0:25 Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy 0:28 and blessings. All praise is due to 0:33 Allah; we praise Him, we seek His aid, 0:36 and we seek His forgiveness. We seek 0:39 refuge in Allah from the evils of 0:41 ourselves and our misdeeds. Whoever 0:46 Allah guides, there is none to lead him 0:48 astray. And whoever He leads astray, 0:51 there is none to guide. I bear witness 0:56 that there is no god but Allah alone, 0:59 with no partner, and I bear witness 1:02 that our master Muhammad is His servant 1:05 and messenger. What Allah wills happens 1:11 , and what He does not will does not 1:13 happen. There is no power or strength 1:16 except by Allah, the Exalted, the 1:19 Almighty. Furthermore. Brothers and 1:23 sisters. Viewers of TV Silaturahim and 1:27 listeners of Radio Silaturahim who are 1:29 dearly loved by Allah Subhanahu wa 1:31 ta'ala. We are very happy tonight to be 1:37 able to reconnect through the study of 1:42 the Lafziyah Quranic translation. 1:46 Praise be to Allah, tonight we begin 1:51 from the eighth juz after completing 1:57 the previous 7 juz, which in our study 2:05 over these past few years we have 2:08 covered 7 juz. So, tonight we begin or 2:16 arrive at the 8th juz. Therefore, let 2:25 us open our study tonight together by 2:28 reciting the prayer for seeking 2:31 knowledge. In the name of Allah, the 2:34 Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. O 2:37 Lord, increase me in knowledge. O Allah 2:40 , benefit me with what You have taught 2:43 me, teach me what will benefit me, and 2:45 provide me with knowledge that benefits 2:48 me. Amen. We begin the 8th juz, Surah 2:55 Al-An'am, verse 111. I seek refuge in 3:02 Allah from the accursed Satan. In the 3:09 name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the 3:11 Most Merciful. And even if we had sent 3:20 down to them the angels, and the dead 3:36 spoke to them, and We gathered before 3:38 them every single thing face to face 3:49 they would not unless Allah wills 4:02 except if Allah wills, but most of them 4:10 are ignorant. The literal meaning: " 4:19 Walau annana" means and if indeed We " 4:27 nazzalna" sent down "ilaihim" to them " 4:35 almalaikata" the angels and they spoke 4:43 with them. "Almauta", those who have 4:50 died many, not just one. "Mauta" is the 4:56 plural of "mayyitun". If "mayitun" is 4:59 one dead person, if "mauta" it is many 5:02 dead people. "Wahasyarna alaihim". And 5:07 We gathered before them "kulla syaiin"( 5:16 everything) "qubulan"(by confronting 5:24 them or face to face, it can also be an 5:30 explanation for 'alaihim'), "ma kanu"( 5:35 then they would not) "liyukminu"(ever 5:39 believe) "illa ayasya Allah"(unless 5:49 Allah wills/except if Allah wills), " 5:54 walakinna aktarsarahum"(but most of 5:59 them) "yajhalun"(do not know) the truth 6:07 . The overall meaning. And even if We 6:14 had truly sent down angels to them and 6:20 the dead had spoken to them and We had 6:27 gathered before them in a crowd 6:34 everything that they desired they would 6:41 still not believe unless Allah wills it 6:47 . But most of them do not know the 6:52 truth. This is still closely related to 6:58 the previous verses, especially the two 7:01 verses before it, verses 109 and 110. 7:06 where the disbelievers swore that if a 7:10 sign of Allah's greatness, a miracle, 7:14 were brought, they would believe. So 7:19 here, Allah states no. The matter of 7:25 faith or not believing is not a matter 7:29 of whether there is a miracle or not. 7:35 Many people who believe do so without 7:38 seeing miracles. Like the companions. 7:45 Many of them believed not because of 7:48 miracles but because they wanted to 7:53 attain [guidance]. Because they knew 7:57 about the truth, as well as our faith, 7:59 the Muslim community long after the 8:02 Prophet. We have never seen any of the 8:06 Prophet's miracles, yet we believe. Why 8:10 is that? Because Allah willed it. Yes, 8:12 exactly. So, people believe not merely 8:16 because of miracles. Even if what they 8:21 desired were fulfilled by Allah, and 8:28 what they asked for was presented 8:32 before them. Even if the dead were to 8:38 speak, confirming Prophet Muhammad, 8:41 peace be upon him, they still would not 8:45 believe unless Allah willed it. Now, 8:50 this will of Allah is certainly in 8:52 accordance with what humans desire. So, 8:57 if you want to believe, then follow 8:59 Allah's guidance. Then Allah will will 9:02 for us to believe. If we do not follow 9:05 Allah's guidance, then we will not be 9:08 willed to believe. It is just that most 9:11 humans do not know the truth. They 9:14 think that if miracles come, they must 9:17 believe—but they don't. Therefore, 9:20 let us be happy, all of us who believe 9:24 without having to see miracles. That's 9:28 how it is. Next, verse 112. "Wa 9:39 kadzalika ja'alna li kulli nabiyyin"" 9:45 aduwan""shayatin al-""insi""yuhi"" 9:54 ba'duhum""yuhi ba'duhum ila ba'din"" 10:04 zukhruf al-""wa law""rabbuka ma 10:17 fa'aluhu fa dzarhum wa ma yaftarun""Wa 10:27 kadzalika" literally means "and thus," 10:30 and "ja'alna" means "we made," for " 10:34 likulli" for every prophet. What did 10:41 Allah make? "Aduwan," an enemy. What 10:47 does the enemy consist of? "Shayatin 10:52 al-insi," human devils, "wa al-jinni," 10:58 and jinn devils, "yuhi" who whisper, " 11:05 ba'duhum" some of them "ila ba'din" to 11:08 others, what do they whisper? "Zukhruf 11:15 al-qawli," decorative speech, "ghururan 11:19 " as deception. "Wa law" means "and if, 11:29 ""rabbuka" your Lord "had willed,""ma 11:33 fa'aluhu" they would not have done it. 11:40 "Fa dzarhum" so leave them, "wa ma 11:44 yaftarun" and what they fabricate. The 11:52 overall meaning: "And thus, for every 11:56 Prophet, We have made enemies from 11:59 among the devils of mankind and jinn." 12:06 Some of them whisper to others 12:08 decorative speech as deception. And if 12:15 your Lord had willed, they would not 12:17 have done it. So leave them with the 12:23 lies they fabricate. Now, this is both 12:30 a consolation and a warning; 12:31 consolation for the Prophet, peace be 12:34 upon him, and his followers, and a 12:36 warning to his enemies. So indeed, 12:42 every prophet and the followers of a 12:44 prophet will have enemies. So do not 12:49 ever think that in upholding the truth, 12:52 we will not face obstacles. Clearly, 12:55 Allah has stated as much. There will be 12:58 enemies. An enemy is one who hinders 13:02 what a person desires. That is called 13:04 an enemy. So, we want people to pray. 13:10 Then there are people who hinder it, 13:11 saying "don't pray." That is our enemy. 13:15 We want Muslim women to wear the hijab 13:17 and cover their aurat. People say, "you 13:21 don't need to wear the hijab.""That's 13:23 just Arab culture." Ah, that is an 13:25 enemy. Yes, right. Even though covering 13:29 the aurat is not a culture, but a 13:31 religious law, and so on. We command 13:35 people to be generous. Some people say, 13:39 "there is no need to be generous.""We 13:43 are the ones who worked for this wealth 13:44 , why should it be given to others?" 13:47 That is an enemy. So, every prophet and 13:50 their followers will inevitably face 13:53 enemies. Who are the enemies? The 13:56 enemies are devils. So, a devil is one 13:59 who keeps you away from the truth. 14:02 Satqana yastunu. Just like saying bauda 14:05 means far. Now, some devils are humans 14:09 who are visible, and some are jinn who 14:12 are invisible. They work together, 14:16 exchanging information. Now, I 14:22 translate yuhi ba'duhum ila ba'din as 14:25 whispering to each other, exchanging 14:29 information. The information they bring 14:34 is usually beautiful but deceptive. For 14:40 instance, the idea that if you hoard 14:42 wealth and don't give it to others, 14:45 you'll become rich. Yet, that is not 14:48 necessarily true. In fact, the more 14:51 people hoard wealth, the more they 14:54 worry about rising crime and so on. Or, 15:00 just show your skin so you can look 15:04 beautiful. There is no one who looks 15:09 more beautiful just because they reveal 15:11 their body. There really isn't, if we 15:15 want to be honest. So we can look at 15:18 those who wear the hijab and those who 15:20 do not. God willing, on average, beauty 15:24 is more apparent in those who wear the 15:27 hijab. So, that is the devil's 15:30 deception, spreading information to the 15:35 perpetrators or others, all while under 15:39 God's watchful eye. More or less like 15:42 that. So don't worry, just leave it be. 15:46 That will be God's business. That is 15:49 what will hinder them. The important 15:53 thing is that we keep preaching, be 15:55 serious, and we will surely succeed. So 15:58 , that is more or less it. Verse number 16:01 one. Now, 112. 113. Walitasg ilaihi 16:13 afidatulladzina laa yminuna bil 16:20 akhirati waliyarduhu waliyaqtarifu ma 16:28 hum muqtarifun. The literal meaning, " 16:36 walitasg" and the root interested means 16:44 to listen intently. That is "isg," so 16:47 it is translated as interested by the 16:49 Department of Religion, which is 16:51 correct. "Ilaihi" to it, to that 16:54 whisper. Who? "Afidatulladzina la 16:58 yukminun," the inner hearts. "Afidah," 17:02 the inner hearts of those who do not 17:04 believe "bil akhirati" in the hereafter 17:07 . "Waliardu" and they will be pleased 17:11 with it. "And they will do,""ma" that 17:18 which "hum" they "muqtarifun" are doing 17:23 . The overall meaning of verse 113: " 17:30 And so that the hearts of those who do 17:33 not believe in the hereafter will be 17:35 inclined toward it, and be pleased with 17:38 it, and so that they will commit what 17:40 they are committing." Now, then God 17:46 conveys that we should be careful and 17:49 not fall into those whispers. Because 17:53 why? Those who will be influenced are 17:57 those who do not believe in the 18:00 hereafter; they will be attracted to 18:03 those deceptive pieces of information. 18:07 But those who believe will not be 18:09 attracted. So, those who are tempted 18:11 are those who do not believe in the 18:14 hereafter. Now, even after they are 18:17 tempted, they become pleased. Pleased 18:20 with what is being conveyed. And 18:21 finally, what happens? The third level 18:23 is that they act upon it. That is what 18:27 happens when people do not believe in 18:30 the hereafter. Now, so that we are not 18:34 drawn to deceptive information—often 18:38 called "hoaxes" these days—let us 18:43 believe in the hereafter, so we will 18:47 not be interested in the hoaxes 18:51 spreading around us. Let alone enjoying 18:55 them, let alone doing them. This is one 19:01 guideline, in my opinion, for facing 19:05 news that is not based on reality. We 19:11 face deceptive, fake news by having 19:15 faith in Allah and the Last Day. If we 19:21 do not believe in the Last Day, then it 19:24 is likely we will be interested. Once 19:27 interested, we will like it, and once 19:29 we like it, we will follow through with 19:31 it. Hopefully, we are protected by 19:34 Allah from this kind of behavior. Next, 19:39 verse 114. Afaghairallahi abtaghi 19:48 hakaman wahuwalladzi anzala ilaikumul 19:58 kitaba mufassola walladzina 20:05 aatainahumul kitaba ya'lamuna bilhaq 20:22 annahu munazzalum mirbika bilhaqqi fala 20:29 takunanna minal mumtarin afaghairullah, 20:39 is it to other than Allah. Abtaghi. I 20:47 seek a judge or arbiter. Wahua, and He 20:55 is the one alladzi anzala who revealed 21:00 ilaikum to you alkitaba the Book 21:03 mufassola in detail, clearly explained. 21:10 That is the meaning if it is Javanese. 21:15 Walladina aatainahumul kitaba. And 21:19 those to whom We gave the Book. 21:25 ya'lamuna. They know annahu that it, 21:29 meaning that which Allah revealed to 21:32 Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him, 21:35 which is the Quran. munazzalun is 21:39 revealed mirbika from your Lord 21:42 bilhaqqi with the truth. Fala takunna, 21:47 so do not be minal mumtarin among those 21:53 who doubt. The overall meaning of verse 21:59 114. Should I seek a judge other than 22:03 Allah? Even though He is the one who 22:08 revealed the Book, or the Quran, to you 22:11 in detail. Those to whom We gave the 22:16 Book know well that the Quran was 22:19 revealed from your Lord with the truth, 22:23 so do not be among those who doubt. 22:28 There are several messages here. The 22:31 first is that we, as Muslims, must not 22:34 make anyone other than Allah a judge. 22:38 Do not seek judgment from other than 22:42 Allah. It will not be fair. Yes, that 22:45 is it. Now, if you are looking for a 22:48 decision, who should you seek? Allah. 22:53 Or the book that Allah revealed, which 22:55 is the Quran. It must be fair. Why is 22:59 justice not evenly distributed? Why is 23:02 justice also not realized? Because the 23:06 judge does not follow Allah's guidance. 23:10 We must keep conveying this 23:12 persuasively and with full awareness. 23:16 So that they truly realize it. Do not 23:19 force them. We must keep conveying it. 23:22 Yes, that is it. Now, then the second 23:26 message, there are people who do not 23:29 want to—they reject what is revealed 23:32 by Allah, the Quran; their rejection is 23:36 not because they do not know. They know 23:40 , they "ya'lamuna annahu munazzalum 23:42 mirbika bilhaq." Why do they reject it? 23:46 Because the one who received the 23:48 revelation is not their own people. Why 23:51 not a Jew? If the one who received it 23:55 were a Jew, the Jews would believe. 23:59 Because they really look down on the 24:03 Arabs. So, that is where the problem 24:06 lies. The problem is not because they 24:09 do not know that the Quran was revealed 24:11 by Allah with truth. The problem is 24:14 only that they are jealous and envious. 24:16 Why is the one receiving the Quran not 24:20 your group? Not Christians, not Jews, 24:25 but Arabs. That is the reason. Ah, the 24:29 third message, since now you know that 24:32 they refuse not because they do not 24:35 know, but only because you are not 24:37 Jewish or Christian. Do not become a 24:41 person who doubts. We Muslims must not 24:45 doubt the truth of the Quran. Why? Now, 24:51 this is a verse we often hear as well. 24:54 Verse 115. Watammat kalimatu rabbika 25:02 sidqo wa adla la mubaddila likalimatih 25:14 wahuwas samiul alim. Wat means and has 25:21 been perfected kalimatu rabbika your 25:26 Lord's word, meaning the Quran sidqon 25:33 with truth, its truth, wa and its 25:38 justice, la mubaddila likalimatih none 25:44 can change His words Wahua and He is 25:52 Allah, as-Sami the All-Hearing, al-Alim 25:56 the All-Knowing. The overall meaning. 26:03 And the word of your Lord, the Quran, 26:07 has been perfected in truth and justice 26:11 . None can change His words, and He is 26:17 the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing. So if 26:22 you seek truth and justice that is 26:25 certain and perfect, there is nothing 26:28 other than the Quran. This is stated by 26:33 Allah Himself, not delivered by Prophet 26:35 Muhammad, peace be upon him. He is 26:38 merely a conduit for what is delivered 26:41 by Allah. He is the messenger, a 26:44 conduit for the mission message from 26:47 Allah, delivered to Angel Gabriel, 26:49 delivered to Prophet Muhammad, peace be 26:51 upon him, and delivered to us. What is 26:55 its content? The Quran's truth and 26:58 justice are certain and perfect. So, we 27:04 say, happy are we who can accept it. 27:08 Those who have not accepted it should 27:09 not be forced. We must continue to 27:12 preach "la ikraha fiddin." Therefore, 27:16 there is no violence in proselytizing. 27:18 Yes, because da'wah is about inviting. 27:21 Since when does someone invite with 27:24 violence? If you invite with violence, 27:26 those invited will surely run away. 27:30 Even when Allah addressed Pharaoh who 27:33 claimed to be God, Prophet Musa and 27:36 Prophet Harun were still commanded to 27:38 speak with gentle words. We are 27:43 preaching, inviting, not threatening. 27:46 Yes, that is it. So, that is what we 27:49 convey to the Muslim community, 27:51 especially those who believe in the 27:54 Quran; they certainly must believe. And 27:59 to those who do not yet believe, Allah 28:02 states—Allah our Lord states—that 28:06 the truth and justice of the Quran are 28:09 perfect and the Quran cannot be altered 28:12 . A book that remains intact from the 28:18 moment it was revealed until the end, a 28:21 guarantee from Allah: "la mubaddila 28:24 likalimatih." Other books have no such 28:29 guarantee. Yes, that is what is 28:31 guaranteed according to us, Muslims. 28:35 Once again, according to us Muslims, 28:37 what is guaranteed not to change is the 28:40 Quran. Yes. Then, moving on to verse 28:45 116. Wain tuti aktaro man fil ardhi 28:55 yudilluka sabilillah. Inyattabiuna 29:09 illadonna wain hum illa yakhrusun. Its 29:21 literal meaning: wain tuti and if you 29:26 follow aksara the majority of those on 29:35 earth, yudilluka they will surely 29:39 mislead you an sabilillahi from the 29:45 path of Allah. Why? Iyattabiuna? They 29:54 do not follow except for mere 29:57 conjecture. Wain hum. And they are not 30:05 except lying. This is the deeper 30:09 meaning. Even though "yakhrusun" can be 30:12 interpreted as guessing. But the 30:14 Ministry of Religious Affairs 30:16 interprets it as lying. Now, this is 30:18 even more solid, isn't it. So, if 30:21 translated like this, it is possible, 30:23 but perhaps less solid. And they do 30:25 nothing but merely guess, yes. But the 30:30 Ministry of Religious Affairs adds " 30:32 with lies," which is more solid. Now, 30:37 the overall meaning is: if you follow 30:40 most people on this earth, they will 30:43 surely lead you astray from the way of 30:46 Allah. They only follow mere 30:53 assumptions, and they are only 30:57 inventing lies. I am reading from the 31:01 Ministry of Religious Affairs 31:03 translation. So, if it is the Quran, 31:06 the guarantee is clear: "tammat 31:08 kalimatuka rabbika." But anything 31:11 besides the Quran is just speculation. 31:15 Suppose justice is just guesswork. For 31:19 example, justice as "equal shares." It 31:21 is not certain that equal shares are 31:23 just. For instance, I have a child aged 31:30 25 years, and another 5 years old. If I 31:34 make them equal, giving them the same 31:35 money. Wow, this is clearly unfair. 31:38 Well, that is more or less it. So the 31:41 Quran says justice is proportional, 31:43 placing things in their right place. 31:47 Thus, women in Quranic inheritance 31:49 receive half, men receive one. Why? 31:54 Because a woman is supported; she will 31:56 be a wife or supported by her children. 31:59 Meanwhile, a man, he is the provider; 32:02 he will be a husband and a father. Ah, 32:05 proportional, fair. Now, this is for 32:08 all you brothers. As for human justice, 32:11 it was just guesswork. Ah, possibly 32:15 right. Possibly not. So, brothers, let 32:20 us be convinced of the truth of the 32:23 Al-Quran. And if we are not yet 32:25 convinced, let us continue to study the 32:27 Al-Quran. And truth is not determined 32:31 by a small or large number. It is not 32:35 certain that the majority is right. Not 32:37 certain, yes. In fact, it is mentioned 32:40 here that following the majority will 32:43 actually lead us astray from the path 32:45 of Allah. In reality, between the 32:48 infidels and the Muslims, which is 32:49 greater? There are more infidels, right 32:53 ? Between those who pray and those who 32:55 don't, which is more? Those who don't 32:57 pray, right? Now, that is indeed the 32:59 devil; that is the source, the devil. 33:02 He does not want few followers; he is 33:05 always striving. Now, this is what we 33:08 should strive for. How we also strive 33:11 to seek as many followers as possible. 33:14 Right, yes. As long as what? It is 33:17 correct. Yes. So, truth is not only 33:20 determined by numbers, but truth is 33:23 determined by Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala 33:26 . That is absolute truth. While human 33:31 truth is relative truth. Possibly true 33:36 in one place, but possibly not true in 33:38 another. When we go to Europe, we meet 33:42 men and women, what do they do? They 33:46 kiss each other, right. Not just cheek 33:49 kissing, but mouth kissing too; but for 33:51 us Javanese people, mashallah, that is 33:54 a great shame. See, that's how it is. 33:57 We usually shake hands or kiss the hand 34:00 —not kiss the cheek, not kiss the 34:03 mouth—but kiss the hand of elders. 34:08 Now, that is relative because humans 34:09 are the ones determining it. But if 34:12 Allah, it is absolute, yes. If Allah 34:15 says it is true, it must be true. If we 34:17 don't understand, we should learn. 34:19 Don't just start blaming others. That's 34:22 how it is. Because Allah is the Lord of 34:25 all mankind. It is impossible for Allah 34:28 to be unjust to humans. That's it, my 34:31 brothers. Verse 116, verse 117, and 34:37 also, as a conclusion, we will read 34:42 verse 118 as well. Even though they are 34:48 in different chapters, and 118 will 34:51 continue to 119, because we have set up 34:55 our system page by page, not chapter by 34:59 chapter, since the page ends at 118, we 35:03 will finish at 118. Let's read, "Inna 35:10 rabbaka hua a'lamu may yudillu" 35:17 sabilihi wahua a'lamu bil muhtadin. " 35:26 Sorry, let's just stop here for now. 35:27 Because verse 118 has a different 35:31 subject, a different theme. Inna 35:35 rabbaka, truly your Lord, hua, He, 35:39 a'lamu, knows better, man, who, 35:42 yadhillu, goes astray 'an sabilihi, 35:47 from His path, wa hua a'lamu, and He 35:50 knows better bil muhtadin, about those 35:56 who are guided or are seeking guidance. 36:02 So Allah knows who the people are who 36:05 do not want to be guided, that is the 36:07 understanding. So that was the overall 36:13 translation. Truly your Lord, He is the 36:18 one who knows better who has gone 36:20 astray from His path and He also knows 36:22 better those who have received guidance 36:25 . So, masyaAllah, this is a subtle hint 36:30 , isn't it? Who will Allah let go 36:34 astray? Allah knows. Because they 36:36 indeed do not want to be guided, so 36:39 they go astray. But for those who seek 36:42 guidance, here it is' ihtada yahtadi ', 36:44 it becomes' ifta'ala ', the pattern is' 36:46 ifta'ala '.' Ifta'ala 'means there is a 36:48 desire in them to get guidance, to be 36:50 guided by Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. 36:53 Now, meanwhile, people who indeed do 36:55 not want to be guided are led astray by 36:57 Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala; do not blame 36:59 Allah. I am astray and [the one who is] 37:03 guided, it is already Allah's decree, 37:06 there is no effort from us. Although 37:10 the final decree is indeed in the hands 37:12 of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Let us 37:16 keep seeking guidance. We will be given 37:19 guidance by Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. 37:22 Let us avoid paths that lead astray so 37:25 that we do not become people who are 37:28 led astray by Allah. Then Allah talks 37:32 about food, verse 118. It's very short. 37:40 Just one line, brothers and sisters. 37:43 Fakulu mimma dhukira ismullahi' alaihi 37:51 in kuntum biayatihi mu'minin. The 38:02 literal meaning is: then eat of that 38:08 which is mentioned, the name of Allah 38:16 over it, meaning when it is slaughtered 38:20 , in kuntum, if you, biayatihi, with 38:26 His verses-biayatihi, it is long, 38:31 biayatihi-with His verses, mu'minin, 38:38 are believers, so the predicate of ' 38:41 kuntum' is 'mu'minin', the subject of ' 38:47 kana' is the 'ta' there, a connected 38:51 pronoun, the 'mim' is a plural marker, 38:54 meaning then eat from that, meaning the 38:58 meat of the animal upon which Allah's 39:01 name is mentioned when slaughtered, if 39:05 you believe in His verses. Now, having 39:08 finished talking about the truth of the 39:13 Qur'an, about how people are led astray 39:17 by Allah, and about how people receive 39:21 guidance. Now, Allah speaks about what 39:25 part of the Sharia is it? The important 39:28 thing is eating. This eating is very 39:31 important. Don't consider it 39:34 unimportant. All activities are 39:37 determined by food. I say all, or 39:40 almost all, of it. Because if we don't 39:42 eat, we cannot carry out activities. 39:45 Now, what we eat, Allah commands us to 39:51 pay close attention so that your food 39:54 is good. uh to gain goodness in this 40:01 world and the hereafter, eat the 40:04 animals that were slaughtered by 40:07 mentioning the name of Allah, which is 40:11 by reciting the Basmalah. 40:14 Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Now, that is 40:19 a sign that we believe in the verses of 40:22 Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. Then the 40:26 scholars have differed, yes, regarding 40:29 the ruling of reciting the Basmalah. 40:32 Some say it is mandatory, some say it 40:35 is Sunnah. There are even those who say 40:37 it is Makruh. That is it. So regarding 40:41 slaughtering by reciting the Basmalah. 40:46 Some say it is mandatory, some say it 40:48 is Sunnah. Now, regardless of that 40:52 controversy, it is better for us to 40:55 recite the Basmalah when slaughtering 40:58 an animal. Now, that is, brothers and 41:01 sisters, what we are allowed to eat are 41:05 the slaughtered animals for which the 41:08 person slaughtering them recited the 41:11 Basmalah. That is a sign that we 41:14 believe in the verses of Allah. 41:17 Hopefully we can all understand this, 41:20 and I apologize if there are any 41:22 shortcomings. Jazakallah khairan for 41:24 all your attention. Finally, let us end 41:28 our study by reciting the Kafaratul 41:30 Majelis prayer together. 41:33 Subhanakallahumma wabihamdika ashadu 41:36 alla ilaha illa anta astaghfiruka wa 41:38 atubu ilaik. Waffiqukum. 41:41 Assalamualaikum warahmatullah 41:43 wabarakatuh.
