Let us always convey our best 2:41 wishes and greetings to the Prophet 2:42 Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam. 2:45 Likewise to all his family and friends. 2:49 May we be steadfast in learning, 2:51 practicing and preaching the values 2:53 that he sallallahu alaihi wasallam 2:55 taught us for our lives in this world. 3:00 Dear brothers and sisters, fathers and 3:02 mothers who are blessed by Allah. Kang 3:04 Fahri ee in 2018, to be precise, ee in 3:13 May 2018, to be precise, there was a 3:17 circular issued by the Indonesian Food 3:21 and Drug Authority (BP POM) number 31. 3:25 So number 31 of 2018. The contents of 3:29 the circular were ee prohibiting or 3:33 explaining that the name sweetened 3:36 condensed milk is not or is not milk. 3:41 So since then, sweetened condensed milk 3:43 is prohibited from using the word milk. 3:45 So just use sweetened condensed milk. 3:48 Why? Because the POM Agency explained 3:50 that sweetened condensed milk is not 3:52 milk. It is glucose, sugar that tastes 3:56 like milk, but is not milk at all. Well 4:01 , even ee the POM Agency issued ee an 4:04 explanation that sweetened condensed 4:07 milk contains 40 to 50%sugar. Well, 4:12 then ee what is the high sugar content, 4:15 yes, it can increase the risk of 4:18 diabetes in children and also obesity. 4:24 Moreover, very high sugar intake can ee 4:28 cause children's teeth to decay. Well, 4:35 that's why the POM Agency issued a ban 4:39 on sweetened condensed milk products, 4:42 not to display photos of children or 4:45 images of children on their packaging. 4:48 That's no longer allowed. There used to 4:50 be photos of children, but now they're 4:52 not allowed. Likewise, it's also 4:55 prohibited to use visualizations of 4:57 milk products, such as splashes of milk 5:00 and so on, that's no longer allowed. 5:04 Well, it's also prohibited to advertise 5:07 , ee, showing it as if it's milk or 5:10 there are children in it. No. Yes, it's 5:14 also prohibited to air these 5:15 advertisements, TV advertisements are 5:17 prohibited from being aired at certain 5:20 times when there are many children, 5:22 such as on holidays in the morning and 5:24 so on, they are not allowed to air 5:26 sweetened condensed milk advertisements 5:28 . Ee from here, brothers and sisters, 5:32 ladies and gentlemen, and Kang Fahri. 5:37 From here, if we look closely, how 5:39 important it is to explain the 5:41 definition of everything so that we 5:44 really understand what it means, what 5:46 it contains, and what it is. Ee it 5:51 would be a shame if maybe ee had 5:55 already given a lot of sweetened 5:59 condensed milk to her child because she 6:04 thought it was milk protein when in 6:08 fact it was glucose. Well, it's the 6:13 same with our religion. If a definition 6:18 isn't explained properly, we can lose a 6:21 lot of meaning. Like sweetened 6:25 condensed milk and milk. We thought we 6:29 were drinking milk, but it's actually 6:31 glucose, sugar. The same goes for 6:36 religious terminology. That's why there 6:39 was a scholar from India named Imam 6:41 Abul A'la Albaudi. He wrote a book 6:46 explaining, uh, several important words 6:49 in religious terminology, like deen, 6:51 then ilah, Rabb, and so on. He 6:55 explained worship in that book. Well, 6:59 in the introduction to his book, in the 7:02 preamble, he says, "I have to explain 7:05 crucial definitions of Islam." Because 7:09 people in India don't speak Arabic, so 7:14 they don't know what they mean. It's 7:18 the same for us Indonesians because our 7:21 native language isn't Arabic. Even 7:24 Arabic speakers can make mistakes, let 7:26 alone non-Arabic speakers. So, it's 7:28 very important to explain the meaning 7:30 of everything. Well, it's the same with 7:35 Eid al-Fitr. So, the title after Eid 7:38 al-Fitr, what is the actual impact of 7:43 consuming false wealth on us? Huh, how 7:46 is it related to false wealth? Uh, so 7:48 it's like this, Sir, Madam. First, I 7:53 want to explain, what is the meaning of 7:58 ee? Fitrah or fitri, right? Eid al-Fitr 8:02 . Eid means feast. Eid is taken from 8:05 the fifth chapter of Surah Al-Maidah, 8:07 verse 114, which means feast. When 8:10 Prophet Isa asked Allah, ya qabu Maryam 8:14 allahumanazilama takunuanaidalina waina 8:22 wazna wairin. The sentence was that 8:27 Prophet Isa said, "O Allah, send down 8:29 food for us from the sky so that the 8:31 day it comes down, the day it comes 8:33 down will be a feast for us." Uh, the 8:36 anniversary of Eid al-Fitr and Eid 8:39 al-Adha actually also take the example 8:42 or ee do they take the legacy of 8:45 Prophet Isa. That's why Muslims, we are 8:48 the people who respect Prophet Isa the 8:51 most. The proof is that our two feasts 8:55 are indeed also from Prophet Isa Alaih 8:58 Salam. The tradition of eating during 9:01 Eid al-Fitr is basically the beginning. 9:05 Well, Eid al-Fitr is the day of Eid and 9:07 then Fitr. Well, we have to explain 9:11 this so that after Eid al-Fitr we 9:14 actually know what Allah has targeted 9:18 us. Well, there are two meanings of 9:21 fitr, ee, taken from the root word, a 9:23 three-letter sulasi mujarad, which 9:25 becomes one word or sentence in Arabic, 9:30 ee, in Indonesian, the words are fa th 9:33 and ro, the root word is fatoro, ee 9:35 fitr. So, something that previously did 9:40 not exist then exists or something 9:42 happens. Well, that's the name fat 9:45 fitur. That's why breakfast in Arabic 9:48 is futur. Yes, futur is because you 9:50 haven't eaten since the night before. 9:52 The first meal is called futur. Iftar, 9:55 the first meal to break the fast is 9:57 called iftar. Also taken from the word 10:00 futur. E fator, well. So the first 10:04 meaning of Eid al-Fitr is a feast for 10:07 eating. Yes, the feast where we first 10:10 eat in the morning. Because before that 10:14 , we didn't eat for a month. In the 10:16 morning, we didn't eat lunch, right? We 10:18 didn't eat breakfast. Well, that day we 10:19 had breakfast. Fitr Eid al-Fitr is the 10:21 first meaning. That's where we know 10:25 there is zakatul fitr. Ee that's why 10:28 zakat fitr is not accepted if it is 10:31 given after the Eid prayer. Because the 10:36 goal is to prepare so that no one has 10:38 to fast because they don't have food. 10:42 Yeah, that's it. That's why scholars 10:45 also require some scholars to pay zakat 10:48 fitrah with food. Ee although then 10:53 there are others who argue that the 10:55 food meant for breaking the fast is not 10:57 only food, but also needs to be 10:59 something else. So it can also be in 11:02 the form of money. Ee roughly like that 11:04 . But the first meaning is Eid al-Fitr. 11:07 It means the feast of breaking the fast 11:09 , right. The second meaning, because 11:12 there are the words fitr, the same root 11:15 as the words fitrah, right. So we can't 11:19 negate, we can't ignore this second 11:22 meaning. So, it can't just be zakat, ee 11:27 Eid al-Fitr is a feast of eating, right 11:30 ? That's all it's not allowed. It can't 11:32 be. Why? Because broadly speaking, we 11:36 must pay attention to the Qur'an 11:37 explaining the same root word and later 11:39 its connection to the verse about 11:41 Ramadan. Ah, I see. What is it? Namely 11:45 fitrah. Fitrah. Well, it is in the 30th 11:50 chapter of Surah Arrum, verse 30. 11:53 Allah's words are like this: 11:55 Auzubillahiminasyaitanirrajim. Faqim 11:59 wajhaka lidini hanifa. Turn your faces 12:04 towards this upright religion. Meaning 12:08 follow this religion. It is this 12:12 religion, the rules of this religion, 12:14 the deen and the sharia of this 12:16 religion, it is the fitratallah allati 12:18 fatharasa alaiha. He is a creation that 12:24 Allah created humans, their bodies, 12:27 their lives, Allah created with that 12:31 fitrah. Well, with the law of sharia, 12:37 it is. Yes. So this human was created 12:40 with that. La tabdila likhalqillah with 12:44 that fitrah. And you will not find 12:47 another substitute for this creation of 12:50 Allah, for that fitrah cannot be 12:52 anything else. Zalikadinul qayyim. That 12:56 is the upright religion, the rules that 12:59 have been established. Although the 13:01 aksrasi la y'lamun. But most people 13:04 don't know. So, what do you mean, 13:06 ladies and gentlemen? This is it. * 13:11 Fitratallah alati fatasa alaiha*, in 13:15 the creation of our bodies, the human 13:19 body that Allah created, there is a 13:23 fitrah in it, which is a kind of sensor 13:27 , if I may call it that, which cannot 13:33 accept if it is given other intake than 13:42 what it has asked for, what has been 13:45 determined, namely the Deen of Islam. 13:51 If given other intake to the human body 13:54 other than the deen of Islam, then this 13:57 body will be damaged. It's similar to 14:02 when you buy a cellphone. People say 14:06 like this, "Sir, that means your 14:07 cellphone has to be charged first." Eh, 14:10 like this. Charge it first for 10 hours 14:13 . Don't use it yet. When you buy a new 14:16 one, charge it first, sir. Then we 14:19 think like this, oh he doesn't see this 14:21 , he's already done what, this is 14:22 already far away, he doesn't see this. 14:25 Just let me just use it straight away 14:26 without charging it first. Well, the 14:29 risk if we do that is that our 14:32 cellphone will be damaged. Why? Because 14:38 the manufacturer is the one who 14:40 produces, he knows that in the product 14:43 he released, in this case, the 14:45 cellphone, there is something that 14:47 requires us to do certain things. Well, 14:53 the same thing happens in our bodies, 14:55 our physical bodies when Allah created 14:58 our physical bodies, there is a certain 15:00 intelligence within this body that 15:02 cannot be allowed to enter carelessly 15:04 that is not in accordance with the 15:06 teachings of Islam, otherwise it will 15:09 be damaged. The name of that 15:14 intelligence is the cell, Sir, Madam. 15:17 Well, in our bodies, yes. Cells. Well, 15:20 this is a cell. That's the picture. So, 15:25 the cell is the smallest organism in 15:29 our body. A living creature in its own 15:35 right, uh, it has its own intelligence. 15:41 Even though it is small, it is an 15:43 organism surrounded by a membrane. The 15:46 term membrane is like a kind of uh, 15:48 what is it? Like a kind of uh, uh, tube 15:53 from the others. So inside it is the 15:56 life of the cell. So, so when we say 16:00 this, I, if we say that, yes, I am 16:03 again, I am again saying, for example, 16:06 like that. Actually, when we say I to 16:10 ourselves, it means not one living 16:12 creature but billions of living 16:17 creatures that make up this body. Ee, 16:22 our body organs, our heart is made up 16:24 of cells, our liver is made up of cells 16:27 , our intestines, especially the 16:29 biomicrobes in them, which are also 16:32 living things with their own cells. Not 16:36 to mention the movement of those organs 16:39 , our heart can't move without what? 16:42 Endothelial cells, right? Our eyes are 16:45 made up of cells. Ee, everything is 16:50 made up of cells, and each cell has its 16:53 own intelligence, which is why it has 16:56 intelligence. That's because it's a 17:00 living creature, so it obeys the 17:03 commands of Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala. 17:07 So, it knows when we do something that 17:13 is not in accordance with Islamic law. 17:17 For example, men need women, 17:21 biologically. Women need men 17:26 biologically. This is a pair of men, 17:29 women, men. But out there, maybe in 17:35 countries where we don't see this, if 17:39 they feel like each other, they feel 17:42 love for each other, they can live like 17:45 husband and wife without following 17:49 Islamic law, which is marriage. They 17:54 don't need marriage. It's based on 17:57 mutual consent. Living in the same 17:59 house. Just like a husband and wife, 18:02 having children, having grandchildren, 18:04 yes, not following Islamic law, not 18:06 getting married. Allah says, faqim 18:11 wajhakidini hanifah fitratallah alati 18:14 alaiha. Earlier, Surah 30 verse 30. 18:17 Turn your faces towards this law that 18:20 is upright. That is the nature. Well, 18:24 because people out there violate the 18:27 nature. Violating the nature means not 18:29 wanting to get married. Just wanting to 18:32 live together without marriage. In the 18:35 end, what happened? We witnessed a 18:39 disease that to this day has no cure, 18:42 namely HIV or AIDS. AIDS. Ah, it spread 18:51 everywhere, huh. Starting from where? 18:54 Starting from people not adhering to 18:59 their nature, namely Islamic law. This 19:04 man and woman are a couple, okay. But 19:09 there are conditions, namely what? 19:12 Marriage. Ijab kabul. Well, apparently 19:16 this is not a joke, but it is truly 19:19 something that our bodies need, so if 19:22 it is not done, our bodies are damaged. 19:26 Yes. Well, so do the others. Please pay 19:29 attention, ladies and gentlemen. Prayer 19:31 . Prayer is also our physical need. 19:35 Prostration, yes, we need to prostrate 19:37 so that blood flows to the 19:38 suprachiasmatic nucleus located above 19:41 our temples. It controls the circadian 19:46 rhythm of our body's 24-hour cycle. So, 19:50 24 hours must be spent praying. There 19:53 are five prayers. The times, uh, have a 19:56 meaning for our body. If we violate 20:00 them, our body will be damaged. Uh, the 20:02 same thing with Eid al-Fitr, with the 20:06 Ramadan fast, ladies and gentlemen. uh, 20:10 there is a natural instinct that we 20:14 celebrate. Eid al-Fitr is actually not 20:17 just a feast of food, there are lontong 20:19 (rice cakes), vegetables, ketupat (rice 20:21 cakes), opor (rice cakes). Not only 20:24 that. That too, yes. But not that. Not 20:26 only that. The meaning is celebrating 20:29 natural instinct. What is natural 20:31 instinct? Something that Allah 20:33 implanted in our bodies. Intelligence 20:36 is the cells of our bodies that cannot 20:38 accept anything except what is in 20:40 accordance with sharia. So the series 20:44 of Ramadan fasting verses actually ends 20:48 at 188 of Surah Albaqarah. Not just 20:52 183. There are a total of six verses. 20:58 The name of this verse is continuous, 21:00 continuous, yes. 183 we all know the 21:05 verses. Yes ayyuhalladina amanuikumam 21:08 kutibainaqlikum laakumtaquun. As 21:12 believers, fasting is obligatory on you 21:14 . As before, it is obligatory for you 21:17 to fast so that you may attain piety. 21:20 If we don't continue until 188, people 21:24 or people will mistakenly think that 21:28 183 is the verse about fasting. Even 21:32 though it's not. 188 is the king's 21:36 fruit. The end of the king's fruit is 21:38 188. So, what is verse 188 of Surah 21:43 Albaqarah? Sir, Madam ee talked about 21:53 our thoroughness, our caution in 21:55 investing in wealth, consuming false 21:58 wealth. Don't let us eat false 22:02 treasures that enter our bodies. This 22:06 is nature. One of the natural traits 22:09 that Allah created our bodies with. The 22:14 sentence is 188, *wala*takulu. This wun 22:17 *wau*means a continuation of the 22:19 previous verse, **amakum, "and do not 22:24 consume your wealth, property among 22:26 your neighbors in a way that is." 22:41 That's vanity, that's because it aims 22:49 to consume human wealth in a vanity way 22:53 . Human rights are consumed in a false 22:56 way. Wa antumun even though you know it 22:59 . Well, so people fast for 1 month of 23:04 Ramadan, ladies and gentlemen who are 23:07 blessed by Allah, we are trained by 23:10 Allah in Ramadan, we are successful, 23:14 don't eat, don't drink, OK? Even though 23:19 something you eat and drink is actually 23:22 halal. Water is halal, rice is halal, 23:27 but because Allah says don't eat, don't 23:31 drink. Even though it is halal, we 23:34 don't eat, we don't drink. I mean 23:36 practice. Practice so that after 23:41 Ramadan comes out, we celebrate our 23:44 nature. There is an intelligence within 23:48 each of our bodies; each of our cells 23:51 cannot accept it if we take in false 23:54 wealth. After Ramadan, it should be 23:59 easier for us to identify false wealth 24:02 and keep it away. Because we have been 24:06 practicing for a full month, submitting 24:08 to Allah's rules, not eating, not 24:10 drinking, and so on. Even though it is 24:12 permissible, it is permissible in other 24:14 months. Why? Because Allah sees it 24:17 because of submission to Allah. So, 24:21 don't consume your wealth among 24:23 yourselves falsely and then take it to 24:25 the judge to be manipulated by the law 24:27 in such a way. It seems legitimated as 24:31 halal. But there is no certainty. This 24:37 is the true connection of the phrase 24:41 fitrah. Yes, so back to the cell 24:45 earlier. Besides, if we consume false 24:50 wealth, ladies and gentlemen, it will 24:52 not accept it. Well, our bodies are 24:55 damaged, our bodies. How can it not 24:57 accept it? Why is that? Well, it turns 25:03 out, ladies and gentlemen, blessed by 25:06 Allah, there is a theory explained by 25:09 Leon Vestinger in 1957. He explained 25:12 that there is a mechanism in the human 25:16 body. The mechanism is called cognitive 25:20 dissonance. What does cognitive 25:24 dissonance mean? It means that when 25:28 something contradictory occurs in the 25:32 human body, the consequence is that the 25:36 human body must make a change. 25:42 Something must change to eliminate the 25:45 dissonance. Something must happen in 25:48 the human body to eliminate the feeling 25:51 of dissonance. The conflict occurs. For 25:55 example, like this. For example, 26:00 someone lies, makes an appointment with 26:04 someone and then arrives late, for 26:07 example. Asked why you were late, then 26:11 he said, "Sorry, sir, there was a 26:14 traffic jam. Even though this road 26:18 wasn't jammed, but he said," The road 26:22 was jammed. "" Well, when he told that 26:24 lie, he said the road was jammed, when 26:27 in fact there wasn't a traffic jam. The 26:30 road he was on wasn't jammed or not 26:32 that jammed. It's not enough of an 26:34 excuse. But so that he, because he felt 26:36 bad, he just said the road was jammed. 26:40 Actually, the person who lied thought 26:46 the lie was light, when in fact, his 26:50 body, the cells in his body had to pay 26:54 with cell damage that started from 26:57 inflammation. Why? Because of two 27:03 conflicting pieces of information. He 27:07 himself was the one who was on the road 27:09 and uh, what did his memory record that 27:11 there wasn't a traffic jam, there 27:13 wasn't a traffic jam. But he told 27:16 people and the road was jammed, there 27:19 was a conflict. So, what ended up 27:21 happening? His body had to react. Now, 27:27 this reaction is what is called bly 27:30 stress or body stress, body stress. Now 27:36 , why? Why did he do that? Because he 27:39 has the intelligence of his body cells. 27:42 He is a living creature of his own, a 27:43 different living creature. He has 27:46 intelligence, has submission to Allah. 27:50 He knows uh what is right, what is 27:52 wrong, what is wrong. Well, the mistake 27:57 happened because he has standards. His 28:01 standards were violated. Ah, he's 28:03 starting to break down. Hey, how does 28:07 stress happen? What triggers that 28:10 stress? What ultimately happens? There 28:13 are two things. The first is called the 28:16 stress response system. Our body is 28:18 stressed. If someone is used to lying, 28:21 they're no longer stressed, what's it 28:23 called? Their body. Their mind is used 28:25 to talking normally. They lie while 28:28 laughing. They don't feel their brain 28:31 anymore. But their body feels it, 28:33 ladies and gentlemen. Yes, their body 28:36 is damaged because their body is made 28:38 up of cells. Selup, God's creature. Eah 28:45 , they can't lie. Hey, so there are two 28:49 things happening in the body. First, 28:52 the stress response system from the 28:54 glandular pathway. It's called the 28:56 endocrine system, the hypothalamus, the 29:01 pituitary gland, and the adrenal glands 29:03 , which are located above the kidneys, 29:05 produce the hormone cortisol. Because 29:07 the body experiences cognitive 29:09 dissonance, there's a conflict between 29:11 the two different pieces of information 29:13 , two different standards conflict. So, 29:16 what hormone is produced? Excess 29:20 cortisol. Excess cortisol causes our 29:23 bodies to produce too much glucose 29:26 because it produces Glucocorticoids 29:28 also produce gluconeogenesis, protein 29:30 is converted into glucose, and the 29:32 body's immune system is suppressed. 29:35 Well, that's it. Ah, it starts to break 29:38 down everywhere, right? Because of what 29:40 ? Because of stress, right? So, people 29:43 think stress is just about the mind, 29:45 right? There's also physical stress. 29:48 Well, bodily stress. Hey, let me show 29:51 you this on the screen, ladies and 29:53 gentlemen. Stress as a bodily response. 29:59 Yes, so the body's stress, the body 30:01 that's stressed. Now, this is more 30:05 dangerous. Why? Because it 30:08 automatically works, its stress 30:10 response system. The first is from the 30:15 glandular pathway, the second is from 30:18 the autonomic nervous system or nerve 30:21 pathway. Well, this has an 30:27 extraordinary effect on our spine 30:29 because it contains nerves. That's why 30:32 sometimes when we see someone who's 30:35 stressed, their spine is fragile, bent 30:38 over, like they're carrying a heavy 30:41 load. Then it also happens to all the 30:46 other organs in the body, forced to 30:48 work with what? Hard, other organs 30:52 because the stress response system goes 30:55 through, eh, what? Cognitive disordance 30:58 , right? Differences in standards occur 31:03 . The heart works harder. Uh, the 31:07 variable heartbeat becomes erratic, 31:09 which can ultimately lead to high blood 31:12 pressure. Likewise, it ultimately pumps 31:16 oxygen irregularly to the lungs. Well, 31:19 finally, uh, the lungs can no longer 31:23 actively separate oxygen from carbon 31:27 dioxide. Eventually, a lot of carbon 31:30 dioxide remains in the lungs. Then, uh, 31:35 the kidneys. Well, all the organs in 31:40 the body work harder. So they work 31:43 harder because of the stress response 31:45 system. Eventually, they are 31:47 automatically damaged. Automatically 31:52 damaged because they work too hard. 31:55 Alhamdulillah. Now, this is dangerous, 31:59 ladies and gentlemen, very dangerous. 32:02 Because the impact will gradually 32:06 damage our bodies fatally. Especially 32:09 if the spinal cord is damaged because 32:12 it starts from there, the entire 32:14 nervous system. So it's called the 32:17 systolic nervous system. Well, why does 32:21 this happen again? Because of cognitive 32:24 dissonance, because of the differences 32:26 in our bodies. The existing standard 32:29 cannot be violated. It cannot be 32:33 violated. Uh, that's why Allah said the 32:37 standard is fitrah. What is it? Din. 32:40 Islamic law, the religion of Islam. So, 32:43 the ultimate goal or the end result of 32:46 the month-long Ramadan fast is to not 32:50 consume false wealth. Apparently, Allah 32:55 explains more thoroughly in Surah 32:57 An-Nisa verse 29 that consuming false 33:02 wealth is like someone who commits 33:08 suicide, killing himself slowly because 33:12 his body system is damaged, eh, what is 33:16 it called? It even affects his family, 33:23 his children, his wife. He consumes 33:27 false wealth, it affects him, and 33:29 ultimately it also affects his wife and 33:30 children. Allah's words, "O you who 33:34 believe, you are the one who is free 33:36 from falsehood.""Do not consume your 33:38 property among yourselves in vain. Illa 33:42 except anakuna tijaratan minkum. Unless 33:47 you engage in tijarah or trade that 33:49 pleases each other. Well, then there is 33:54 the phrase wala taqtulu anfusakum and 33:57 do not kill yourselves. Huh, why 34:00 suicide? Well, apparently one of the 34:04 meanings is that if we consume our 34:06 property in vain, we are killing our 34:08 own bodies through the way that 34:10 cognitive dissonance occurs and spreads 34:13 , right? to the cells of our bodies, 34:16 Father, Mother. It is damaged. Well, 34:20 this is our nature, right. So what is 34:25 it? If people don't explain it like 34:28 that, right. Ee Eid al-Fitr returns to 34:32 nature. What does that mean? Returning 34:35 to nature is nature, that is din, dinul 34:37 qayyim, Islamic law. Upright. Well, in 34:43 all aspects of life. Especially in this 34:46 Eid al-Fitr, it is our ability to no 34:48 longer or not want to consume the 34:51 property of our fellow human beings in 34:53 vain. Not pleased with each other. Well 34:56 , what is batil? That is invalid, 35:00 ladies and gentlemen, it is 35:02 illegitimate wealth, that is not right. 35:05 That is invalid. It is included in 35:08 haram, yes. So, if it can be said that 35:11 haram is also invalid. It is doubtful. 35:14 Friday is forbidden, but it seems gray. 35:17 Likewise, halal wealth, but it is halal 35:21 from what human perspective, but in 35:26 fact there is disapproval among humans 35:29 when consuming that wealth. That is 35:33 invalid. It becomes invalid wealth, 35:37 ladies and gentlemen. Ee so ee there 35:40 are so many of these, yes, which should 35:43 be the consequence of us returning to 35:46 our natural state, namely dinul qayyim. 35:50 Ee, one of the things that Allah 35:52 highlights, what Allah underlines in 35:54 this Eid al-Fitr is perhaps someone who 36:07 can change the law, change regulations, 36:09 tinker with regulations here and there, 36:11 he makes it seem as if it is right, as 36:13 if it is possible. Even though everyone 36:17 also knows that it is something that is 36:19 not approved by other humans who have 36:21 rights. Ee that is invalid. Invalid. 36:27 Well, the impact on him is 36:29 extraordinary. The impact on his body's 36:31 cells is extraordinary. Yes. And that 36:33 is Allah's law. We'll see, ladies and 36:35 gentlemen. Uh, the impact is huge, even 36:40 if someone eats false wealth, well, he 36:47 brings it home, that's how it works. It 36:51 affects his children, how does that 36:53 affect his children, how can it affect 36:54 his wife, even though his wife and 36:56 children don't know it's false wealth? 36:59 Yes, that's right. They don't know it's 37:02 false wealth, but apparently it affects 37:04 them through their heart rate variables 37:05 , ladies and gentlemen. So, when 37:08 someone eats false wealth, their heart 37:12 rate changes, their heart rate 37:14 variables change. Well, this is HRV, 37:19 heart rate variability, that heart rate 37:21 variable is influenced by stress, 37:24 emotion, anxiety, depression, cognitive 37:26 regulation, cognitive disordance, 37:29 behavior, personality, uh, cognitive 37:31 performance, uh, cognitive dissonance 37:34 is included in it. So, when someone 37:38 eats false wealth, their body knows it, 37:40 their body knows it. Even though they 37:44 might be used to it, they're already 37:46 numb, but their body still can't 37:48 because the body has intelligence. 37:51 Those cells are another living creature 37:53 , right? They can't. Finally, one of 37:58 the impacts is from What happens is the 38:01 stress response of the body's system, 38:03 namely heart rate variability, or 38:06 changes in heart rate variables. Well, 38:09 it turns out that these changes in 38:11 heart rate variables can affect those 38:16 around us. Well, this is research 38:22 conducted at the Hartmat Institute, 38:25 dated November 10, 2009, right? Eh, so 38:30 the sentence there," Our thoughts and 38:35 emotions, "affect the heart's magnetic 38:39 field." will affect our heart's 38:42 magnetic field. "Which" which 38:46 energetically, energetically affect 38:49 those in our environment whether or not 38:53 we are conscious of it ", which 38:56 energetically the magnetic field of the 39:00 heart, the heart of that person, will 39:03 affect the people or hearts around him. 39:07 Whether he is aware of it or not. So a 39:13 father brings food that is false, 39:15 enters his account that is false, right 39:17 ? That changes his heartbeat. That 39:22 changed heartbeat will affect his 39:24 child's heartbeat, his wife's heartbeat 39:27 , the heartbeat of the people in his 39:30 house. Changes become different, ladies 39:34 and gentlemen. It is affected by that. 39:39 Well, that's why if we look at the 39:41 Prophet Moses and the Prophet Aaron, 39:44 ladies and gentlemen, these two 39:46 brothers are genetically the same, but 39:49 they both have different mental 39:51 characters, different emotional 39:53 characters. Well, if you later open the 39:57 Quran, Surah 7, Surah Al-A'raf, verse 39:59 150. Al-A'raf 150, the sentence is like 40:05 this. Moses when Moses, yes, this shows 40:25 how temperamental Moses was, ee, and it 40:29 came from the influence of Moses 'heart 40:32 Because Moses lived with Pharaoh, he 40:36 was affected by the variable heartbeat 40:40 of Pharaoh. Therefore, even though 40:45 Moses was a pious person, he had an 40:47 extraordinary temperament, very 40:48 different from his younger brother. So, 40:51 that's the color of Musaqah. When Moses 40:59 returned home, after being called by 41:03 Allah to receive revelation in the form 41:06 of the Torah, he wrote the revelation 41:09 he received on sheets, sheets of wood, 41:12 sheets of what could be animal skin and 41:16 so on. Then he brought the sheets home, 41:19 the revelation he had just received. 41:22 When he arrived at his people, he was 41:24 angry and sad, disappointed to see that 41:27 his people had worshipped, had returned 41:29 to worshiping the cow. So what happened 41:32 in that anger and sadness? Yes, his 41:35 temperamental nature came out. Wa alqal 41:39 alwah. He threw the alwah or the tablet 41:42 that was thrown by his father and 41:44 mother. Wa alqal alwah. Ee, we notice 41:49 that people when it was a revelation 41:51 that they had just received, they had 41:54 just received revelation from Allah. 41:59 Allah spoke directly to him, Allah 42:01 spoke directly to Prophet Musa (peace 42:03 be upon him), even he. fainted in verse 42:07 143, he fainted because he asked seeing 42:10 Allah says Allah lanaroni walakin zural 42:12 jabali faqar Makanahufa eh tajal rabbul 42:18 jamali jaalahu daqah w musaq falamaq 42:21 qala," Subhanaka tubtu ilaika wa aalul 42:24 mukminin. "He collapsed and the 42:27 mountain was completely destroyed. Yes. 42:31 So it was a very big event. But as soon 42:34 as he returned to his people, he was 42:35 disappointed and angry to see that his 42:37 people had worshiped female cows. Eh, 42:39 calf, I mean. That's where his anger 42:42 came out. And in that anger, he threw 42:45 what he had just received, *wa alqal 42:48 alwah waak biasi akhi yajuruhu*ilai. 42:52 Then he took it or pulled it, yes, that 42:55 is the beard of Prophet Musa, the 42:56 Prophet He pulled Harun, he wanted to 42:58 beat him. Prophet Musa wanted to beat 43:03 him, he once hit someone, yes, in Surah 43:06 Al-Qasas, surah 28 verse 15, he wanted 43:08 to beat him to death. Well, he wanted 43:13 to beat his brother, he wanted to beat 43:15 him, ee Aaron." O my mother's son, 43:32 indeed our people see me as weak. Don't 43:36 let them laugh when you beat me to 43:37 death. "Yes, that's roughly it. Finally 43:40 , Prophet Moses realized, yes, Sir, 43:42 Madam. Well, so Prophet Moses, if we 43:46 can, if we can pay attention, because 43:49 he grew up being raised by Pharaoh, was 43:52 with Pharaoh, in the same house as 43:55 Pharaoh, perhaps Pharaoh's heartbeat 43:58 influenced Prophet Moses, and finally 44:01 he grew up to be a person who was 44:03 temperamentally difficult, difficult. 44:08 Although later he was able to control 44:11 it. That's why in the following verses 44:16 alwina yarhamun. So when his anger had 44:23 subsided, he could calm it down, yes. 44:27 But when that happened, the anger 44:29 happened, yes, it was like it was out 44:31 of control, Sir, Madam. Well, this is 44:34 the impact of false wealth. If someone 44:37 eats it, the variable of his heartbeat 44:39 becomes chaotic. It affects the people 44:42 around him. And what happened? That 44:47 influence also has an impact on the 44:49 next generation. The next generation 44:52 unless then if it can really be 44:54 controlled with ee what? Hope or return 44:58 to Allah subhanahu wa taala. So, Sir, 45:01 Madam, blessed by Allah, this is fitrah 45:03 . Ee so Eid al-Fitr should not only be 45:07 interpreted as a feast for eating Okay, 45:09 don't do that. But the word fitrah is 45:14 also ee what? The same root word of 45:18 fitrah e fatarah. ee which is certainly 45:23 not a coincidence verse 188 of the 45:25 letter Albaqarah estuary of from the 45:28 journey ee what journey ee our Ramadan 45:31 is the ability once people leave 45:33 Ramadan they should have the ability to 45:36 not want to consume people's wealth in 45:39 vain. What is that? Batil is invalid. 45:43 In it are included the provisions of 45:45 haram, syubhat, and so on. but also 45:48 contains the meaning of wealth that 45:50 seems halal but actually is not because 45:53 it is not pleasing to each other. I 45:55 might want to give this last example. 46:01 For example, ladies and gentlemen, ee 46:06 if we are, for example, on a freeway or 46:14 a toll road, let's say so. Then there 46:19 are rules that we agree on together, 46:21 what we read, those rules are 46:25 remembered by our brains, those rules. 46:28 For example, the rules say this, the 46:31 right lane is only for overtaking. Well 46:34 , there is writing on the toll road. So 46:39 , what does that mean? It means that if 46:44 we are not going at a fast speed or not 46:47 overtaking, but are on the right side 46:50 of the road means we are consuming the 46:54 rights of someone who is driving faster 46:57 and wants to overtake us. But they 47:02 can't because we are on the right. Well 47:06 , that falls into the category of 47:08 property or invalid rights that we are 47:10 consuming. Especially if then there is 47:15 someone who is already slow on the 47:17 right and then they put the turn signal 47:19 to the right again to say I don't want 47:22 to move. Even though there was a rule 47:26 that we agreed on, yes, on the right. 47:30 Right side. The right side is only for 47:33 overtaking, yes, that's it. So if we 47:35 want to overtake, we go to the right or 47:36 if we are faster, we are on the right, 47:38 ladies and gentlemen. Ee but now it's 47:41 extraordinary that people don't care 47:43 about all that anymore. So the rights 47:46 of people who actually ee ee can 47:49 overtake or want to overtake are being 47:52 consumed by people like that, by what? 47:55 Vehicles that don't want to move. Well, 48:00 this is a small thing maybe, but in 48:02 that small thing there is an invalidity 48:05 that we have to pay dearly when we 48:08 violate it. Because our own body knows 48:12 it. Our body knows because it reads it, 48:16 this brain records it, yes, auction 48:18 that writing, yes, it records it, 48:20 ladies and gentlemen. Then it happens 48:24 Disordance, a conflict occurs. Yes, we 48:27 read the right lane just to overtake, 48:30 for example. It's a different matter if 48:32 we don't understand the reading. It's a 48:34 different matter. For example, if 48:37 someone, sorry, is illiterate and 48:39 drives a car and doesn't know what the 48:41 reading is, then cognitive dissonance 48:43 doesn't occur, it doesn't happen, 48:45 there's no invalid right. He doesn't 48:47 know that. But if we know how to read, 48:51 our brain records it. Then we do 48:54 something that's the opposite of what 48:57 we've read. Eh, cognitive disorder 49:01 occurs, we will pay dearly there. It's 49:06 not cheap, it's not easy, that's what 49:08 we pay for. It's very expensive. 49:11 Similarly, for example, sorry, for 49:14 example, if you go into a toilet, for 49:17 example, a public toilet, for example, 49:21 there's a sign there saying pay Rp, 000 49:24 , or 2,000, for example, there's a sign 49:27 there, for example. Well, if you go in, 49:32 it means we agree to the agreement they 49:36 asked for. Then if we leave without 49:42 paying 2,000, then we are paying more 49:45 through what? Cognitive dissonance 49:48 occurs in our bodies. Our cells can't 49:51 accept it. Well, actually, the same 49:55 thing happens if we pay more because he 49:57 asked for 2,000. Unless we then say,' 50:01 Just take the extra. 'Well, that 50:04 happens well. Well, all of these things 50:09 are Islamic law, the divine law that 50:12 Allah has established when He created 50:16 us humans. There is intelligence in our 50:18 bodies. Well, if we do something that 50:22 goes against Him, then we are slowly 50:25 killing ourselves. So, people who are 50:29 corrupt, people who lie, and those who 50:32 cheat, it's not cheap, that's what they 50:34 pay for. It's to their own bodies, to 50:38 their children. So don't be surprised 50:42 there are cases where young people, or 50:46 what, are like that, some beat their 50:49 friends to the point of almost dying. 50:51 Then we find out, oh, so it turns out, 50:54 the father is probably an employee 50:56 somewhere, a tax office or some other 50:59 office, but his wealth is hundreds of 51:01 billions, and so on. Well, from that, 51:05 we understand what they brought home, 51:07 What the father eats affects the 51:09 father's heart rate, which then affects 51:12 the child. Similarly, in Sumatra, where 51:16 , if I'm not mistaken, in Jambi and 51:18 elsewhere. There's also a car accident 51:21 involving a young man. The father's car 51:25 was driven into a crash, and when he 51:27 opened it, it turned out his girlfriend 51:29 was next to him, not dressed, and so on 51:31 . Wow, that's incredible, drunk, and so 51:35 on. So, it has an impact on that false 51:39 wealth. So, once again, the essence of 51:43 our Ramadan fast, what we celebrate as 51:46 our natural disposition during Eid 51:49 al-Fitr, is one of our natural 51:51 dispositions, created by Allah. We are 51:56 not allowed to eat, we are not allowed 51:58 to feed this body that is false. 52:02 Because that is indeed a provision that 52:03 Allah has determined as natural 52:05 disposition. Fitratallah, may Allah 52:08 grant it to us. You will not find a 52:13 substitute other than what Allah has 52:15 created. That is the upright religion. 52:23 However, most people don't know it. Oh, 52:26 brothers and sisters, blessed by Allah, 52:28 listeners of Radio Silaturahim. 52:29 Likewise, viewers of Rasil TV 52:31 everywhere. being. This is more or less 52:34 the meaning of fitrah, right? After Eid 52:37 al-Fitr, what should we do? What should 52:40 we have, what should we have according 52:42 to Allah's provisions, we should truly 52:44 maintain our fitrah, right? One of them 52:48 is not to consume the false wealth 52:50 around us and to truly cleanse 52:53 ourselves of those false wealth. And 52:56 God knows best. Uh, I return it to Mr. 52:59 Kang Fahri. May Allah grant us the 53:00 guidance and guidance. Peace be upon 53:00 you, O Allah, and the Mercy of Allah. 53:05 And peace be upon you, O Allah, and the 53:06 Mercy of Allah. 53:07 So, Iwan Nawawat, we have listened 53:09 together to the tadabur of the Qur'an 53:11 with Ustaz Doni Amir Sagap. The theme 53:14 presented was about what impact false 53:17 wealth has on the body after Eid 53:19 al-Fitr? It turns out there are many 53:21 negative impacts. So be careful about 53:25 what we consume, what we give to our 53:27 families, Iwan Awat. And we will read 53:31 the WhatsApp that has come in later. 53:34 Let's take a break first Yes, Awat 53:35 animals. Later after our break, we will 53:37 be back again. Stay with us. Bismillah 53:44 yaahirahim. For Islam, one is still 53:52 with us, brothers and sisters at the 53:54 Al-Qur'an tadabur event with Ustaz Doni 53:56 Amir Sagap. Our theme is after Eid 53:58 al-Fitr, what is the impact of false 54:00 wealth on the body? Many ustaz have 54:03 entered our WhatsApp to greet us and 54:05 ask questions. The one who greeted us 54:08 is Mr. Mugi Jumana who is listening. 54:10 Ustaz, thank you for the advice and 54:12 enlightenment. There is also Sri who 54:14 always listens. Mr. Ramli, Mr. Mulhen, 54:17 and Mr. Maman Sumantri are listening. 54:22 Mrs. Aminah, Mrs. Darniwati, and Mrs. 54:24 Ani Sani Sudah, Mr. Dalhar are also 54:27 listening in Ciganjur. Mr. Anwar, Mr. 54:31 Mustofa Hasan, there is also Mrs. 54:34 Jamila, there is Mrs. Nan Fatimah, Mrs. 54:38 Hajah Saidah and many more who have 54:41 sent WhatsApp. Thank you very much, 54:43 brothers and sisters. This is the first 54:45 question that I will read, Ustaz, from 54:47 Mr. Ade. Asalamualaikum warahmatullahi 54:49 wabarakatuh Ustaz Doni. And peace be 54:53 upon you, 54:54 Ustaz, what about the families of 54:56 corruptors who seem to be doing well? 55:00 Is that a form of istiraj? Then what 55:03 about ordinary people who believe that 55:05 corruption is okay as long as we are 55:06 not the ones doing it. I mean, the 55:09 people who also enjoy the results of 55:11 corruption, Ustaz. That's it. Ah, yes. 55:14 Very good question, Mr. Adik. Please, 55:18 brothers and sisters, ladies and 55:20 gentlemen, let's all open Surah 55:23 Al-An'am, Surah 6, verse 44. Surah 55:25 Al-An'am verse 44. Surah 6. Allah's 55:31 words are like this. 55:32 Auzubillahiminasyaitanirrajim. amma 55:35 nasu maukiru bihi fatahna alaihim 55:39 abwaba aklis later in verse 45, thank 55:53 God, Allahu says when someone forgets 56:01 what we warned them, we actually open 56:04 the door to all kinds of pleasure for 56:07 them. Fatahna alaihim abwaba. Well, 56:12 even farihu bima utu. Until this moment 56:17 , Allah is waiting for him when he is 56:20 truly happy, at his most arrogant. Even 56:23 bimau akahum bagatan. What are we? We 56:29 will immediately pull out humlisun. At 56:32 that time, he will be desperate. He 56:35 will despair. Faqutiirulmilladinaamu 56:38 walhamdulillahiabbil alamin. That's how 56:42 we decide or break those oppressors. So 56:48 Allah will delay it until the pain is 56:52 over, then pull it out. Something like 56:56 that so that the pain is even more 56:59 until despair. Well, that's what is 57:02 called daraja or istidraj. Taken from 57:05 the word darajah. Darajah is a ladder 57:07 that is continuously climbed until 57:09 there is no turning back. Ee like that. 57:14 And if we pay attention, ladies and 57:16 gentlemen, if people look at corrupt 57:18 people from the outside, corrupt people 57:20 seem to have a lot of money, right, 57:22 high positions. But try to pay 57:24 attention to their mentality. 57:27 Well, that's the child, right? If there 57:30 is a lying father who eats haram money, 57:33 who batil, try to look at his child. Oh 57:37 , even if it's covered up, it's still 57:39 visible, it's still found out, 57:41 his mentality is damaged, my mentality 57:44 is damaged. Ee and that's what really 57:48 happens, it's covered up, covered up, 57:50 but it will continue to happen and will 57:53 get worse day by day. Well, so actually 57:58 , they're not unhappy, they're 58:00 not happy with their lives. Try to look 58:03 at people who earn halal money. Maybe 58:06 he farms, he sells the produce, he 58:08 brings the money home to feed his wife 58:10 and children. Maybe he doesn't have any 58:13 money, not much. But he's happy, his 58:16 child can go to school. When they meet 58:19 again, his child comes home with a 58:20 longing for his parents in the village, 58:22 in the countryside. Yes, they meet, 58:25 they hug each other, yes. There are 58:27 tears of emotion there. Yes, that's 58:30 beautiful. It can't be bought by people 58:32 who may have a lot of money and so on. 58:35 But eh, the results of corruption, 58:38 illegitimate wealth and so on can't be 58:40 obtained. It can't be obtained, like 58:43 that. Well, that's the blessing that 58:46 doesn't exist. Well, if a person is 58:48 pious, that's a blessing that is opened 58:50 by Allah Subhanahu wa Wa Ta'ala. God 58:53 from the heavens and from the earth for 58:56 him ee for himself ee. Father, Mother 58:58 who are blessed by Allah. So ee it's 59:01 not just sustenance, but what form is 59:05 ee? Blessings. ee blessings and 59:08 blessings can't be bought, Father, 59:11 Mother. They can't exist, they can't 59:14 just exist. ee money can't ee what ee 59:18 give to buy them. That's roughly it. So 59:24 don't worry about those corrupt people, 59:28 those who eat false wealth, they are 59:33 paying dearly that are paying dearly 59:39 that. Yes, just wait until the time 59:42 comes until we witness ee truly 59:44 extraordinary destruction. 59:47 That's roughly it. 59:49 So be careful for corruptors. Repent 59:51 quickly. Because not only are you 59:53 destroying the country, but you are 59:55 destroying your own body, your family 59:56 too, Ustaz. Masyaallah. 59:58 That's right. Children and 59:59 grandchildren, repent, children and 1:00:00 grandchildren descendants. Masyaallah. 1:00:02 Okay, Ustaz. We move on to the next 1:00:04 question from Mr. Ramli in Tangerang. 1:00:08 Ustaz, assalamualaikum Peace be upon 1:00:10 you. Peace be 1:00:12 upon you. 1:00:13 Ustaz, is consuming usury also 1:00:15 considered as something that is wrong 1:00:17 that you mean? Yes, Ustaz. Oh, okay. 1:00:21 Thank you, Mr. Ramli. Yes, Mr. Ramli 1:00:23 and ladies and gentlemen, ee Ikhwan 1:00:25 Akhwat, listeners of Radio Silaturahim, 1:00:28 viewers of Rasil TV everywhere. If you 1:00:33 remember, sorry, I'll just show you 1:00:35 what it was, ee, the case was like that 1:00:38 . He. 1:00:40 If you remember, there was a case of a 1:00:44 young Indonesian man from Indonesia in 1:00:48 England who was caught and imprisoned 1:00:52 for life for a sexual predator case, 1:00:55 his name is Reinhard if I'm not 1:00:59 mistaken. Yes, that's apparently 1:01:03 extraordinary, ee, even though he was 1:01:05 studying for his doctorate if I'm not 1:01:07 mistaken. Yes, so what? He likes men. 1:01:13 Men of the same sex. He likes 1:01:15 homosexuals. Then those people drugged 1:01:17 him. Then they raped him and so on. 1:01:20 Until hundreds of people caught him on 1:01:22 CCTV and finally he was 1:01:24 ee life imprisonment. If I'm not 1:01:26 mistaken. The last news was that some 1:01:29 time ago he was beaten in prison. Well, 1:01:32 what's interesting is this, sir, ma'am. 1:01:35 We should just reveal this. What's 1:01:37 interesting is, excuse me, the money 1:01:40 his parents earned was allegedly the 1:01:42 result of usury, loan sharks. 1:01:46 Loan sharks lend money and then charge 1:01:48 interest. Well, loan sharks. That's how 1:01:51 his father became rich. Something like 1:01:54 that. 1:01:54 H 1:01:55 yes. Ee, wow, he had a lot of money. He 1:01:59 could send his children to school as 1:02:00 far as England, everywhere, sir, ma'am. 1:02:02 But look at the results. Well, if we 1:02:06 think about it, he's not a Muslim. Yes. 1:02:08 I mean, I want to say that the wealth 1:02:12 that was eaten up by usury is very 1:02:15 dangerous if we let it. Ee, this is an 1:02:19 example, that Reinhard. 1:02:20 He 1:02:21 yes. Reenhard. So many other children 1:02:25 who study abroad are fine. Some even 1:02:28 become mosque administrators, some 1:02:31 whose piety increases abroad. I've 1:02:33 witnessed many of those children, sir. 1:02:35 Mom. Well, one of the secrets is how 1:02:39 their parents got their wealth, 1:02:44 got their food, and the result is what 1:02:48 they ate, so of course it had an impact 1:02:52 . That's a case we can't deny. Uh, it's 1:02:58 very dangerous if we then consume 1:03:01 wealth like that, usury and so on. God 1:03:05 knows best. That's roughly 1:03:08 it. It turns out that this wealth is 1:03:10 also influenced by it, Ustaz. 1:03:14 Okay. Next, moving on to Mr. Hadi's 1:03:17 question, where is this? In South 1:03:20 Jakarta. Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi 1:03:21 wabarakatuh, Ustaz. 1:03:23 Waalaikumsalam, 1:03:24 this is about paying zakat, Ustaz. 1:03:27 Paying zakat is obligatory if you want 1:03:29 your fasting to be accepted by Allah. 1:03:31 Then, what about those who cannot 1:03:34 afford it, are they still required to 1:03:36 pay zakat, Ustaz? That's it. 1:03:38 Yes. So, thank you, Mr. Hadi, for 1:03:40 asking. Yes. So, this is a debate about 1:03:44 the hadith which explains that it is 1:03:47 obligatory to pay zakat fitrah, not 1:03:51 zakat on wealth. Yes, if it is zakat on 1:03:55 wealth, of course, the one who If you 1:03:57 own property, you must of course pay 1:04:00 zakat on assets, zakat on income, zakat 1:04:02 on agriculture, plantations or mining, 1:04:05 yes, of course it is mandatory. Why? 1:04:08 because when he got it he took it out. 1:04:11 But what about zakat fitrah? Actually, 1:04:15 ladies and gentlemen, who have been 1:04:17 blessed by Allah, we have returned to 1:04:19 the basic rule that the payment of 1:04:22 zakat is to those who have more. We can 1:04:26 take ee as the basic rule in surah k-ua 1:04:28 Albaqarah verse 219. The sentence Allah 1:04:32 is in the middle of the verse there 1:04:34 after ee after the middle of the 1:04:38 sentence is wasasasofta maza yunfiquun 1:04:41 qulilu. If they ask you, O Muhammad, 1:04:48 about what to invest, yes, infaq in 1:04:51 this case means zakat gu. So some infaq 1:04:55 are obligatory and some are sunnah. 1:04:58 What is obligatory is called zakat. If 1:05:01 they ask you about what they give, they 1:05:04 mean zakat. Qulil afu answer it. Say 1:05:08 more. Well, what is meant more is of 1:05:11 course assets that are more than what 1:05:13 is needed. First the meaning. And the 1:05:17 second one too means that the person 1:05:20 who pays zakat is someone who has 1:05:22 excess ability. Uh, so that principle 1:05:26 also applies, we can see that of course 1:05:29 it is impossible for someone who does 1:05:31 not have, does not have enough to eat, 1:05:34 but he must pay zakat fitrah. This is 1:05:37 difficult for us to ee what to accept 1:05:39 from, based on the principle of klil 1:05:42 afu, right? So who pays zakat fitrah? 1:05:46 Well, the person who has excess is of 1:05:48 course obligatory because he ee what? 1:05:51 Kulil afu is included in the people who 1:05:54 have excess like that. So, so when we 1:05:58 find a hadith, then we also have to 1:06:01 juxtapose it, yes, bring it before the 1:06:04 Qur'an, before the basic rules, the 1:06:06 rules that are ee higher. So, we know 1:06:10 the meaning of the words, so that ee in 1:06:14 turn ee can or what understand it 1:06:17 completely, like that. So what is meant 1:06:21 by paying zakat fitrah is actually 1:06:23 people who are capable, sufficient, yes 1:06:26 , so that they give it, distribute it 1:06:28 to people who are less able. That is 1:06:33 precisely where the meaning lies The 1:06:35 essence of breaking the fast is so that 1:06:38 those who are unable, poor, and 1:06:41 penniless do not have to fast on the 1:06:43 1st of Shawwal. Because their 1:06:47 fast-breaking needs are guaranteed by 1:06:50 their brothers and sisters who are able 1:06:53 . Uh, that's the essence of zakat 1:06:55 fitrah. That's roughly it. But in some 1:07:00 places, some say that everyone is 1:07:02 obliged to pay, even those who are able 1:07:04 and those who are not. That's why we 1:07:08 have to explain this better and more 1:07:11 broadly. One of them is Surah 2, verse 1:07:15 209, the basic principle that' il afu ' 1:07:17 says that the more is the more. 1:07:22 We can understand that the more means 1:07:25 someone who has more. Let me add a 1:07:28 little bit, Brother Kang Fahri and 1:07:30 Ladies, uh, 1:07:33 there is a phenomenon, a phenomenon 1:07:35 that has occurred, there are people in 1:07:37 a certain area because they were taught 1:07:39 that they have to pay zakat fitrah or 1:07:41 their fast will not be accepted. Well, 1:07:44 that's it. 1:07:45 Finally, because they are unable, they 1:07:48 pay the zakat to their own family. 1:07:52 Yes, they pay the zakat to their own 1:07:55 family, into their own house. 1:07:59 Well, he asked," Ustadz, can I give 1:08:01 zakat fitrah to my wife or my child 1:08:03 because we are the ones who don't eat. 1:08:07 "Well, it's heartbreaking for us if it 1:08:11 has to be 1:08:12 like that because just because we 1:08:14 listened to one or two hadiths but were 1:08:17 not faced with the balance of 1:08:22 the verses of the Qur'an, the basic 1:08:24 rules, 1:08:26 we should be more comprehensive in 1:08:29 looking at it, namely, those who are 1:08:32 capable are the ones who are obliged, 1:08:34 in this case, the ulil afu, who are 1:08:37 more than what is needed and also more 1:08:40 than what is consumed daily. Yes, 1:08:43 that's more or less. Okay, next, this 1:08:46 is from not including names. 1:08:48 Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi 1:08:50 wabarakatuh, Ustaz. Waalaikumsalam 1:08:52 warahmatullahi wabakatuh. Ee found 1:08:55 money on the street, they say our money 1:08:58 will disappear if we use it. Is that 1:09:00 true, Ustaz? Myth or true. That's it. 1:09:03 Oh, yes. Myth or fact, yes. 1:09:05 Fact. So, this is how it is, ladies and 1:09:10 gentlemen, yes, what is it called, we 1:09:14 must understand that rights, yes, our 1:09:17 rights, what is called rights, yes, 1:09:20 what is called falsehood is also clear, 1:09:23 so no, no, actually, it's not difficult 1:09:27 . Well For example, if we find money on 1:09:30 the street, 1:09:31 is it our right? 1:09:33 Yes, it's clearly not our right. 1:09:37 Hehe, that's why if we take it, of 1:09:39 course we want false wealth. 1:09:44 If falsehood means we will lose that 1:09:46 much money, it's still better. 1:09:50 Imagine if falsehood means our body 1:09:52 will be damaged, our body will get sick 1:09:54 , it's our loss. So, it's better if we 1:09:57 don't take it. Don't take it, or if 1:10:00 possible, keep it safe, put it in a 1:10:02 place where it can be returned, or if 1:10:05 it's on the street where it might be 1:10:07 difficult for them to find it, give it 1:10:10 to someone else. Imagine this. If the 1:10:15 person who lost the money was someone 1:10:17 who really needed that one bill, 1:10:21 they might come back and spend the 1:10:23 whole day looking for it because that's 1:10:25 what they hoped for, what they hoped 1:10:27 for, to be able to eat that day. Ee, it 1:10:30 would be a hassle for us if that 1:10:32 happened. If we ate their false wealth. 1:10:37 Ee, so actually, ee, it's clear what's 1:10:39 right, it's clear what's wrong, and we 1:10:42 just have to carry it out. If it's not 1:10:44 ours, that property is in meaning given 1:10:47 . For example, someone comes and gives 1:10:49 us," Sir, this money is for you. "" Ah, 1:10:51 accept it. 1:10:52 Because that means it's your right. 1:10:54 A windfall, right? Why? Why me, sir? 1:10:57 It's okay. Just take it. Okay, take it. 1:11:00 That means it's been given, given a 1:11:02 contract, right, from that person to 1:11:05 you. Just take it, it's halal. Well, 1:11:07 that's why, Mr. Fahri, in Arabia, if we 1:11:10 pay attention, when we perform Umrah or 1:11:13 Hajj, 1:11:15 people want to give us food in their 1:11:17 shops, give us dates or something, it's 1:11:19 halal, halal, halal. He said that to us 1:11:22 , right? 1:11:22 Yes. 1:11:23 Why? So that it becomes a contract, 1:11:26 that what we eat, what he gives us is 1:11:29 indeed halal. He he. Ee like 1:11:31 that. I do the same. Sometimes when I 1:11:34 perform Umrah, I leave behind something 1:11:37 , eh, what? Ihram cloth, for example. 1:11:40 Then I also leave behind some food or 1:11:42 fruit that I didn't finish because I 1:11:45 had to move hotels, move cities, or 1:11:47 something. Write it there, halal 1:11:51 ha lam alif lam halal. Yes. 1:11:54 Ee so he will take it halal. 1:11:59 Ee like that person earlier, that 1:12:01 person who received it earlier. If he 1:12:05 if we don't put it in halal, then pity 1:12:07 him, later when he eats it, it turns 1:12:09 out it's not his right, it becomes 1:12:11 invalid. 1:12:13 So just put it in halal, that's it. I 1:12:16 once had too much, ah, it's hard not to 1:12:19 put this in here. It's also a hassle to 1:12:22 carry it like that. Just stay at the 1:12:24 hotel and write the words halal, 1:12:26 ee so that later the bellboy or 1:12:29 whatever cleans the room, it becomes ee 1:12:32 what is his right, it becomes his and 1:12:35 we have given it to him halal, 1:12:38 more or less like that. 1:12:39 Yes. So don't trivialize small things, 1:12:43 Ustaz. Don't normalize his small sins, 1:12:45 ah, it's just one date. 1:12:48 We shouldn't be like that, Ustaz. It 1:12:51 must be very dangerous 1:12:54 for our bodies. We think it's trivial, 1:12:56 right? Oh, what's the point of just 1:12:58 offering sacrifices? But no. Because of 1:13:01 this nature, he is automatically 1:13:03 intelligent, he is a living cell. He is 1:13:06 a living creature that obeys Allah. 1:13:09 Ee he can't disobey Allah. He can't do 1:13:12 that. 1:13:13 Maybe we can do it, but he can't do 1:13:15 that. Ee that's why when we give him 1:13:19 the wrong input, he's ruined. He can't 1:13:23 accept it. 1:13:24 Ee that's more or less what 1:13:26 he said. 1:13:26 Okay, Ustaz. This is Ustaz's last 1:13:29 message from Ibu Yanti. But it doesn't 1:13:31 fit with Ustaz's theme. It's okay, okay 1:13:33 . Peace be upon you. Regarding the ijab 1:13:36 kabul vow, Ustaz, please explain the 1:13:39 meaning of the ijab kabul vow in a 1:13:41 marriage, Ustaz. What impact does it 1:13:43 have on the fidelity of a person's 1:13:45 marriage? Does it mean that people who 1:13:47 end up getting divorced didn't have a 1:13:48 solemn ijab kabul or what, Ustaz? Are 1:13:50 there other mistakes in quotation marks 1:13:52 that make their marriage not live up to 1:13:54 expectations? Please enlighten me, 1:13:56 Ustaz. That's it. 1:13:58 Yes. Yes, yes. So, indeed, the ijab 1:14:01 kabul is an event that Allah equates 1:14:07 with that, right? So The words of ijab 1:14:13 qabul are called misaqon galiz. Well, 1:14:17 Allah calls it misaqon gol. Surah 1:14:20 An-Nisa verse 29. Ya ayyuhalladzina 1:14:23 amanu. Eh, sorry why 29 ee 19 I mean. 1:14:29 So ee ya ayyuhalina eh what is that 1:14:34 sentence ee 20 yes no not 19 20 e what 1:14:39 eh wait the sentence eh waifaunahu eh 1:14:43 waifaqum baum yes 20 or 21 yes wait 19 1:14:54 20 21 Well, that's Allah's sentence. 1:15:05 Surah An-Nisa verse 21 at the end of 1:15:08 the fourth juz. So Allah's sentence 1:15:11 waifa how will you take the wealth that 1:15:15 has been given means maharuq baum 1:15:19 bainum. Whereas Allah first took 1:15:25 between you two a firm covenant, namely 1:15:28 the name is bisaqon golido. Meaning 1:15:31 marriage contract. 1:15:34 Ee marriage contract is called a firm 1:15:37 covenant, yes, a heavy covenant. A 1:15:41 covenant that ee strong ee like that. 1:15:45 Well, ee can also score that, Ladies 1:15:47 and Gentlemen who are blessed by Allah, 1:15:50 that's also like that, ee what is that 1:15:57 which Allah used as a name, yes, when 1:16:02 ee the Children of Israel were lifted 1:16:07 above their heads, Mount Tursina. ee 1:16:13 Mount Tursina was lifted above their 1:16:15 heads, 1:16:16 ee what? The Children of Israel, that 1:16:21 phrase was used by Allah, ee in the 1:16:24 same letter, yes, letter An-Nisa, ee 1:16:27 verse 1, verse 50, how many is that? ee 1:16:32 verse 154, yes, at the beginning of the 1:16:34 sixth juz, there are 154 1:16:38 sentences like that. If earlier it was 1:16:52 waakumiz, now it's waakna minhum, eh 1:16:57 what? Bisaq, yes. ee similarly in surah 1:17:02 Al-Ahzab, yes, when Allah also lifted 1:17:05 ee the prophets, yes, the prophets were 1:17:08 lifted with a covenant called misqon 1:17:11 gol, also surah 33 surah Al-Ahzab verse 1:17:14 7. So there are seven times, eh sorry, 1:17:17 there are three times the mention of 1:17:20 Bisaqon Golzo. One is for the marriage 1:17:23 contract. Another is when the Children 1:17:26 of Israel were lifted up on the 1:17:27 mountain Tursina. The mountains of 1:17:30 Tursina were literally lifted above 1:17:31 their heads. And another thing, when 1:17:34 the prophets were made prophets, 1:17:36 including our prophet Muhammad, is in 1:17:38 Surah 33 Al-Ahzab verse 7. So that's 1:17:40 how heavy the marriage contract is. 1:17:43 Hm. 1:17:43 So don't think it's just a joke, even 1:17:46 though it's just a handshake, I accept 1:17:48 the marriage of Fulanah bin Fulan with 1:17:50 a dowry paid in cash. Valid? Valid. 1:17:53 He. 1:17:54 It seems trivial. But not in the sight 1:17:56 of Allah. Why? Because with the 1:17:59 marriage contract, Allah's law changes. 1:18:02 What was previously haram becomes halal 1:18:04 , what was previously halal becomes 1:18:06 haram. There are several changes. Well, 1:18:10 that's why, uh, if the people involved 1:18:13 in the marriage contract don't carry 1:18:15 out that heavy agreement, that solid 1:18:17 agreement truly, whether it's the wife 1:18:20 or the husband, or the in-laws, or the 1:18:23 son-in-law to the mother-in-law, or the 1:18:25 brother-in-law to the brother-in-law, 1:18:28 it will be affected a lot, right? Or 1:18:32 the in-laws to the in-laws, uh, they 1:18:34 will suffer extraordinary consequences. 1:18:37 They are. Ee, so our child marries, we 1:18:40 become in-laws, right? Ee, our younger 1:18:43 sibling, our older sibling marries, we 1:18:45 become in-laws. Ee, then who else? Ee, 1:18:49 if our child marries, we...eh, we 1:18:51 already become in-laws, we become 1:18:53 in-laws too. Ee, we get married, we 1:18:56 have in-laws, we have in-laws, and so 1:18:58 on. We have wives, fathers, mothers, 1:19:01 you have husbands, you have in-laws, 1:19:03 all of that has an impact. 1:19:05 Yes. 1:19:06 Ee, if you don't pay close attention, 1:19:08 it can also be called konong golizo, 1:19:10 wow, the impact is very heavy for us. 1:19:14 Well, that's it. So in our respective 1:19:16 positions, we must fulfill that 1:19:19 covenant with Allah. How do you become 1:19:22 a wife, mothers? How do you become a 1:19:24 sister-in-law or a sister-in-law? How 1:19:29 do you become a daughter-in-law? 1:19:30 How do you become in-laws if you have 1:19:32 children who are married? How do you 1:19:34 become in-laws? Ee, let's just pay 1:19:37 attention to that. Because I can do 1:19:40 that. Ee, did the question just now, 1:19:43 does it mean that someone who is 1:19:44 divorced mean that their marriage 1:19:46 contract was not 1:19:47 solemn? 1:19:48 Not solemn. Well, not really. Maybe 1:19:51 Just like that. Because divorce, Sir, 1:19:54 Madam, is also situational, just like 1:19:58 marriage. Marriage is situational, its 1:20:02 basis is the sunnah of marriage. Well, 1:20:05 then it can be obligatory under certain 1:20:07 conditions, it can be haram due to 1:20:09 certain conditions of marriage. 1:20:12 Well, the same goes for divorce. Ee, 1:20:16 divorce is actually ibahah or mubah, 1:20:18 right? Some say it's makruh, right? So 1:20:23 it's halal but disliked by Allah. But 1:20:25 under certain conditions, it can be 1:20:27 obligatory. 1:20:29 Yes. 1:20:29 What are the conditions for divorce? 1:20:32 Conditions where, for example, 1:20:34 according to sharia, it no longer 1:20:36 fulfills sharia, for example, the 1:20:38 husband changes religion, so 1:20:40 divorce is obligatory, divorce is 1:20:42 obligatory. His faith is damaged, 1:20:44 divorce is obligatory. Well, but of 1:20:47 course, once ee, at another time, 1:20:49 divorce will become haram. Someone asks 1:20:53 for a divorce, why do you ask your 1:20:54 husband for a divorce? Ah, his spending 1:20:56 money is not enough. 1:20:58 Whose spending money has only been 1:21:00 given IDR 5 million? Wow, this isn't 1:21:03 invalid if divorce is permitted. Well, 1:21:07 that's it. So, ee, what? The law can 1:21:11 change situationally. He. 1:21:12 Well, so it's not necessarily or 1:21:14 doesn't mean that maybe a divorce 1:21:17 doesn't mean, uh, what's it called, the 1:21:19 marriage contract failed or whatever. 1:21:22 No, it's not necessarily because there 1:21:24 are situations that, 1:21:26 uh, what's the basis for the divorce. 1:21:29 In fact, that situation is what's 1:21:31 important for us to pay attention to. 1:21:34 Maybe he should divorce or is obliged 1:21:36 to divorce because of what beliefs and 1:21:38 so on, or it's better, on the contrary, 1:21:40 it's forbidden. Yes, don't divorce 1:21:43 because of this and that and so on. So 1:21:46 it's very situational, 1:21:48 more or less. 1:21:50 Okay, Ustaz, we are limited by time, 1:21:51 maybe before I say goodbye, let's 1:21:53 conclude our theme today, Ustaz.
