it. * 1:08:31 Assalamualaikum*. *Assalam*is*ismullah* 1:08:35 , the name of Allah. *Allahumma 1:08:37 antas-salam*. O Allah, You are*Assalam* 1:08:40 (the Source of Peace). *Assalamualaikum 1:08:43 *. May Allah be with you all. 1:08:50 >> Oh, this is interesting, with all of 1:08:52 you. 1:08:53 >> Yeah. Yes, that’s the original 1:08:54 meaning, right? Then in English, it was 1:08:58 changed to "God bless you." 1:09:03 >> See, that’s from*Assalamualaikum*. 1:09:06 >> If we translate it now, it means may 1:09:08 there be peace. Yes. *Assalamualaikum*. 1:09:20 May Allah be with you all. * 1:09:23 Warahmatullah*. What was*rahmah*again, 1:09:26 as we discussed yesterday? May Allah 1:09:29 forgive the sins you have committed and 1:09:34 protect you from committing sins. 1:09:38 That’s it. 1:09:39 >> That is*rahmah*. 1:09:40 >> Unless it is combined with*maghfirah*. 1:09:43 Ah, if it’s*maghfirah*, what does it 1:09:46 mean? May you be absolved, protected 1:09:49 from committing sins if combined with* 1:09:51 maghfirah*. 1:09:54 >> See, we just say that to pray for 1:09:56 everyone, you know. *Masyaallah*, stay 1:09:59 consistent like that. *Assalamualaikum* 1:10:02 . That’s why we are sometimes 1:10:04 surprised that fellow Muslims ignore* 1:10:05 Assalamualaikum*because they don’t 1:10:07 understand. Even though we should just 1:10:11 judge by the appearance, even if their 1:10:13 intentions are bad. Ah, he wants to say 1:10:15 the greeting, but his intentions are 1:10:16 bad. Who knows what’s in their heart? 1:10:20 *Assalamualaikum*. *Waalaikumsalam 1:10:23 warahmatullahi wabarakatuh*. I 1:10:26 apologize, I apologize to all existing 1:10:28 Islamic groups. If he says the greeting 1:10:33 , I will answer*waalaikumsalam 1:10:35 warahmatullahi wabarakatuh*. 1:10:38 >> Muslim. 1:10:39 >> Yes. Because when he greets me, if I 1:10:43 also meet him, I will say* 1:10:45 Assalamualaikum*or*Assalam*. *Assalam* 1:10:49 also means the same thing. There’s a* 1:10:53 hadhaf*, meaning something was omitted. 1:10:57 *Assalam*means*Assalamualaikum*, you 1:11:01 know. Ah, so it’s really interesting. 1:11:06 It’s interesting if we are consistent 1:11:09 , and when we say*Assalamualaikum*, at 1:11:12 the very least it protects the area 1:11:15 from danger. H. 1:11:18 >> If you, for example, are consistent 1:11:19 here in Cibubur. 1:11:20 >> Yes. 1:11:21 >> Cibubur, what do you call it? Like a 1:11:24 mosquito repellent coil, the Cibubur 1:11:27 area will become safe. * 1:11:30 >> Masyaallah*. 1:11:31 >> Through the means of the greeting we 1:11:33 say. *Assalamualaikum*, especially if 1:11:35 answered with*waalaikumsalam 1:11:37 warahmatullahi wabarakatuh*. Keep doing 1:11:39 it. *Masyaallah*, that is entrusting 1:11:43 our situation and condition to Allah. 1:11:49 Yes, that’s why. "Wow, this*ustadz*is 1:11:52 the guardian of Cibubur." The guardian 1:11:56 of Cibubur. It doesn’t mean the* 1:11:59 ustadz*who guards Cibubur, but his good 1:12:02 deeds. Preventing calamity. It is 1:12:06 goodness, right? Preventing calamity, 1:12:09 isn’t it? Yes, preventing calamity. 1:12:13 >> The more, the wider the goodness that 1:12:15 is spread, then what happens to the 1:12:17 calamity? It becomes narrowed. If the 1:12:21 goodness spreads further, the calamity 1:12:23 narrows and gets squeezed out. 1:12:25 >> Yes. 1:12:25 >> So it cannot penetrate, you see. * 1:12:29 >> Absus-salam*. 1:12:30 >> Ah, that’s why the Prophet said* 1:12:31 afsus-salam*. So sometimes we say* 1:12:34 afsus-salam*without knowing the meaning 1:12:36 . Just spread the greeting, it’s good 1:12:39 , just say the greeting. * 1:12:41 Assalamualaikum*, the important thing 1:12:42 is the practice. 1:12:44 >> Okay. 1:12:45 >> Only then do we get the benefits. * 1:12:46 >> Masyaallah*. *La haula wala quwwata 1:12:49 illa billah*. Therefore, why must we 1:12:52 love our fellow Muslims? Because our 1:12:56 hearts will unite with the hearts of 1:12:58 other Muslims. If our hearts unite with 1:13:02 theirs, it will weave a strength. 1:13:08 Because the woven strength of 1:13:10 brotherhood will repel calamity, will 1:13:12 repel, what do you call it? Attacks, 1:13:16 both physical and psychological. You 1:13:21 cannot be pitted against your child 1:13:23 when your heart and your child’s 1:13:25 heart are connected. 1:13:28 >> What is "psychic," Ustaz? "Psychic" is, 1:13:30 uh, what do you call it? Psychology, 1:13:33 it's spiritual, it's...if physical is 1:13:37 physical, if "psi," it's mental, you 1:13:41 know. 1:13:43 >> When our hearts are united psychically 1:13:46 like that, it becomes a strength. You 1:13:50 know. Well, here is the proof from one 1:13:54 of the wars when they were besieging an 1:13:56 enemy fortress. One of the Muslims had 1:14:01 his waterskin fall. 1:14:03 >> Waterskin. 1:14:03 >> A waterskin is a drinking water 1:14:05 container. 1:14:05 >> Yes. Yes. 1:14:06 >> It fell. 1:14:06 >> Yes. 1:14:07 >> His companion immediately, what? What? 1:14:11 Immediately went into the river to get 1:14:13 the waterskin. 1:14:14 >> It was seen by the infidels. Look at 1:14:17 Muhammad's friends. Even for a fallen 1:14:20 waterskin, his friend immediately 1:14:22 retrieved it. Especially if he were 1:14:25 hurt. See. Yes. 1:14:30 >> Just the waterskin. 1:14:31 >> If it’s already like that just for a 1:14:32 waterskin. Especially if he were hurt, 1:14:35 he would definitely retaliate. That is 1:14:38 the understanding, you see. Now, that 1:14:40 is within that history. Oh, masyaallah, 1:14:42 how beautiful. That is why the 1:14:45 Muhajirin and Ansar. Why did the Ansar 1:14:48 willingly let their homes be occupied 1:14:50 by the Muhajirin? Because when he 1:14:54 offered his home to the Muhajirin, he 1:14:57 already entered his paradise right 1:15:00 there. Once again, when an Ansari 1:15:04 invites a Muhajir to enter his home, he 1:15:06 has already entered the paradise of 1:15:08 Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. See, so how 1:15:13 could he have any doubt in his feelings 1:15:15 ? Oh, masyaallah, happy to see his 1:15:18 brother at home, living in the house. 1:15:20 Alhamdulillah, Akhi. This is all I can 1:15:23 give, yes. You follow here with 1:15:25 sincerity, that's how it is. 1:15:27 >> No wonder they were even willing to 1:15:28 share wives, 1:15:30 >> yes. If allowed, he would even share 1:15:32 his wife, 1:15:35 >> but then, uh, it is not justified, you 1:15:38 know. Well, that is because of the 1:15:40 desire to make others happy. 1:15:43 >> When he is able to make his brother 1:15:45 happy, he is made happy by the people 1:15:47 of the heavens. The inhabitants of the 1:15:50 heavens. 1:15:51 >> The inhabitants of the heavens make him 1:15:53 happy. 1:15:54 >> If made happy by the people of the 1:15:56 world, well, maybe it’s like this or 1:15:59 that. But if made happy by the 1:16:01 inhabitants of the heavens, masyaallah, 1:16:03 it is immeasurable, uncountable. There, 1:16:08 that’s it. That is why people living 1:16:10 in difficulty, in quotation marks. 1:16:12 Living without wealth, they are still 1:16:14 calm. Why? Because they are supported 1:16:17 by the inhabitants of the heavens. See. 1:16:22 Well, we have to strive, we have to do 1:16:24 this because our level is still there, 1:16:26 you know. Well, that is what I can 1:16:29 explain. Wallahu a'lam bisawab. 1:16:34 >> Wallahu a'lam bisawab. Masyaallah, 1:16:36 Ustaz. That concludes it, Mr. Gunawan, 1:16:39 hopefully it answers the questions and 1:16:41 provides knowledge from Ustaz Ahmad. 1:16:44 >> Masyaallah. Masyaallah. We got new 1:16:46 knowledge about "assalamualaikum," 1:16:49 Ustaz. Hopefully it is useful, and 1:16:53 alhamdulillah, Ustaz, we have answered 1:16:55 all the questions. 1:16:57 >> Oh, masyaallah. 1:16:58 >> Alhamdulillah, it didn't feel like time 1:16:59 passed. 1:16:59 >> Yes. Yes. Alright. 1:17:01 >> Listening to the answers from Ustaz 1:17:02 Ahmad along with his knowledge. 1:17:04 >> Alright, Ustaz. As 1:17:06 >> a conclusion for advice to the brothers 1:17:08 and sisters regarding the prohibition 1:17:10 of having bad prejudice and insulting 1:17:12 Muslims. Naam. What must be prioritized 1:17:17 towards the Ummah of Prophet Muhammad 1:17:19 is husnuzon (positive thinking). Why is 1:17:24 husnuzon necessary? Because he is the 1:17:26 follower of Prophet Muhammad. Why the 1:17:30 follower of Prophet Muhammad? Because 1:17:32 he is His beloved. That is, Prophet 1:17:35 Muhammad is Allah's beloved. Prophet 1:17:40 Muhammad is hurt when his followers are 1:17:42 hurt, so Allah also feels that pain. 1:17:45 >> Allah feels it, mashallah. That is why 1:17:50 it is said, "Innallaha wa malaikatahu 1:17:52 yusalluna alan nabi." Even Allah and 1:17:57 the angels send blessings upon the 1:17:58 Prophet. Prophet Muhammad is a human 1:18:03 being, a bashar. But in the sight of 1:18:06 Allah, he has a high standing. Why? 1:18:11 Because of the character of Prophet 1:18:13 Muhammad, peace be upon him. "Wa innaka 1:18:16 la'ala khuluqin' azim." So he becomes a 1:18:19 mascot, as we say, the Prophet becomes 1:18:23 the mascot. The mascot of the most 1:18:27 beloved creature. So do not—well, 1:18:30 there is a, pardon me, what is the term 1:18:34 —kashf. Kashf. Ali bin Abi Talib 1:18:41 wanted to know if Umar was fierce only 1:18:44 toward the inhabitants of the earth or 1:18:47 also toward the angels; apparently, 1:18:50 mashallah, Umar bin Khattab was also 1:18:52 fierce toward the angels, saying, "Be 1:18:55 careful.""You do not know who my 1:18:59 companion is," he said. "You do not 1:19:02 know who my companion is.""My companion 1:19:05 is the beloved of Allah, Muhammad, 1:19:07 peace be upon him." Oh, is that so. 1:19:10 >> The angels. 1:19:10 >> Yes. The angels, that is in the kashf, 1:19:12 right? Yes. This, yes. But this is 1:19:15 certainly, yes. But since I have 1:19:17 already mentioned it, it becomes kashf. 1:19:21 Therefore, why must we send blessings 1:19:24 upon the Prophet? 1:19:26 >> Why must we send blessings upon the 1:19:28 Prophet's family? Why must we send 1:19:31 blessings upon his companions? Why must 1:19:34 we love the followers of Prophet 1:19:36 Muhammad? Because they are sources of 1:19:40 benefit for us, sources of happiness 1:19:45 for us, sources of blessings for us. 1:19:49 See. So if we contemplate it, oh 1:19:52 mashallah, Allahumma sholli ala 1:19:54 sayyidina Muhammadin nuril anwari wa 1:19:56 sirril asrari wa tiryaqil aghyari wa 1:19:58 miftahi babil yasari, sayyidina wa 1:20:00 maulana Muhammadinil muhtari wa alihil 1:20:02 athari wa as-habihil akhyari. Like that 1:20:07 , yes. Alright, that is what can be 1:20:10 concluded. Wasallallahu ala nabiina 1:20:14 Muhammadin. Wallahu a'lam bish-shawab. 1:20:17 Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi 1:20:20 wabarakatuh. 1:20:21 >> Wa'alaikumussalam warahmatullahi 1:20:23 wabarakatuh. Alhamdulillahirabbil ' 1:20:24 alamin. Jazakumullah khairan for the 1:20:26 knowledge. God willing, with Allah's 1:20:29 permission and will, if Allah wills it, 1:20:33 next Friday we will study together 1:20:35 again with Ustaz Ahmad Saleh at the 1:20:38 mustajab times. 1:20:41 >> Very well. Hopefully, what has been 1:20:43 conveyed by Ustaz Ahmad Saleh is 1:20:44 beneficial. Let us always have positive 1:20:48 assumptions about Muslims and offer 1:20:51 greetings to those we know and even 1:20:54 those we do not know. I, Fauzi, and 1:20:58 Nuri apologize for any mistakes. We 1:21:00 close with, Subhanakallahumma 1:21:02 wabihamdika ashadu alla ilaha illa anta 1:21:04 astaghfiruka wa atubu ilaik. 1:21:06 Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi 1:21:07 wabarakatuh. 1:21:08 >> Wa'alaikumussalam.
